Pampered and guided by the maître in the chef's tasting journey: a succession of dishes studied to perfection, with top quality ingredients, very scenic at times really fun and engaging! We felt part of the creation of the final dish, interacting with the mise en place and discovering unique flavors. Five stars more than deserved, highly recommended.
18/05/2025: You have to go there or pass by but it's absolutely worth it. Highly recommended! And then at the end they leave you a little something. The mortadella in the tube is the best! ❤️

03/12/2025: A real surprise! The meat is simply exceptional: you can immediately taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients and especially in the aging process, carried out with great skill. Each cut arrives tender, flavorful, and with those aromas that only proper aging can provide. Also not to be missed are the artisanal gins, produced in-house: aromatic, original, and perfect neat or in cocktails. It's rare to find a trattoria that so successfully combines tradition and quality with a touch of creativity. A welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and great passion in everything they do. Highly recommended!
18/10/2025: A charming restaurant. There aren't many seats, but they do have a large dining room for groups who want to enjoy a quiet meal. The food is excellent, with their specialty being raw meat aged with passion and care by the owner. He'll give you advice and explain how he ages the meat. He'll also explain today's menu and, based on your tastes, help you choose what you're most interested in. The icing on the cake is the pairings for each dish, with some special gin and tonics (some of which are homemade), which pair perfectly with the dishes you're eating. They also have a wine list. The staff is friendly and professional, and reservations are required.
