27/11/2025: One of the few bakeries that stays open early in the morning! The first thing, and most importantly, is that you're greeted with a smile, kindness, and friendliness—something you can't take for granted these days. I've had the chance to try their still-warm red pizzas, croissants, and baked goods (doughnuts, cakes, and tarts) of all kinds. Another plus is their very reasonable prices, considering the truly high quality! A true gem in Aprilia, highly recommended! 😊

22/04/2026: They took care of preparing the buffet for our son's first birthday. What can I say? Everything was perfect. Quality food. From the savory dishes to the starters, main courses, and the cake, everything was excellent! The portions were generous. Trust them, there's no risk of guests undereating! So much so, from the quality and quantity, that some of our guests asked if we could give them something to enjoy the next day as well. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

28/04/2026: This morning we waited 25 minutes for two croissants and two macchiatos to be served at our table, as the lady at the register had served a table of 10-12 people who had arrived after us. I feel sorry for the girls who were running around like crazy, and for Daniele and Cristiana, who know their time, but I definitely won't be going to that bar again.

25/01/2026: We went to this place to spend a pleasant evening with my boyfriend, and what can I say...everything was simply superb, from the welcome we received to the atmosphere. It's a small place, but the saying "good things come in small packages." We were served, or rather, "pampered" by the waiter, who, from what I understand, is the son, and was disarmingly professional and kind. We started with an appetizer of exceptional culatello di zimbello accompanied by various types of bread made on site and some fried Iberian ham. We then opted for a second course, skipping the first course for quantity reasons. We chose a 1.3 kg Chianina T-bone with a side of baked potatoes. The meat is accompanied by three different types of salt and local rosemary-flavored oil. Everything—and I mean everything—lived up to expectations, so much so that we also decided to opt for two desserts with coffee and an after-dinner drink. We'll definitely be back. A 20 out of 10. PS. The bill was €170 for two people, but it was completely justified. I was happy to spend my money on this service.

18/01/2026: A very welcoming little place, excellent service, and meticulously selected ingredients. The meat is of excellent quality and tender, and the music is well-chosen. Overall, an experience worth trying.

08/05/2026: Nice place, but honestly there are much better places around, some food is bland or conversely too exaggerated in the seasoning, nice staff, shy and not, ample parking.

06/05/2026: I picked up the takeout box to enjoy by the sea. The product remained incredibly fresh, the cashier's recommendations were all very helpful, and they were also very quick, even though the place was almost full.

08/02/2026: A delightful discovery! Small but functional, the appetizers and main courses are truly excellent. A wide selection of wines. The tiramisu is fantastic! The owners, two welcoming and friendly people, make you feel right at home. If you like Roman cuisine, you're sure to find quality and tradition at Salvino's. I'll be back soon to try the rest of the menu. I recommend booking in advance, as seating is limited.
