13/03/2025: My wife and I came here our first day of vacation just outside Castiglione del Lago. The food was outstanding! Highly recommended the prosciutto and brushetta appetizer! Service was 5 🌟 and were very hospitalble with our broken Italian. Prices were also very reasonable for the quality!

08/03/2025: During our stay near the lake, my partner and I, coming from Rome, had the pleasure of discovering an exceptional restaurant, booked through TheFork. The experience was nothing short of memorable, thanks to a welcoming atmosphere and a well-kept environment. Being a barbecue place, our attention was focused on the meat, which proved to be of superb quality and cooked to perfection, according to our preferences (rare). The restaurant offers the possibility to choose between three levels of marbling, with options varying daily. We opted for medium marbling, selecting a Scottish cut, as the Polish cut with the highest marbling didn't particularly inspire us. I would like to express my appreciation to the chef, whose kindness and expertise enriched our experience. He showed us the cooking technique used, which involves a grill specially designed to allow the wood smoke to adhere to the meat, giving it an intense and delicious flavour. A nice touch was the rosemary infused oil, which further enhanced the flavor of the meat. Although we had considered adding a side dish, we preferred to focus on the meat so as not to weigh us down. However, I highly recommend the starters, especially the bacon-wrapped tomino and the pecorino with truffle, both excellent. To accompany dinner, we enjoyed a local house wine, which won us over so much that we decided to buy it today. In summary, an amazing dining experience, which I highly recommend to anyone in the area. An unforgettable culinary experience on the shores of the lake: discovering an excellent grill Escaping from the Roman frenzy, my partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a short holiday in the picturesque surroundings of the lake. The search for a place where we could enjoy a special dinner led us, via the TheFork platform, to discover a restaurant that turned out to be a real hidden gem. From the first glance, the atmosphere of the place won us over: an intimate and welcoming environment, furnished with taste and attention to detail, which promised an evening of relaxation and good food. Being meat lovers, the choice of a grill restaurant proved to be the right one. The menu, focused on fine cuts and expert cooking, immediately intrigued us. The ability to choose between three levels of marbling, with options that vary daily based on availability, added a touch of originality to the experience. After careful evaluation, we opted for a Scottish cut with medium marbling, preferring it to the Polish cut with higher marbling, which had not particularly impressed us. The wait was rewarded with a meat dish that exceeded all expectations. The rare cooking, done to perfection, enhanced the tenderness and intense flavor of the meat. The chef, with his kindness and competence, revealed to us the secret of so much goodness: a grill specially designed to allow the wood smoke to envelop the meat, giving it a smoky aroma and an unmistakable taste. A true culinary masterpiece, which delighted our palate and confirmed the chef's passion and dedication for his work. Although the temptation to taste the side dishes was strong, we preferred to focus on the meat, fearing that we would not be able to fully appreciate its quality. 13/02/2025: Pellicano is always a guarantee, fabulous pizza as are the meat-based second courses, excellent burgers and a vast selection of bottled beers and obviously on tap, you can't miss the Tennents on tap which has been present since they opened almost thirty years ago. Excellent service, everyone was good and smiling. It's always a pleasure to come back.

26/01/2025: Ottimo ristorante con vista panoramica sul lago, l'ingresso è quello di un bar ma superato il corridoio ci si trova in una grande sala con affaccio sul lago. Piatti molto buoni sia il menù di carne sia quello di lago, la pizza l'abbiampo prersa la seconda sera quando siamo tornati. Competenza, professionalità ma soprattutto gentilezza e simpatia della totolare e di tutto il personale che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Consigliato.

18/01/2025: Ottima location, con tavoli anche esterni e affaccio sul lago. Abbiamo preso spaghetti alle vongole e spaghetti allo scoglio, entrambi ottimi e abbondanti; poi una frittura mista di calamari, baccalà e gamberetti...una piacevole attenzione per i clienti, non da tutti, sono le salviettine al limone per la pulizia delle mani. Ci siamo trovati bene e abbiamo deciso di tornare e provare le pizze; abbiamo preso una margherita e una perugina con la salsiccia, soddisfacenti! Per finire abbiamo provato i dolci: cestino della passione (ovvero biscotto con crema e frutta fresca) e tiramisù, entrambi ottimi!

14/12/2024: Prenotato per venerdì 13 c.m. ( Con una settimana di anticipo ) una volta arrivato il locale era chiuso. Chiamato il numero di telefono mi viene detto che il venerdì sono chiusi e che comunque non avevano prenotazioni. Per fortuna abbiamo trovato un altro locale. Grazie lo stesso

02/03/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo da casina Kitch, trovato per caso. Un posto molto accogliente e il proprietario è una persona veramente educata e gentile, oltre che molto simpatico e alla mano.Abbiamo mangiato le crocchette di patate fatte a mano da loro, veramente squisite. Poi abbiamo mangiato due hamburger con patatine, tutto davvero buonissimo e raccomandabile. Prezzo giustissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie!

02/03/2025: We had lunch at Casina Kitch, found by chance. A very welcoming place and the owner is a truly polite and kind person, as well as very friendly and approachable. We ate the potato croquettes handmade by them, truly delicious. Then we ate two burgers with chips, all really delicious and recommendable. Very fair price! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
