14/12/2024: we had the company dinner at the Grottino and spent a truly great evening as guests of Salvino and his sweet wife. They prepared a succulent dinner for us and offered their place to entertain us and have fun with karaoke and Salvino sang with us. I will definitely go to visit them with my family and I hope to become a regular guest.

18/04/2025: I have ordered several pinsas here from Staglio and every time it is a confirmation: light doughs, seasonal, quality ingredients and always delicious combinations, even in the special pinsas. One better than the other! Even the fried foods are worth it! The owners are always very kind and super helpful, and punctuality in deliveries is impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a really good pinsa, made with love, care and passion!

The venue presents an elegant and refined environment, with attention to detail and ideal for both professional meetings and moments of pleasure. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional and never intrusive. The raw materials are of the highest quality, starting from the raw products - very fresh and served with great care - up to the first course, truly exceptional in taste and presentation. Note of merit also for the wide selection of bottles, a wine list that highlights both local labels and big names, offering a perfect choice for every palate. Congratulations to all the staff for their passion and competence. I will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

08/05/2025: Good morning, I don't usually write reviews but today I picked up 2 piadine takeaways from the Aprilia point in which 1 was tuna mozzarella, tomato without mayonnaise and one was raw lettuce mozzarella without tomato and both were wrong. My mistake was not to check again immediately because while I was waiting a lady had come back to complain because they too had had the wrong wraps. The girl at the cash register exclaimed to the girl in the kitchen "damn you" and she laughed. I don't care about human error, but if you accidentally catch an allergic person, it becomes a big mess. Today there is little desire to work and a lot of fun

17/04/2025: For a short stay in Aprilia I was a customer of this place twice, one dinner and one lunch. In both cases I had a good time, nothing to say other than BRAVI. Bright, spacious room. Friendly, fast, well-organized waiters. Tasty "Roman" food. See you soon
