06/05/2025: We went to the spa and in the evening we had dinner in the restaurant, I finally found competence in the dining room and technique in the kitchen, everything was really good and the flavors were exceptional. The waiter, if I'm not mistaken, his name is Gabriele, really treated us very well even at breakfast. We will definitely be back.

30/06/2025: We returned to eat at this restaurant and for us it is always a pleasure because finding a good gluten-free pasta, well cooked is not easy and obvious. It is certainly good for traditional cuisine but for me it is also worth going for the gluten-free because they make pasta they have warm bread and also the dessert is gluten-free and lactose-free!! I highly recommend it!

Despite the difficulty of finding the raw material since the season was over, when I expressed the desire to taste artichokes she made an effort to organize a dinner based on this delicacy for me within a few days. Each dish, in addition to being sublime, had professionalism and love for one's profession as its ingredients. 26/04/2025: Nicola, un ragazzo davvero gentile, un signore di casa, che da subito ci ha fatto sentire a casa, trovandoci subito un posto a sedere anche quando il locale era pieno, il suo prosciutto parla da solo, abbiamo preso 2 calici di rosè molto buono, taralli, olive e il suo prosciutto , prezzo davvero onesto, un padrone di casa a tutti gli effetti , torneremo a trovarlo e consigliamo davvero a tutti di passare da lui per un aperitivo.

14/06/2025: Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. La pizza servita, a mio avviso, non poteva essere definita né una vera pizza né tantomeno una focaccia, per consistenza e sapore. Ancora più grave è quanto accaduto con la pizza senza glutine: la persona celiaca che era con me ha accusato forti malesseri per tutta la notte e anche il giorno successivo, segno evidente di una probabile contaminazione, forse dovuta all'utilizzo dello stesso forno o alla scarsa attenzione nella preparazione. Un episodio serio che solleva dubbi sulla sicurezza alimentare del locale, soprattutto per chi soffre di celiachia. Sconsigliato, non solo per la qualità ma anche per i rischi potenzialmente pericolosi.

19/03/2025: Non sono solita fare recensioni, anzi é la mia prima in assoluto ma oggi sono davvero costretta, non posso permettere a nessuno di fare la peggiore esperienza della vita. Cercavamo un locale senza glutine su Fiuggi e abbiamo trovato questo, attratti dal fatto che fosse certificato siamo andati. Arrivati non c'era nessuno e si sentivano delle urla provenire da una stanza vicina fin quando ci accoglie la cameriera e ci fa accomodare in una stanza con annessa porta chiusa dove vi era solo un tavolo di persone che erano in pausa dal lavoro, ci accomodiamo e pochissimo dopo restiamo soli nella stanza, un bambino inizia a giocare con la tv con volume al massimo, arrivato il pranzo abbiamo notato la qualità inesistente dei piatti, il pollo nella grigliata era totalmente Crudo. Rimandato indietro per far "cuocere meglio" le bruschette dell'antipasto arrivate a fine pranzo, personale inesistente sembra di stare a pranzo nel salone di sconosciuti, ci hanno fatto addirittura pagare il servizio (inesistente) 50€ x 2 grigliate 2 contorni 2 bruschette. Davvero voto zero.
