16/02/2026: Superb experience at Mater, a restaurant just outside Rome that offers a gourmet take on contemporary Neapolitan pizza. The dough is sublime, light, airy...a true cloud. Generous toppings and very unique combinations, but all perfectly executed. The vegetarian/vegan options are also perfect, usually more "sad" than their omnivorous counterparts, but not at this place. The only small disappointment is the desserts, which are few and very classic (except for the Afrika cake, which we chose). I would have liked something more ingenious, in keeping with the style adopted in creating the pizzas.

It's one of those dishes that makes you slow down, close your eyes, and savor every bite. And then the meatball. A great meatball in every sense: generous, flavorful, and balanced. Perfect crust on the outside, tender and fragrant on the inside. A dish that exudes tradition but with a touch of elegance that makes it special, not predictable. You can sense a sure hand in the kitchen, solid technique, and above all, a love for what they do. The result is an experience that's more than just a dinner, but a moment of true gastronomic pleasure. A restaurant worth talking about—and above all, experiencing. You leave the table satisfied, eager to return soon.

09/03/2026: An absolutely positive experience. Dinner with friends from Palombaro at this informal yet meticulously crafted restaurant. The owner and his sons serving were always present and available to explain the characteristics of the dishes we chose and the ingredients they use. We will definitely return and recommend it to other friends.

16/09/2025: My name is Rudy. I was in Rome for work and happened to dine at Acquamarina three times in a row. The food is exceptional, and the welcome is just as good. If I may recommend the seafood risotto, it's divine, as is the rest of the menu.

17/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. Exceptional first courses. We ordered three carbonaras, one cacio e pepe, and one tagliatelle with hare ragù. For the main course, a simple tagliata with fries for the kids and a peppered fillet for us with sautéed chicory. Everything was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The indoor dining room features a grill for life; we loved it because it reminds us of an old farmhouse. The glass exterior is also beautiful.

14/09/2025: Relaxing atmosphere, not overcrowded. The lunch dishes are excellent. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. Recommended for a relaxing summer day (or more).

08/03/2026: I didn't like it; it dates back to 2 years ago. Everything was very anonymous. On Saturday evening, 2-3 tables were occupied. It's always open in the evening, the interior space is large, but the quality isn't up to my standards.

28/08/2025: Beautiful, spacious, and welcoming establishment with plenty of tables, ensuring 99% of people will find a seat. The staff is friendly. The only downsides are the price of coffee and water is above average, and since there's no cashier, paying takes longer than getting a coffee at a table. Needs improvement.
