The service is the strong point, with the waitresses being active, present, and attentive. The kitchen loses points: having waited over 35 minutes for two mixed grills and seeing them arrive with a burnt chicken piece is unacceptable. Those in the restaurant business should know better than anyone that burnt meat is bad for you. Furthermore, turning the chicken piece so that the charred part wasn't visible seems really unfair to me. Since the rest of the dish was decent, they could have avoided sending an unsavory product to the table and said it was sold out! But if you don't care... the experience is over.

Excellent for lunch break, always a variety of dishes every day, possibility of pizza on certain days (I think), excellent side dish buffet which always turns out to be special.

If you're passing through Occhiobello, stop by. Good, plentiful food with a fixed-price menu...also à la carte...excellent pizza. Excellent buffet of mixed vegetables and chips...

We come here often for both lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is truly pleasant. The staff is very friendly. The food is good, good quality, and reasonably priced. The wait times are more than reasonable. Recommended.

04/05/2026: When I'm on the island I can't help but go to the rustico, the first courses are excellent, the second courses are excellent.... excellent location, a must-try for those who haven't been there.
