18/01/2025: Eating here means living an intense sensorial experience! The environment is welcoming, elegant and relaxing, with a prevalence of light and conciliatory colours. The food is really excellent, the dishes are plentiful and satisfying. My husband and I are vegan and have always had a wonderful time! You can really feel that they put a lot of passion and care into what they do and these are the small companies that deserve to prosper, because they really work hard! They also have an artisanal pasta factory in the restaurant, where they sell fresh pasta of all kinds! My mother buys their tonnarelli and makes me amazing pasta! No really, go there, you will love it!!!

22/12/2024: Let me start with the negative side. What I didn't like was the menu setup. Even if it's on the tablet (very convenient) you can't understand anything. There is a lot of writing in Chinese and the various dishes are often not described properly. The ingredients are missing, whether they are spicy, whether they are steamed or grilled. They should get help from a technician and fix the entire menu with the right translations. I saw spicy dishes arriving when it wasn't specified on the menu and I didn't even expect them to be (fish carpaccio which was described on the menu as sashimi with sauce). Furthermore, the portions were few, but this can also be overlooked since it is an all you can eat and you just need to order more portions.
Now on to what I found positive. However, the food was good, especially the steamed ravioli which I found exceptional. They are not the classic frozen ones that you find in all restaurants, these are handmade and very, very tasty. I noticed it immediately from the ad hoc closure and the owners gave me confirmation. I would go back to make an all you can eat of just ravioli 😉😃
I repeat, only the digital menu setting needs to be improved, then everything is good 💪

19/01/2025: Sunday lunch with the family, unbearable wait!! I waited for a risotto with porcini mushrooms for a good 2 hours but in the end they brought me fettuccine!! For the second course I ordered a sea bream with potatoes but after two hours they still hadn't started cooking it!! I canceled the order!! It should be noted that they smoke in the kitchen!!

15/01/2025: Probably the advice of a colleague had made me foresee high expectations which instead were partially dampened.
Good dishes (chicory sautéed separately), service that can be reviewed and certainly improved.
I returned for dinner on a Wednesday, let's say the welcome left me very perplexed to the point that I was about to leave since the owner was not so happy to have me for dinner (since I hadn't booked). Then I waited 2 hours to finish dinner with a good starter and a first course without any culinary ambitions, in fact... far from it. Highly paid and various inaccuracies during service. I don't think there will be another appearance by me in this place. Sorry.

IO E LA MIA FAMIGLIA SIAMO STATI RAPINATI NEL PARCHEGGIO, E LA COSA PEGGIORE È CHE…
Abbiamo fatto attenzione a fermarci in un posto per pranzare, dove c'erano cartelli che indicavano che il parcheggio era sorvegliato da telecamere di sicurezza. Nel parcheggio erano presenti cartelli che avvisavano della presenza di telecamere di sorveglianza. Non avevamo ancora iniziato a mangiare quando siamo stati chiamati da un cliente che ci ha informato che i finestrini della nostra auto erano stati rotti e la portiera era stata aperta. Quando ci siamo avvicinati alla macchina ci siamo resi conto che ci avevano rubato tutte le borse.
Ho chiesto subito all'impiegato se potevamo avere accesso alle telecamere di sicurezza. Ci ha informato che non c'erano telecamere di sicurezza, le ho detto e le ho mostrato che nel parcheggio c'erano cartelli che informavano della presenza di telecamere di parcheggio. Lei ha insistito dicendo che non c'era. Le ho chiesto di chiamare il direttore e mi ha detto che era lei.
Ho immediatamente inviato un'e-mail all'azienda richiedendo la registrazione e mi hanno risposto che le telecamere servivano al cliente per monitorare la propria auto mentre era lì a fare merenda.
I cartelli indicano che le immagini delle telecamere sono disponibili 24 ore su 24.
In altre parole, PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE! RISPOSTE IRRAGIONEVOLI E CONTRADDITTORIE! HO CREDUTO AL MONITORAGGIO BUGIO!

05/02/2025: The place is excellent after the renovation, I think it will be full house, there is a free toilet, there is no shower, the girl at the checkout is very pleasant and helpful, but the woman next to her in overalls looks like Commissioner Karado Catani, she keeps the toilet clean, in my opinion, she does it from the heart.
