27/05/2024: Es una maravilla encontrar un sitio así para comer unos pinchos en Venecia, donde todo es tan caro. Pinchos a 2 € y bebida más barata en pleno mercado de Rialto, eso sí, de pie porque apenas tiene afuera dónde apoyarse pero es muy agradable.

08/07/2024: A 5 minute walk from Mestre station, super-friendly staff, helpful and ready to give directions. Very clean rooms, comfortable and comfortable bed. The breakfast was basic, but could be improved.

24/06/2024: Excellent hotel for a short stay and a visit to Venice. Strong points are the location, closed free parking, spacious rooms and good service. Lots of explanations for visiting Venice. Strong WiFi. Everything is neat. The only downside is the breakfast, substandard.

07/08/2024: The journey to find a true pistachio croissant ends here. During my three days in Venice, I ran as soon as I woke up in the morning. I was looking for a croissant filled with thick and thick pistachio cream. I couldn't find it in Rome, but I found it right here in Venice! Finally, after a period of failure and patience. . . I can't tell you how beautiful it is because my accommodation is near here. Grab your Euros and run now. Right away.

06/08/2024: unfortunately we don't have photos from here but we had iced chocolate and virgin mojito here, the iced chocolate was weaker but the mojito was excellent, if there's a chance we'd love to come back here.

23/07/2024: Good ice cream, shame about the rude staff. My mother asked for a biscuit and they told her that they only give it to those who do takeaway... I asked for takeaway days before and I didn't see any biscuits. Interesting.

01/09/2024: Trotz Reservierung (hat persönlich und vor Ort stattgefunden) haben wir keinen Tisch bekommen. Von der unfreundlichen Dame am Empfang kam keine Entschuldigung oder kein Lösungsvorschlag, sondern nur Ignoranz. Massenabfertigung vom Feinsten! Schade, da wir bereits oft dort waren und anfangs immer zufrieden waren. Die letzten Male war dies leider nicht mehr der Fall. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

17/08/2024: Lieu super la terasse est magnifique et en plus de sa on mange très bien les plats sont copieux. Le personnel est très agréable et certain parle français. Je recommande.

31/08/2024: FANTASTIC experience both from a culinary and atmospheric point of view...in the center of Chioggia sul Canale...if you want to try some truly special fish dishes you are in the right place! and the particularly kind and competent staff will be able to indicate and tell you in detail the best wine pairings. Absolutely not to be missed!

01/09/2024: There were many free seats outside and no one inside. Still I was told I sit at the few tables at the side walk halving all the pedestrians passing me all the time. When I was finished it was still a lot free. So it’s just stupid, stupid, rude and bad service to say it’s full and I could not sit in a nicer place. Also I was refused to charge my phone at the place and they would not let me go inside and place it in a socket that was free. The pizza place as flat, plain and boring. The taste was fine, but nothing special.

31/08/2024: This place is really down the drain. As a regular of the Venice Film Festival i used to eat here every day, sadly enough they hired some very rude and surly waiters now. As I was single, they forbid me to sit at any of the - ample available - small tables in the shade, but forced me to eat in the sun (‘tables for single people’). And then you start to realize how mediocre their food always had been, with bufalo caprese clearly not with bufalo mozarella, greasy pasta. I used to like the waiters though, but now they’re replaced by the goon squad, it’s time to say goodbye to Ai Do Mati. It’s not as if there aren’t alternatives …

15/08/2024: I'm sorry to leave a negative review, especially not having tried this place... However, with regret, I have to say that when I arrived, the place was already closed, despite the time indicating that it should have closed much later. Furthermore, I found it unfair that the staff were out having fun and joking, occupying the external seats, while inside everything was turned off almost an hour before the indicated closing time. I will try again next time, hoping to be able to leave a positive review and receive a better welcome.

23/07/2024: It is truly a pleasant sensation to have an aperitif or eat something at one of the outdoor tables of this place. The location and the atmosphere complete the rich offer of this ice cream bar. Absolutely worth trying.

05/08/2024: The room condition was better than the previous two days, but because there is only one room card per room, and the card needs to be inserted to get electricity, I went to the counter to ask if I could send a mobile key to the Marriott Bonvoy app, but I was immediately rejected and said that group guests cannot use this. Serve. Is this difficult? As a Titanium member I feel very disappointed. (Not to mention that in other hotels in the group, you will still be greeted cordially even if you are in a group) Another point is that the smell of the conditioner is different from the scent I used in other Four Points. It is very pungent and I don't like it. By the way, I happened to be staying at Doubletree the next day, and I have a Hilton Gold Card membership because my credit card is linked. The receptionist found out and served me two welcome drinks. (Should I change jobs?)

03/08/2024: Location, meh, 25 min bus to Venice island, but pretty good neighbourhood, a lot of superstores nearby to shop from. Hotel was great until the moment I stepped into my room, there were cubes of dust on the ground and scratch marks on the wall, everything felt worn out and dated. Service was great, all the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

19/08/2024: Friendly and helpful guys who also meet requests other than the menu. Really good and fresh quality dough. Not the usual frozen pizzas. Truly much appreciated!

11/08/2024: Don't be fooled to the cheap price, because the personnel is very rude and we almost ate the food on foot. He didnt allow us to sit on the seats and warned us rudely and even went back to check if we sat there or not. The food was pretty simple and not tasty at all. Inside was too hot, not even an air conditioner. I also wonder about the hygiene about the food inside.
