05/08/2025: This is one of those places that stays in your heart, as well as your mind, where you can't wait to return. There's a soul, even before the raw ingredients, expertly blended by Amalia and explained by her husband Fabio, and it all comes through in every bite. The fried foods are exquisite, sophisticated combinations combined with a delicate crunchiness. The pizza is the highlight. The dough is incredible; despite the ancient grain flours, the leavening is perfect, with a honeycomb structure, and it's cooked to perfection, providing a unique crunchiness, softness, and digestibility. The pairings are designed to complete the work of art, from delicate raw shrimp to (very light) fried eggplant. Last but not least, the softness of its dough is reflected in the slice of cake with custard: impossible to explain in words, even a taste alone would be worth the whole dinner. In short, the 3 red prawn slices are, for me, a worthy recognition for a courageous, characterful, and above all, exquisite pizzeria.

23/06/2025: Good experience but needs improvement. I recently had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant and, overall, the quality of the food impressed me positively. The meat, in particular, was really excellent: well cooked, tasty and first choice. Unfortunately, the experience was penalized by a service that was not up to par with the cuisine. Once seated, we waited about 30 minutes without anyone coming to take the order, and it was necessary to call the waiters' attention. As an appetizer, I chose a cheese board, indicated on the menu as accompanied by jams. When it was time to serve, however, after having to call the waiters once again for forgetting the jams, honey and balsamic vinegar arrived instead of the jams. The dish, although good, therefore did not reflect the description, and at 16 euros the quality-price ratio suffered. Furthermore, the meat was served only a few minutes after the appetizer, which compromised the experience: at the end of the platter, the meat had in the meantime been overcooked, losing part of its goodness. I write this review as constructive criticism, with the hope that the service can improve to live up to the cuisine, which has excellent potential. With a few more adjustments, the experience could become excellent!

25/07/2025: The large, shaded park includes a lounger and umbrella, subject to availability. The saltwater pool is always clean, and the spacious, clean bathrooms offer shower facilities. There's also a bar serving lunch. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

13/06/2025: Passing through on vacation with my wife and a friend we stopped on Sunday evening, almost by chance, for dinner. Excellent welcome, we were the first customers to arrive. Excellent and varied menu. After an appetizer with excellent bruschetta offered by the owner, we chose a pasta all'amatriciana and two cacio e pepe. Then an oxtail alla vaccinara that we shared. Both pastas and the oxtail were truly excellent, with compliments to the chef and compliments to the owner and the staff, very kind and welcoming. To return.

18/07/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant and well-organized. The staff is friendly and helpful (a rarity in an all-you-can-eat restaurant). The imaginative and tasty rolls are excellent, and the fish is fresh and well-served. I also loved the Chinese dishes, both the first and second courses. It was a very good and generous lunch shared with my family. Worth a try and a regular return when you're craving an Asian meal. 😉

29/07/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo anni in questo ristorante e devo dire che è sempre convincente! Bella atmosfera anche all’aperto, molto soft, molto “calda”. Ottimi gli antipasti in particolare modo il tortino di melanzane, speciale la carne sia i filetti che la tagliata. Squisiti i dolci. Servizio molto professionale e gentile.

14/07/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday, Sunday, for lunch. We had a wonderful time! The place is welcoming and the service attentive and friendly, we felt right at home! We ordered several dishes, a special mention for the grilled meat and the lamb chops...truly exceptional! The appetizer and ravioli were also excellent; in short, everything was delicious! We'll be back soon!
