03/09/2025: I don't know what to say. A beautiful day at the spa, but to continue relaxing, we decided not to leave given the restaurant's excellent reviews. The bread in the basket was obviously old. Amatriciana, or pasta with sauce containing soft, not at all crispy pork cheek, and no pecorino cheese, or if it was present, it was imperceptible. Tagliolini with asparagus, pork cheek, and tomatoes was a bland pasta dish, with ingredients that didn't quite mesh together. To finish off beautifully, the beef tagliata, €28, or six strips of meat, floating in a pungent red sauce, surrounded by six white beans and bland potatoes. An excellent dinner if we had opted for a cafeteria, but not for a four-star hotel, and not at that price. We ate purely out of hunger, not pleasure. However, as I told the waiter, the Fiuggi water was really good.

17/09/2025: Sausages were overcooked, dry, steaks acceptable, but cooked fairly roughly. The requested medium-rare steak arrived practically blue (cold inside) and almost burned on the outside. Service was fairly courteous, the Cessna wine acceptable. Acceptable. Overall costs, in my opinion, were disproportionate. The steak was cheap, but two fried meatballs were also dry. It was 10 euros, rather than a large cheese platter with sweet provolone, a very good aged pecorino, and a young pecorino from the supermarket. It cost another 10 euros, also because the order was for a small, dry sausage with a small piece of cheese. The sausage was actually there and paid for separately. The cheese platter would have been returned, but it was my fault. I had too high expectations...

03/12/2025: Never happened before! I entered this restaurant for lunch, at the recommendation of an acquaintance. It was 1:45 PM. I asked if it was possible to have lunch and was told to sit at a table, either inside or outside on the terrace. I chose outside, because everyone else was sitting there. The table wasn't set, like the others that weren't being used at the time. After about 10 minutes, a waitress brought me the menu, without saying anything or even asking if I wanted water. I looked at the menu and waited for someone to come take my order. Meanwhile, a couple with a child entered the restaurant and sat at the table next to mine. It was clear that they were people the waitress knew, because she immediately set the table, brought the water, and took my order. All this while continuing to completely ignore my table. At that point, and it was almost 2:15 PM, I decided to get up and, without saying a word, leave the restaurant. It was absurd!!!! Non-existent and inattentive service!!!! A place to avoid for this episode alone. Obviously, I can't say anything about the food. I'll just say it was rude and completely unprofessional!!!! Zero stars, not even one. Never see you again.

12/10/2025: We booked late, at 9:30 PM, and the owner greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. The meat was exceptional, with a wide selection, and the appetizers and side dishes were also very good. The price was exceptional for the quality of the food! I highly recommend it and hope to return when I'm back in Fiuggi!

17/09/2025: Beautiful atmosphere and truly delicious food. The gluten-free food is also excellent. It's also very popular because it's the only AIC-certified restaurant in the area, at least for now, and the quality is good.

14/08/2025: The food was divine... Gnocchi with pesto that tasted practically homemade...delicious! Fair prices, impeccable courtesy, helpfulness, and customer service, ample outdoor parking... An oasis of refreshment surrounded by nature. I'll be back in the evening to try the pizzas! Highly recommended 👌👏🏼✌️

Al Calice Doc is the kind of place that captivates you from the first moment: a warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and a welcome that makes you feel instantly at home. The wine selection is truly remarkable, with carefully selected labels explained with passion and expertise. Each glass tells a story, and the staff is excellent at guiding you through your choice. Impeccable service, genuine smiles, and customer care that is increasingly rare these days, especially Luca. A perfect place for a relaxing, romantic evening, or simply to indulge in something well-made. Highly recommended: Al Calice Doc is a must-see in Fiuggi.

06/10/2025: Excellent quality products, very good wine at a reasonable price. The only downside is the lack of a menu; I'd rather see how much I'll pay before I get the bill.

09/12/2025: Good food, friendly staff, clean and quaint atmosphere. I had lunch at the Locanda on Saturday, December 6th, and was pleased with the value for money. The pasta was well cooked al dente, the rabbit was exceptional, and the wine was good.

29/11/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at this splendid inn and were delighted! From the first moment, the atmosphere welcomed us with an old-world warmth, making us feel immediately at home. The real triumph, however, was in the cuisine. We tried several typical dishes, and each was a tribute to local tradition: fresh, high-quality ingredients, cooked with passion. It's rare to find a cuisine that so successfully combines the simplicity of tradition with such high quality. A special thanks to the staff, always attentive and courteous. We'll definitely be back!

03/12/2025: High prices and low food quality! We only had two first courses and a second course for three of us, then two side dishes, two appetizers! (One was two cacio e pepe croquettes), a tiramisu, a lemon sorbet, and a barley soup, plus two bottles of water (€7), for a total of €34 each! I froze to death! I wouldn't go back.
