17/11/2025: Exceptional quality, attentive and punctual service. The gnocchi al Sagrantino were truly delicious, and the lamb chops are something I'll remember for a long time.

Of all the restaurants we tried during our holiday in Umbria, this was definitely the best. The food was of the highest quality. Generous portions. Very friendly and professional service.

09/11/2025: We went to this lovely restaurant because we were attracted by the photos of the cured meats and pizza. I'll start by saying that I run an agritourism farm. I make cured meats myself, still using traditional methods, and I produce pasta, vegetables, and much more for my guests. I don't do outside catering. I ordered pizza and a cured meat platter. I never leave reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't like the cured meats at all; they lingered in my stomach until the next day. Perhaps they're made from wild animals, but in my opinion, they're industrially processed. Another thing I found inappropriate was the €2 cover charge for paper placemats, a glass, and cutlery on a napkin. The room downstairs, where we were, was a bit cold, while we noticed the upstairs room was much warmer, with background music and much more carefully set tables (I wonder if the cover charge is the same there). The pizza and dessert (pannacotta) were delicious. The tiramisu, a little less so.

As soon as you enter, you sense the passion, care, and attention this establishment and its entire staff devote to every detail. The true beating heart of the place is the pizza chef, Francesco, a true master of the dough. His ability to combine tradition and creativity is extraordinary: each pizza is perfectly cooked and releases aromas of freshness that entice you even before the first bite. You can clearly see the love and dedication he puts into his work. This pizzeria is truly worth a visit!

The appetizers are also excellent and we highly recommend them. Superb and very friendly service, especially Fatima! Very efficient reservation system. 24/10/2025: Last night I had the pleasure of eating at "Ministero della Brace" for the first time, even though the place has been around for 17 years, which confirms the professionalism and solidity of the business. Everything was delicious, the freshest ingredients cooked with love by Mr. Nino and served by his inseparable brother, a family-run business that takes you back to times gone by. Thank you so much, because in addition to eating wonderfully and drinking Nino's fantastic rosolio liqueurs, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace. I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely fair.

21/10/2025: Nino is not only a fabulous chef but also a very personal host. Love the way he cooks all types of fresh fish and pasta. Everything, even the olives, are his creations! Deliciosa!

We were greeted with a free and appreciated gastronomic surprise and left with delicious limoncello, always free. Truly excellent!! We'll be back soon.
