15/03/2026: I think it's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in Central Italy. The dough literally melts in your mouth, even though it has a thick crust, yet it's so light it disappears in your mouth. The ingredients used for the toppings are top-quality, from the truffle to the Black Angus beef, the yellow datterini tomatoes, and more. The staff, all very young, are attentive and friendly, always smiling. I don't recommend it, but I highly recommend it!!! If you're in the area, or like us, who make the trip there specifically, it's truly worth it. Because they deserve to eat a pizza made properly. I've been going there for three years now, and I can say I've seen a remarkable growth in this place. They have a pizza that, in my opinion, few can match—not least because Il Forchettiere named it the best pizzeria in Umbria.

23/03/2026: Recently rediscovered for a variety of reasons, I can only rate it positively from every perspective. The dishes are delicious and carefully prepared, using ingredients of undeniable quality. The portions served are so generous that you won't leave the table feeling hungry, and the preparation and professionalism of the staff makes the dishes even more appreciative. A special mention goes to Sabrina, who elevates the experience with her genuine spontaneity and a delightfully sociable approach, which adds value to the atmosphere. I'd like to give a special mention to the carbonara; perhaps the least ordered dish, but it's remarkably delicious.

The ingredients are of the highest quality, clearly evident in every dish, which is meticulously crafted and truly exquisite. 30/03/2026: A terrible experience in every way. Only our dishes were tiny, while the other customers' were very generous. The most absurd thing is that we paid the same price as everyone else, despite the significantly smaller portions. When I asked for an explanation, the waitress, with her hair tied back, rudely replied that "we're not workers" and that was why there was this difference. An unacceptable and inappropriate response. The service was rude from start to finish: we were treated badly, and even though we arrived first, they served other customers who arrived after us. The food also left much to be desired: the fish wasn't fresh, the potatoes were raw, and the octopus seemed stale. A truly negative experience. Highly recommended; we will never return.

15/12/2025: We have enjoyed a delicious lunch with Nino, the owner. Extremely charmful person, very focused on us an serving tasty and fresh food. The restaurant was very quiet and well situated. We recomend it!

09/12/2025: This place is fantastic for those who want refined flavours, we had the raw fish and it tasted like the sea, everything was fresh and had an excellent flavour, then we moved on to the lobster mezze maniche and here the chef made the difference, to say good excellent is an understatement

23/03/2026: A calzone costing 8.50 was just mozzarella with double the amount added, without me even telling them to add that amount... for me, it's a steal, either change the prices or change your mind. You can't do things your own way.
