19/06/2026: We chose to stop at Primi della Classe, taking a short detour from the highway, and it was absolutely worth it! The restaurant is really close to the exit, making it a convenient stop during the trip.
We ordered two carbonaras and also split a cacio e pepe: both were delicious, well-made, and truly satisfying. The staff also deserves a shout-out: they were very kind and welcoming.
If you're passing through (or even if you're just coming here) and want to eat an excellent first course without straying too far from the highway, it's highly recommended!
18/06/2026: In fact, it was a pasta factory and now a restaurant, but you can't change so suddenly because it takes years of training and mistakes, but even if they tried to shoulder the economic problems, this is not the way to go! Adios

30/06/2026: Conveniently located near the highway exit, after reading excellent reviews, we stopped for lunch and were very pleased. The restaurant is beautiful and welcoming, surrounded by greenery with a spacious interior, an outdoor veranda, and ample shade. The decor was very elegant, and the service was excellent. We ate typical Roman appetizers and first courses, all very good.

26/05/2026: Excellent, easy-to-digest pizza. I'm talking about both the pizzas by the slice and the round ones. The crust is perfectly crispy. The owners, Armando and Luana, are very kind and hospitable. You can also sit down and order a pizza on the go in the evening. I highly recommend it.
12/05/2026: Both the pizza and the hot food are wonderful!! I come from the other side of Rome and when I get here I can't help but stop by, simply a guarantee, I recommend it.

07/06/2026: This restaurant in the middle of an ancient town is excellent. The food is tasty and amazing. The coffee is excellent and well prepared. The owners are great people who treat you well and want you to have the best of their food. If you are driving to Tuscany please stop by this place. Also, be careful that the restaurant is inside the old town and is within a ZTL zone, you need to park outside and walk about 5 minutes. Excellent. Grazie!!!
28/04/2026: I stopped here after a lunch outside Rome with friends and we decided to stop for a digestif. Out of curiosity, we opted for the gin tasting, which was served with class and very interesting. I recommend gin lovers try it, paired with the spices recommended by the owner, who is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
I will definitely be back to try the focaccias, which I saw steaming hot, but unfortunately I didn't get to try them because I had just finished lunch.
