This leads to taste and quality of raw materials, but it would not be enough if there were not the passion and mastery of Moris in the kitchen to remember and take care of the "memory" recipes. And then the kindness of his father in the dining room, who frames each dish, with the poetry of memories! 25/06/2025: I spent a really pleasant evening at Enoteca Centrale: a welcoming environment, carefully selected bottles and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, ready to recommend refined wines based on my tastes. The proposal of truly interesting dishes was also excellent. The decor is warm and refined, with a style that invites you to stay and enjoy the evening. The selection of wines, both by the glass and in the bottle, is varied and high-quality, with surprises to discover. A pleasant confirmation, ideal for lunch, a business dinner or a convivial evening. I highly recommend it to those looking for a place to eat and drink well while feeling at ease.

15/06/2025: We had lunch here on our way back from a trip, trusting the reviews we read, and we did well. We ate very well, the place was very welcoming, and the service was attentive. The only small flaw was that it was very hot and there was no fresh air inside, but it is highly recommended for the excellent food!

12/06/2025: I'll start by saying that we didn't know the place at all, but since we were a little late with the reservation, we had to call several restaurants to find one with still available seats. I must say that the atmosphere is that of a family-run trattoria, very easy-going and that makes you feel at ease without too many frills. The dishes, however, are not trattoria-like... the portions are quite small unfortunately. The rabbit lasagne are good, not exciting but good, too bad that the ragù is really little. The lamb chops, they are also good although not special, but there are only 3... well, on the portions I would improve a little because in a trattoria you expect something else. The price and the wine list are in line with the trend of the place, honest prices, little choice but there is something.

21/06/2025: Both of our Risotto all'Amarone was too salty. I'm actually annoyed with ourselves for not sending it back to the kitchen right away. It would have been justified. We then had to wait forever for the main course... people who arrived after us had already left. When it finally arrived after we asked for it, one of the dishes was only lukewarm. The chicken schnitzel Milanese was bland, and the potatoes it was sitting on were also completely oversalted. I had ordered vegetables as a side dish... half of them weren't even potatoes, but luckily they weren't oversalted, so they were from a different pan? The vegetables were swimming in oil and, like the schnitzel, weren't really warm anymore. My wife's main course - beef on green asparagus - was hot and better, although a bit dry in one spot and therefore not perfect - but still good. It's also nice that you can order a glass of wine, depending on which bottles they have open at the time – you find out which winemaker it is and you get to taste it first. Overall, the food was disappointing and too expensive for what was on offer.

The food on the other hand is very good, the staff welcoming and the place very nice. You can choose between inside and outside and the inside is equipped with air conditioning. We only took one course so I can't give an indication of the price
