11/08/2025: Well, unfortunately, in all honesty, I have to say that we weren't very happy with our evening.....so we arrived with about ten people, we made a reservation....practically all of us had pizza and a fish....nothing special, let's say...well first of all the service leaves a bit to be desired.... The glasses don't arrive but the drinks do, then a bottle of sparkling wine arrives which is supposed to be their bulk wine (that's what they call it) and the waiter doesn't even manage to open it and forgets the glasses....okay....then the wait....a good 45 minutes of waiting where in the meantime pizzas were being served to customers who arrived well after us.....in the meantime the fish arrives but not the pizzas...here too......another almost 20 minutes of waiting.....the pizzas arrive in batches there too.....then we finish, sweet wine for the cake here too.....the women should be served first in theory.....anyway.....now the bill....pay 30 euros for a sweet wine like that is a steal... I honestly didn't think so and on top of that 1 euro per person for the cake service which is true we brought it ourselves but damn we had dinner at your place... I forgot... 30 euros also for the fish (sea bass) of about 500 grams it was written... on the plate I think there was less than 200 grams of pulp... well, in short I have to say that we were all quite disappointed especially by the service and the waiting time which really need to be reviewed and improved... it's a shame because there are really a lot of waiters around and a service and waiting time like that are very annoying.....

08/08/2025: Spacious restaurant with excellent cuisine and pizza. Knowledgeable and efficient staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices.

13/07/2025: What we ate was good, but it's a shame that only about a third of the menu was available... so the choices were quite limited. The prices were a bit too high, in my opinion, for the quality of the dishes.

24/05/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday, we ate fish and three out of four of us felt ill. I don't recommend it.

24/08/2025: The pizza is delicious, it's actually baked in an oven! Polite service, lots of places that also consider foreign guests. I recommend it to everyone!

24/08/2025: In the center of Rosolina Mare, near the amusement park rides in Piazzale Europa, is this restaurant and pizzeria. I've been going there for many years, every summer. The service is good, but it's best to avoid busy hours. The dishes are excellent and plentiful, catering to all tastes. Fried fish is perfectly cooked, with no greasy residue. The pizzas are very good. It's a shame they don't cater to celiacs with gluten-free options. Prices are average. Overall, good.

25/08/2025: I can't review lunches or dinners, but when I asked for two aperitifs (a spritz at Cynar), they arrived fairly quickly and with the right appetizers. It was fine for me. The staff was friendly and quick. The spritzes were excellent.

19/08/2025: The location is nice and looked promising, but the experience was unfortunately disappointing. Upon our arrival, we waited over 35 minutes before we could order, despite asking two waiters. No one seemed to be responsible for the orders, and only after repeated prompting were we able to order wine and food. The person in charge of the wine didn't know the available labels, which made the selection difficult and unprofessional. The first course arrived over an hour later, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. We ordered two pasta dishes with clams (decent but small portions) and a fried fish dish (acceptable, but nothing memorable). The service seemed disorganized, inattentive, and not up to the standard of a restaurant. The food, average, doesn't justify the biblical wait times. I hope this review will be seen as an opportunity to reflect and improve. Customers deserve attention, expertise, and respect for their time.

05/09/2025: Nice bathroom, but eat somewhere else. Dry toast cost €12 with a tiny piece of avocado, frozen cutlet, overcooked fries. Staff already overloaded with two tables to serve. There are better places in the area.

31/08/2025: Amazing place, but poorly managed. 20-minute line to get a receipt for a beer. Only one register was open, with three bartenders at the counter waiting for people to pay. I would never recommend it again.

22/03/2025: Non date retta alle recensioni negative ma alla maggioranza positive, che sono veritiere! Oggi ho avuto la fortuna di trovare un tavolo libero in questa piccola trattoria a gestione familiare e sono stata molto soddisfatta. Abbiamo provato le tagliatelle al ragù si vitello, il baccalà e il musetto con polenta. Tutti molto semplici e buoni, come fatti in casa. Abbiamo poi apprezzato moltissimo l’offerta di 2 fette di pane con mortadella e pancetta in apertura e di 2 pezzetti di torta al limone a fine pasto. Ottimo anche il prezzo: € 28 a testa. Un solo consiglio: migliorare la qualità del vino. Anche se sfuso, dovrebbe essere un po’ meglio.

27/03/2025: A very quaint and meticulously maintained atmosphere, with parking available. The dishes, despite the all-you-can-eat formula, are truly top-notch. The service is professional, and the staff is very kind and always available. This is the best sushi in the area, even better than many others around Italy. I will definitely be back!

17/08/2025: A fantastic experience at L’Oasi Metaponto! The fresh pasta with fish, cherry tomatoes, and chopped pistachios is an explosion of flavors, beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. The tender and flavorful grilled tuna and prawns complete a perfect lunch. Quality cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere: a must-visit in Metaponto!

22/04/2025: ANDATECI! non c'era un solo piatto che non fosse fatto a regola d'arte, con sapienza e rispetto per la materia prima! In sala prende l'ordine una Signora (non so se fosse la proprietaria) di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, persona di mestiere, sapiente e cortese, con quel calore mai invadente ma che ti avvolge. gentilezza e professionalità ma soprattutto piatti eccellenti! tagliolini al granchio blu, anguilla alla griglia, polpette di pesce e pure i dolci..tutto stra stra buono! un ristorante che non segue le mode del momento, ma che propone il territorio e la maestria di piatti eccellenti!

23/02/2025: Birthday dinner. The place is very spacious, though perhaps lacking in adequate lighting in some areas. We ordered pizzas, which were very large and delicious, as well as cutlet with potatoes, spaghetti with clams, and tagliatelle with zucchini and scallops (off the menu). Good and fast service, and the homemade desserts are worth it. I recommend the zuppa inglese.

04/08/2025: Restaurant with good food, although the pizza is a bit less so. Friendly and helpful staff.

30/07/2025: 22 euros for pasta with scampi creamed in truffle butter and I find myself with 80 grams of pasta (abundant) finished with 4 forkfuls... 28 euros for the grilled fish, in my opinion excessive price given the quality of the raw materials and the quantity.
