Among the many evenings spent at the table, last night certainly deserves a special place. Of course, the pleasant company contributed to the evening's specialty, but the real star was the food: carefully prepared dishes, rich in flavor, and accompanied by truly excellent wines. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, helpful, and professional. I also had the opportunity to tour the restaurant and was captivated: a unique, original, and incredibly interesting atmosphere. Congratulations to the owner and all the staff for the passion and quality they convey. An evening to remember.

Impeccable staff, fast and professional service. The waiters were helpful and kind to all customers. Truly excellent food, excellent drinks. I was truly happy with my experience.

Ups and downs... but the staff was always friendly. The Spritz was perfect, with both Aperol and Campari. The fish and chips were good, but the fries were a bit mushy. The toast was excellent, but the Ascolana olives were undercooked, revealing the crust was a bit undercooked. It was very crowded, but the dishes must be cooked carefully! The owner showed the same kindness, bringing me my backpack that I'd forgotten! Thank you! We had a pleasant time.

Antico Caffè Franchin, a location in Rovigo's main square... with well-appointed decor and interesting stylistic choices. The upstairs room is attractive and worth a visit. Prices are reasonable for a place right in the center. The staff are professional. The only thing I'd like to see is a little updating the bathrooms.

13/04/2026: It's perfect! I had three weeks of nothing but stress because of a breakdown with my campervan. On my way back, I stopped here to sleep in my rental car because pets stay free. I have three dogs. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. The room is simple and very cozy (booking.com) and the pizza is amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and everything is easy. The rental car is safely parked in the courtyard. All the trouble of the last three weeks was gone in two hours. THANK YOU! Private parking Wi-Fi En-suite bathroom Air conditioning Free pets Breakfast included Near the highway Best pizza Good wine and a very good Aperol Spritz Very good prices I'll be back for another stopover.
