A simple place, just as a true village trattoria should be, with a homely atmosphere that smells of grilled meat and a passion for tradition that leaves no room for sterile modernity. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

A historic trattoria in Valiona where chef Sandra's home-style cooking is at its finest. The use of locally sourced, zero-mile ingredients is always perfect, with a special mention for the mountain asparagus. Excellent selection of high-quality meats, with a special focus on raw fish, including the highly prized raw rib eye served carpaccio-style.

Lunch with friends, delicious food, both the first and second courses, and the side dishes were truly excellent. The tagliata crudo was fantastic. The tiramisu was wonderful... Highly recommended.

26/05/2026: A charming place with a lovely garden where you can enjoy an aperitif. It has ample parking, and the service is youthful and friendly. The aperitif is always accompanied by a few snacks.
07/03/2026: Excellent bar for aperitifs and snacks. A platter of pizzas and crostini with cured meats is served with the aperitif. Excellent prices. The place is quite large in the summer, considering the outdoor space; slightly smaller in the winter. I recommend parking in the Vimar parking lot (next to the bar) because there's limited parking in front.
