02/10/2025: First off I would say people need to overall check their expectations and do some research before visiting other countries. We spent a lot of time doing this and made sure to avoid all the tourist traps and Tik-Tok pumped locations that serve overpriced Americanized basic food. I see SO MANY reviews saying pasta isn’t cooked… Real scratch-made Italian pasta, when cooked correctly, should be al dente,meaning it has a tender but firm consistency with a slight resistance and chewiness when you bite into it, rather than being soft or mushy. so not what you make at home. Now for Bar Oasi, it’s a an inviting humble location with great service. we were greeted by Georgeo (I’m sure this spelling is way off), and I really wanted seafood pasta but with a wine sauce not on the menu. When he noticed I kept looking thru the menu over and over he asked what I was looking for and I just mentioned that to him and he immediately said, “No problem, we can make you whatever you want.” Our food was amazing, with actual flavor. This being our first time to Italy we could not have found better place to start. After long conversation I told Georgeo we are not interested in any of the “popular” places and wanted to go to real quaint restaurants with amazing food. He was very helpful and listed off authentic places we needed to try and everyone was absolutely amazing. It is harder to pick what places were the best as everything was so good. We went back the next evening for drinks and Georgeo even helped us with our next leg of our trip and listed authentic restaurants in Rome. I could not recommend Bar Oasi and Georgeo any more. This is a home away from home. Thank you Georgeo!

19/10/2025: There's not much to say. I like the place. I also think it's the best place to taste a glass of wine. Read with a pinch of salt, because I don't know much about wine beyond whether I enjoy it or not.

09/10/2025: My reviews from now on are in reference to my gluten sensitivity. So, while not a certified restaurant, Al Capitan de la Citadella is a trustworthy place to eat. It's a high-quality restaurant. They served us wonderfully. They served me gluten-free toast. They told us which dishes were gluten-free. Everything was delicious.

18/10/2025: Located next to the Posche Vicenza shopping center, it offers a small parking lot, a series of outdoor tables—nice if the weather is nice, as it was ours—and indoor tables with low and high tables. The decor is modern, with a mix of wood and metal. The daily menu is varied and balanced, with both first and second courses designed to be a complete meal, both in terms of quantity and nutrients. My tuna tataki was very tender, delicious, simple, and easy to digest. The sautéed vegetables and crispy potatoes completed the dish. Delicious, ideal for a business lunch.

05/09/2025: After eating a tartare, both of us ended up in the hospital, covered in red spots and swollen, with a fever of 39°C. They gave us an antihistamine and a gastric lavage. The fish was probably spoiled. We called the restaurant and were told "sorry," but no one ever called back.

23/08/2025: We've been there in fall, winter, and summer... unique experiences! Excellent food, served like works of art on the plates. The service staff are very polite and courteous, always asking "is everything going well?"... We'll be back...

25/08/2025: I've been there at least three times and have always found the quality to be good, the service to be average, the owners friendly, and the final bill reasonable, perhaps even a little low. The atmosphere is old-fashioned but familiar, and the parking is very convenient. I'd gladly return.

23/09/2025: Lovely place! The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming and they made me the best caffè shakerato/ cold coffee I’ve ever had. Would 100% recommend.

15/09/2025: We had initially planned to visit another bar, but the long line forced us to change our minds. We opted for a pizza, which unfortunately turned out to be a very mediocre choice – everything was floating on it, which spoiled the overall impression, and the sausage looked stale. Furthermore, while we were drinking our drinks, the staff asked if we were finished and then took our plates away. I felt like we were uninvited guests and had to quickly make way for the next customers. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
