Solo da Manduca In Aprilia

I've been a customer and fan of Manduca forever. Excellent gelato and pastries! Superb cakes. Delicious and plentiful aperitivo. The shop on Via Mascagni produces delicious colomba, pandoro, and panettone during designated times. Medium/high prices, but you pay for quality! Restrooms are available and accessible to the disabled. Parking is adjacent or along the street, but it gets very crowded during peak hours. Perhaps I'd improve the service; there's a bit of disorganization between those paying, picking up, and ordering...there's always a long line and it gets confusing. Also, since last year, on summer evenings, the gelato has started to run out punctually around 9:30/10 PM, and the tubs aren't replaced. This is understandable during the week, of course, to avoid waste. But it's not so on the weekend, since it's a pastry shop open late. It's ridiculous to arrive at 10 pm after dinner, on a hot July or August evening, for example, and find only a few flavors left. Besides, I've always had a great experience and highly recommend it to everyone.

They have delicious ice cream, especially the classic flavors, including the pistachio ice cream. But why do I get large portions that don't fit in the cone once (bravo), and then four small scoops the next time?

It's been our go-to pastry shop since it opened. Yesterday we had the real fruit, it's truly exquisite and fresh, the absolute best, like all their delicacies. Only at Manduca is the best pastry shop in Aprilia 💝
