06/10/2025: For us, it was a reaffirmation. My partner and I returned here after two years. We tried different pizzas and re-ordered some we'd already tried. The fact that they give you the option of getting half a pizza is fantastic, in my opinion.

I recommend the tasting menu to try as many dishes as possible; the Sauris is a cut above everything else, if possible... Prices are above average, but I guarantee you get what you pay for. We also bought nice plants! Excellent! Today we had lunch at Agriturismo Sabina Resort on our way back from our pilgrimage to Rome. We were a group of 50 people. We had a great time! Excellent food, very kind staff, very beautiful place! We also bought some beautiful plants from the nursery.

09/10/2025: Exceptional hospitality: friendly service, bruschetta, and battered zucchini. Then a wide selection of delicious seafood and meat dishes, plus an interesting selection of meats. The bill wasn't expensive, so we'll definitely be back!

05/10/2025: It's one of the few restaurants in the area serving excellent quality fish and meat. The place is charming, relaxing, and has a family atmosphere. The dishes are generous, made with quality ingredients. The staff is polite and friendly.

14/10/2025: Restaurant with parking, elegant yet rustic atmosphere, excellent grilled meats. My only suggestion is to include all the ingredients in the dishes on the menu. Excellent wine selection. Indoor, outdoor, and veranda dining options available.

08/09/2025: Beef...excellent quality "Irish" meat We ordered a fillet and a 300g entrecote, both of excellent origin and quality. Truly good. The service was efficient when called, helpful, and always courteous, but the tables also needed to be attended to with a certain consistency. The meat gets cold quickly!!!! There are ways to keep the product warm at the table. The place, still equipped for the summer, is informal and very charming. A small tip: at least some background music...the silence was almost embarrassing when we arrived with children. A special mention goes to the bill...fair, honest, and proportionate to the menu offered. I forgot to mention the excellent pizza 🍕 We'll definitely be back

16/09/2025: My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.

01/07/2025: Very welcoming pub, I spent a quiet evening away from traffic, immersed in a suggestive historical center and good live acoustic music. I forgot... Good wine 🍷!

02/06/2025: Steampunk style pub, always background music. They recently opened a kitchen and offer tasty and good dishes. Good craft beers and a wide variety of drinks. In winter the place actually has little space inside, maybe 10 seats, but you can book. In summer it has lots of outdoor seating and hosts evenings with live music. Ernesto and his wife are friendly and very kind, with a super rock style!. My favorite place in Fiano.

29/07/2025: Delicious artisanal ice cream, nice and clean place!!! We got a birthday cake here for my daughter, it was beautiful and really delicious! Also noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness. Definitely worth a try.
