07/09/2025: This place was recommended to us, and we wanted to try it. The atmosphere was comfortable, the appetizers were very good, but you can't wait an hour for two first courses—it's absurd. Moreover, the first courses were bland and tasted like anything but truffle and wild boar, but at least the portions were generous. Furthermore, one of the two waitresses was lazy and kept throwing things at us without even looking us in the eye.

20/08/2025: Lovely little patio area overlooking their own farmland. Restaurant is attached to a nice bed and breakfast hotel and just a short 10 minutes drive from Todi city center. We had lunch here and enjoyed it, though the food was inconsistent. Pastas were good. Meats were all over-cooked and quite dry. Appetizers were hit-or-miss. Desserts were not bad. Anyway, come if you're in the area and looking for a change of pace from the more rustic fare of Todi, but temper your expectations.

21/08/2025: It's like eating at grandma's house! They welcome you with a smile, and the same goes for the dishes throughout the evening. Granddaughter Francesca is incredibly sweet and professional, her face framed by small black curls and bright, curious eyes. She looked after us, recommending masterfully prepared dishes. It's the best restaurant we've ever encountered within an 80km radius!!! And anyone who doesn't appreciate that hint of lemon in wild boar is completely lost!!!

14/07/2025: During our evening at Osteria Valle in Todi, we had a truly special experience, one that goes far beyond the simple pleasure of good food. The restaurant is welcoming, well-maintained, and immediately exudes a family atmosphere, where you feel at ease from the first moment. The cuisine is a tribute to Umbrian tradition: authentic dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors that express the region in every bite. But what made our dinner unforgettable was Anna's hospitality, who, with great kindness and sensitivity, took the time to find paper and colors for the son of a couple of friends who were staying with us to draw. A simple gesture, yet full of thoughtfulness and humanity, demonstrating the passion and care this osteria dedicates to each guest, young and old. It's rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, welcomed as a friend and not just a customer. At Osteria Valle, this truly happens. I highly recommend stopping here: for the delicious food, the warm and friendly atmosphere, and above all, the extraordinary hospitality that makes all the difference. We can't wait to return!

03/07/2025: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer (burrata and truffle crouton). The cockerel alla diavola was truly remarkable (very tender with a delicious sauce). To finish, the tiramisu was delicious. Full marks!
