26/01/2025: We booked for a birthday dinner, we had a great time!
The environment is welcoming and cheerful, and just like in the past when there was a row we found ourselves at ease singing and joking together.
The staff was very helpful and friendly, even when we asked to add seats for the usual last minute guests.
The pizza I ordered, the Bicia, proved to be an excellent choice and the others were also satisfied with their dishes.
Finally, they allowed us to bring our cakes to sing happy birthday, and the bill was done individually and not "Roman style", an appreciated gesture.
The only flaw is the few parking spaces, you have to compete for parking with the residents of the area..
But we will definitely be back!

02/02/2025: Il locale è decisamente vecchio e deludente. Arredi ed ambienti per nulla rinnovati e senza uno stile. Un grande miscuglio di roba vecchia. L'ingresso buio e cupo non ha dato un gran benvenuto e nemmeno il passaggio per andare nella sala ristorante. Odore di fumo e di polvere. La cena è stata discreta ma i prezzi altissimi non giustificano né il locale né il servizio. Mai più.

02/01/2025: Clean environment, ad hoc treatment and impeccable service. The staff is kind, helpful but above all, very importantly, they make you feel at ease straight away. I highly recommend it
11/12/2024: Clean rooms, excellent food and welcoming and very helpful staff. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely stop at the Brusco hotel again. A few km from the city center and convenient to the main services. The station is just a few steps away! Compliments

1. The food is high quality and tasty - pasta with mushrooms, fettina di manzo and contorno
2. The staff is polite and attentive, they give off good energy
3. The interior is nice and the music was very pleasing, they have good taste in music, they played good music tracks

We tried the DYNAMISM menu (with surprise dishes from the chef), at a cost of €85 each and a tasting of 3 wines for €25.
The cuisine aims to be innovative by using raw materials, including many vegetables, treated and made interesting by minimal and particular preparations.
Overall I liked some dishes and others less, but for the amount spent, satisfaction did not prevail.
Courteous and prepared service.
There is the possibility of staying overnight.
