15/11/2025: A historic pizzeria in Conegliano, famous for its "pasqualina," which we finally got to try this evening (we specifically started in Mirano). The dough is good, but honestly, we expected a bit more toppings. The staff is very friendly (despite the large number of customers), and the atmosphere is simple but elegant. Prices are a bit high on some items.

23/10/2025: I'm not rating the restaurant. I'm rating the hotel services. Friendly staff. Two stars for the location. Close to the train and bus stations. The price doesn't match the quality (€97). The room was dirty. There was a lot of dust on the baseboards, and the toilet was filthy inside. Judging by the amount of limescale in the shower, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
"Breakfast," if you can call it that, was served at a pastry shop located a few dozen meters away, in another building. The options included coffee, tea, water, and one pastry.

16/11/2025: Although the rooms are small, they are quite functional. I am disabled, and the hotel staff were very helpful in making me comfortable.
15/11/2025: I had dinner with a group of friends. The variety of appetizers and their quality were exceptional. The first and second courses were also excellent. Finally, a wide variety of desserts, all delicious.

16/12/2025: The food at the restaurant was good. There were a few small mix-ups with dishes brought to us from another table, but nothing serious. The quality was good, and the pizza was good.
The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant and dining room were always clean and tidy.
The room, or rather, Apartment 2, had a strong, stale, smoke-filled smell that was almost nauseating.
It has great potential; a few small adjustments would be enough. If it weren't for the room, I would have given it 4 stars.
06/12/2025: Ample parking. Large, clean rooms. Very convenient location. Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices. Decent breakfast. I think the service has improved. I recommend it.

20/11/2025: Beautiful and welcoming place. It may have been the cold and rainy evening, but it felt like we were in a restaurant in our Dolomites. The staff is young, knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. The seafood appetizers were delicious, the grilled meats were fabulous, and there was a wide selection of refined and very good wines. The desserts were definitely not homemade and had a neutral rating. The price was slightly above average, but justified by the above-average meat and wine. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The owner, Mr. Antonio, is a delightful and courteous person.
11/10/2025: It felt like I was in my beloved Bolzano, even though it's just a few kilometers from Venice. The owners are very kind, and the typical Tyrolean food is very good. The prices are decidedly low for the quality of the dishes. I recommend it.
