07/10/2025: We stayed at Kairos, near Todi, and had a truly pleasant experience. The cuisine is traditional Umbrian, using quality ingredients: from the delicious pasta to the tender and flavorful tagliata. The homemade desserts are also delicious. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming, with a wide and varied selection of wines, beautifully presented by the always friendly and professional staff. Special attention was also given to our little girl, who was welcomed with great enthusiasm and affection. We will definitely be back!

07/10/2025: Discovered by chance, this restaurant was a real surprise! Even though it's a bit out of the city center, it's definitely worth a visit: the quality and atmosphere make every kilometer worthwhile. We started with a truly delicious platter of cured meats and cheeses, beautifully presented and made with top-quality ingredients. But the real star was the sliced ​​beef: tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A unique experience, hard to forget. We finished with desserts that were simply fabulous, something we'd want to eat again and again. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and a warm, relaxed feel. The service is impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive, and never intrusive. A place we'll definitely return to. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Unfortunately our experience was negative, perhaps we were having a bad day: we sat at the table around 1:15 pm and then ordered fried cuoppo which was supposed to contain fried cheese, Ascoli olives and fried mozzarella and then two first courses: PAPPARDELLE WITH WILD BOAR and BREAD GNOCCHETTI, LEEK, BACON AND PECORINO, plus two glasses of red wine. The wine arrives and after a while the Cuoppo arrives which was made up of Ascoli olives, potato croquettes and battered vegetables 🤔🤔 we point out to the person who took the order that there is no cheese and they tell us that he can't check everything. Ok, fine, we wait for the first courses for at least an hour and ask how they are going, but we don't know. Then two first courses arrive, but they are for the table that arrived after us. At this point at 2:30 pm we leave the table and approach the cashier to pay for the little we had: they were good enough not to charge us.

03/10/2025: The Vineria is located next to the splendid Church of San Fortunato. The atmosphere is welcoming and elegant. The menu is fairly traditional Umbrian. We had the gnocchi, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, and biscotti with Vin Santo. Everything was very good, as was the wine. The service was satisfactory. The quality/price ratio was good.

12/10/2025: I went there with my wife. Excellent pizza and excellent service, even when the place was full (Saturday night). The vegetarian selection is also decent (we're in Umbria, after all). Recommended if you're in the center of Todi.

08/10/2025: The ambiance is beautiful and classy, ​​given the furniture, the walls, and the entire location. Fortunately, the value for money is excellent, and we were completely satisfied. A variety of meat and fish dishes, along with delicious pizza; generous portions, and courteous and prompt staff. The terrace with outdoor seating is beautiful.

21/08/2025: It's like eating at grandma's house! They welcome you with a smile, and the same goes for the dishes throughout the evening. Granddaughter Francesca is incredibly sweet and professional, her face framed by small black curls and bright, curious eyes. She looked after us, recommending masterfully prepared dishes. It's the best restaurant we've ever encountered within an 80km radius!!! And anyone who doesn't appreciate that hint of lemon in wild boar is completely lost!!!

12/10/2025: At the top of the "Porta Orvietana" elevator, this osteria invites you to a moment of refreshment... even for the soul. The carefully selected dishes reflect the authentic flavors of Umbrian tradition. The porchetta pork, the tagliolini with truffles, and the tiramisu with a crunchy surprise are excellent. The welcoming atmosphere, typical of an osteria, is further enhanced by a selection of background music that surprised and moved us. Thanks to the guys who carry on this business with such care and passion...which is much more than just a "job."

03/10/2025: Beautifully located restaurant on the way between the Upper Town cable car station and Piazza del Popolo. Interestingly, the restaurant has three areas: outside, then the attached winter garden; and finally, the lovely interior. The restroom was clean, nothing to complain about. We got a table right away (we came spontaneously and didn't make a reservation!). The service was friendly, and the food arrived within a reasonable time (we definitely didn't wait too long). I had the pasta with truffles: it was very tasty, although I prefer it when the truffles are mixed directly into the olive oil and completely mixed with the pasta, as is the case at the "Sagra della Ciriola" in Coppe (a district of the municipality of Stroncone). Nevertheless, the pasta was very creamy...and the truffles were mainly grated "on top" of the pasta. The "Saltimbocca umbra" was simply a dream: the meat was very tender. You could especially taste the sage (I think it was sage) in the meat, as well as the wine. And the sauce was mainly a mixture of olive oil and white wine, which is inevitable. Fried potatoes were served with it. I think the photo speaks volumes: super crispy and very tasty. I quite like the typical unsalted bread. The espresso was good, of course. There were three of us there...hence the photos of their appetizers and main courses. Among other things, the cannelloni were delicious: a good "bite" with a slightly burnt outer layer and a soft interior. The red sauce and the cheese tasted wonderful. Todi itself is a little gem. Very convenient: a cogwheel train goes directly from the parking lot up to the panoramic square, from where you can get a great view of Todi...as well as down into the valley. The cable car is free, by the way. It essentially works like an elevator: you can press the button at any time...and the train takes off. Parking does cost a bit, but the prices are quite reasonable. In any case, I can highly recommend the restaurant for its food and service, especially since the price-performance ratio is definitely reasonable. I hope this restaurant will stay with us for a long time.
