I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Venezia

03/05/2025: Mi sono sentito preso per c..o! Ci siamo fermati pranzo in due durante una biciclettata, convinti dalla posizione con vista spettacolare sulla laguna (!per questo metto due punti) e decidiamo per due bis di secondi composti da Branzino e frittura mista al costo € 25 cad. E qui la sospresa , i piatti singoli sarebbero costati 20€ cad. mi aspettavo quindi un piatto abbondante ma Niente di questo…..,la frittura era forse 1/4 scarso del piatto singolo e il branzino forse ma forse era la metà. Se avessimo preso i piatti singoli e li avessimo divisi avremmo mangiato di più e risparmiati 10€!!!! Alla nostra osservazione ci è stato risposto “non è sempre la stessa mano che fa i piatti “. …..ma i miei soldi sono sempre gli stessi però!!!!! Per il resto pesce buono, servizio lungo, coperto 4€….. Presa per il c..o 10€

Here, you literally eat at the butcher's shop: from cutting the meat to serving it, it takes just a few seconds. Pure freshness, quality, and authenticity. The restaurant is unique and not for everyone—limited seating, an intimate atmosphere, and a concept that focuses on the essence: meat is the star. Every course, from appetizer to side dish, is top-quality. Excellent cuts, perfectly cooked, and flavors that speak of tradition, passion, and respect for the raw ingredients. To wash it all down, an excellent glass of wine (a must!). If you're looking for a unique, authentic, and direct experience, this is the place. Important: since it's a true butcher's shop with limited seating, reservations are required well in advance—but it's absolutely worth it. An unusual location, extraordinary quality, and an unforgettable way to experience meat.
