11/01/2025: I had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome to the quality of the dishes, everything won me over. The flavors were delicious and well balanced, and the ingredients seemed fresh and carefully selected.
The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere of the place is pleasant, with a friendly decoration that invites you to have a good time.
I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back!

11/09/2024: September 2024 - Location I consider among the most evocative as regards our Alps, face to face with the Gran Paradiso massif. Cuisine with traditional dishes from the Aosta Valley.... well-presented appetizers... excellent tomini in green sauce... pasta fresh...polenta...meat...game...trout...etc..etc..prepared with careful care and with excellent quality ingredients...plus for the stewed deer..A particular and subjective consideration despite the fact that it is a rich...substantial cuisine...congratulations to the...chef!!!!!...who..."tames everything"..with the result of tasty flavours, without excess... which invite you to try a few more. "Never..Very varied choice of proposals including desserts. Attentive service...and prepared...an applause for the pleasant welcome certainly from the owner and the entire team of collaborators. Highly recommended ..... already visited by me a couple of times... there will be no shortage of other sorties.... Well done....!!!!!!!!
04/09/2024: There were 5 of us who took two plates of typical cured meats and cheeses, a Cogne sosa, polenta concia and mushrooms, polenta concia and trio of meats, trio and normal polenta and polenta and carbonada, a cream from Cogne. The typical dishes are rather small and miserable, two tiny pieces of cheese. The Sôsa is rather unrelated but quite good. The polenta concia is superb, the mushrooms abundant, the meat and carbonada good while the sausages are not as good as the rest. The polenta is excellent. The Cogne cream is good. Quick service, very friendly staff, we will be back. We spent €33 per person with water, wine and three coffees

Happy to have "fallen back" on this restaurant following the two of spades received from many other restaurants in Cogne which, despite obviously not being fully booked, claimed to be.
25/08/2024: Bella location, camerieri cortesi e veloci. Le pizze erano buone, mentre il dolce un po’ meno: il tiramisù non era convincente perché erano strati di pan di Spagna e panna con aggiunta di cioccolato. La panna cotta invece era buona. Toilette molto pulita.

11/10/2024: We went to this restaurant during our stay in the area. Andrea, the owner, makes you feel at ease straight away. The place is nice, the girl who accompanied us on the gastronomic journey, Alice, gave us details of each cured meat, local cheeses up to the composition of the Cogne cream. In the end, a surprise with excellent genepy and bitterness made from local medicinal plants.
Average price.
Recommended for the variety of the menu.

08/08/2024: siamo stati in questo ristorante, con grandi aspettative che sono state ampiamente soddisfatte! partendo dal servizio (cameriera sarda) eccellente. il cibo molto molto buono (filettini di maiale in crosta, e ile flottante da prendere assolutamente) e mai scontato. il miglior esempio di cucina locale! ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!

Esperienza ottima , iniziando dal servizio garbato e non ingessato . Abbiamo preso diversi piatti dal pesce alla carne … tutti ottimi . Ancora complimenti e speriamo di rivederci presto !

17/01/2025: b&b in mountain style, spacious and well-kept entrance and breakfast room, also the large rooms, with a nice balcony with a beautiful view (they should be revised a bit), the abundant breakfast with homemade cakes, focaccia and croissants, everyone was kind at 10 min from the center with lift I would return
15/01/2025: This Bed and breakfast is at the beginning of Cogne from where you can reach the center in 10 minutes on foot.
Old structure, which requires some modernization work.
A few places to park in front of the hotel or other parking not far away.
Our room was quite spacious with a small balcony and a view of the street and the valley
In the bathroom there are no hangers where you can put hand and bidet towels. There is no toilet roll holder.
The shower leaks water, but reported to the staff.
Worn and threadbare towels, low quality. The old-fashioned hairdryer, hanging on the wall.
Good choice of sweet and savory breakfast products. Many packaged products. There are no products for gluten intolerants.
Friendly staff.
Doormats could be placed in front of the room doors so as not to dirty the room floors with your boots, especially in winter.

03/09/2024: Una sera abbiamo provato il ristorante L'Arolla e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Gentilezza e cortesia del personale di sala Vi faranno sentire come a casa. Il menù offre una discreta scelta di piatti della tradizione. La cucina è buona (anche se su certi aspetti ci si può ancora lavorare). Dopo questa serata siamo ritornati altre volte.
Ristorante consigliato. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
28/08/2024: Dopo essere stati diverse volte a cena,pranzo e per aperitivi, l'ultima volta è stata una pessima esperienza. Abbiamo preso quattro aperitivi e ci è stato solo una vaschetta di patatine, mentre notavamo che nel tavolo accanto avevano (*in due), più cose di noi che eravamo in quattro. Gentilmente lo abbiamo fatto notare alla cameriera che sgarbatamente ci ha letteralmente buttato sul tavolo un contenitore con qualche nocciolina. Inoltre lo stesso spritz è aumentato di 1 euro da una settimana all' altra.

18/08/2024: I stayed for 4 days, the hostel is new, not at all convenient from the center if you don't have a car. Unfortunately at night you can't sleep next door there is a pub until 5 in the morning there is loud music... the cleaning needs to be looked at again, it's the breakfast.

23/08/2024: Buon ristorante a Lillaz vicino il camping...offre prodotti e piatti della tradizione locale.Servizii veloce, cordiale, prezzo nella norma.
PS quando si hanno prodotti fuori menù, magari sarebbe buona norma direi il prezzo, perché un piatto di funghi fritti 26 euro mi sembra eccessivo e se si sapeva prima magari potevamo evitare.
22/08/2024: Una gran bella esperienza! Dal cibo al locale, dal personale alla qualità delle materie prime utilizzate, insomma un ristorante che merita ben più di una serata! Secondo noi il migliore di tutta la zona di Cogne!

Per il bellissimo spettacolo che offre il territorio contentissimo della città tranquillissima una pecca che non sono riuscito a completare il percorso dei laghi .per non parlare del meraviglioso Bar . E della signora molto attenta nel fare il suo lavoro.
29/10/2024: We found this place after a hike up to the top of Lillaz Falls looking for some lunch. A very friendly woman served us and made a couple fantastic panini and some cappuccinos. She was fun to talk with. We discovered that she and her husband bought the place just this past April. The ambience is wonderful and we had a great experience there.
