It's a shame there aren't more stars to express how satisfied we were with the experience we had last night. The dishes were surprisingly flavorful and presented with great originality. Thanks also to Christian, the restaurant manager and sommelier, who accompanied us on this journey of extraordinary flavors. A perfect evening. Definitely worth repeating.
