01/04/2026: After visiting the exotic animal fair in Fiano Romano, we were looking for a place to have lunch. Luckily, we were able to reserve a table over the phone. For the Sunday menu, the waitress kindly listed the available options. Although the service was a bit slow, the quality of the food was very high. The portions were generous and the prices very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!

02/04/2026: Alas, a terrible experience! The other diners, enjoying their pizza, described it as commendable. I, a celiac, had a microscopic, inedible burger (and they knew about it from the phone reservation I'd made the day before, reassuring me that it was made with top-quality meat and specified NO SALT). When I pointed it out, they brought me another one that was worse than the first, not to mention salty and overcooked. But what made me most worried was the only waiter in the room. He was extremely rude and practically ignored us from then on, and even though we asked to contact the owner, he didn't give us any response. So, dear business, how carefully do you choose your flours? PAY VERY ATTENTION TO THE MEAT AND, ABOVE ALL, TO THE STAFF! P.S. You didn't even let me find packaged gluten-free bread.

26/03/2026: I've been there a few times, I think 4, but the food is decent and they're very attentive and kind. The price is a little higher than average, but it's worth it.

09/03/2026: The setting is simple but nice, the first course was good but the second course, cuttlefish with escarole etc. was not great, the cuttlefish, which honestly looked like squid to me, was tough and the filling tasted of nothing.

13/04/2026: We stopped at this trattoria almost by chance, drawn by its convenient location near the Fiano Romano highway toll booth, and we can confidently say it was a truly pleasant discovery. We started with a simply exceptional artichoke alla giudia: the leaves were perfectly crunchy, almost like chewing glass—exactly how it should be done properly. Next, a carbonara DOC, creamy and flavorful, truly fantastic. The paccheri with pecorino romano, crispy guanciale, and 'nduja were also excellent: a rich and bold dish, a true delicacy. To finish, a tender saltimbocca alla romana and truly special baked potatoes, the perfect accompaniment. The service was excellent, with great attention from the owner, who made us feel welcomed and comfortable, right at home. A place we'll definitely return to!

11/04/2026: I ate there one evening, having higher expectations based on the reviews. I had an Easter appetizer for two, but it wasn't anything special. An artichoke was quite good, while the carbonara and matriciana were nothing special. The guanciale wasn't crispy and was of commercial quality, and the pecorino seemed like a simple, flavorless cheese. The first course of the day was average. The waiter was very kind and helpful, and the owner was friendly. I thought I'd find a place with very good Roman food, but now it's all cheap!

29/03/2026: We didn't manage to dine, but I still wanted to leave a very positive review. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming. They did their best to find us a seat, but unfortunately the wait was a bit long—completely understandable, given that we hadn't booked and it was late. Seeing the other customers' dishes, everything looked really appetizing! I'll definitely be back, and if there's a wait, I'll gladly do so.

22/03/2026: It's no longer the Lele ai Casali we all knew and loved for decades. A huge disappointment, the food and service have deteriorated, and the prices have gone up. A real shame...

14/09/2025: Relaxing atmosphere, not overcrowded. The lunch dishes are excellent. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Recommended for a relaxing summer day (or more).

07/04/2026: I've been here often and have always had excellent food. From the vegetables from their garden to the always varied and delicious meat. The menu is set and changes weekly, and I always love coming back. The waiters are kind and friendly, and the place is very quiet.

01/04/2026: The food is always excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, but next time, the tiramisu is sold out! If you go, ask for it right away because it's delicious and it goes way too fast.

28/08/2025: Beautiful, spacious, and welcoming establishment with plenty of tables, ensuring 99% of people will find a seat. The staff is friendly. The only downsides are the price of coffee and water is above average, and since there's no cashier, paying takes longer than getting a coffee at a table. Needs improvement.

12/03/2026: I happened to be in Fiano without planning it. I happened to pass by and decided to try it. Excellent quality and a great selection. I'm still waiting for the bill, but otherwise, I'd go back.

04/03/2026: A little disappointed, but good. Beautiful place inside, perhaps not very modern, but still quite crowded, especially since we were there on a Friday. As for the food, I would modernize both the app used to order and the dishes themselves. Obviously, the food was amazing, tasty, and good, nothing to complain about. But as I already said, I would modernize the tablet for ordering and make it more understandable, which is why I can't give 100% stars... I came with a person who is a fabian, which means he can't eat peas and broad beans, otherwise it would damage his eyesight. Unfortunately, in one of the dishes we order everywhere, "prawns in sweet and sour sauce," we found peas and obviously he couldn't eat them, but they weren't listed in the ingredients, much less in the allergy stickers. So I was a little disappointed (obviously, we sent the dish back and didn't pay for it).
