17/01/2025: I spent a few days at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The location is perfect: quiet, but at the same time close to all the main tourist attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the cleanliness in every corner of the hotel was impeccable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ready to respond to our every need with a smile. Breakfast, served in a bright and welcoming room, offered a wide choice of fresh and tasty dishes, both sweet and savory. The dinner was a sensorial journey that exceeded all expectations. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet and never intrusive. Special thanks to Sergio. Another positive note was the quality of the services: the SPA was a real oasis of relaxation. The room was spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts to make the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a quality stay, without giving up comfort and excellent service. A special thanks to Mr. Antonello and all the staff. I will definitely be back!

18/01/2025: Characteristic local place and all local and km0 food. Truly top food and equally top staff: friendly, kind, helpful and approachable. Freshly cooked dishes. We took the strangozzi with black truffle and they are truly the best. Right quality and price. We will return and highly recommend.

19/01/2025: Lovely, welcoming and familiar place. The small room set up in the cave at the back of the room is wonderful. The claim "simply homemade" is very apt: every meal is an experience made genuine by characteristic flavors and a cuisine that truly seems like that of "our grandmothers". A note of thanks also to the staff, always kind, efficient and fast. The owners are also delightful people, always available and attentive to the needs of each customer. Unmissable!

19/01/2025: Locale delizioso, accogliente e familiare. Meravigliosa la piccola sala allestita nella grotta in fondo al locale. Il claim "semplicemente fatto in casa" è quanto mai azzeccato: ogni pasto è un'esperienza resa genuina da sapori caratteristici e da una cucina che sembra davvero quella "delle nostre nonne". Una nota di merito anche al personale, sempre gentile, efficiente e veloce. Persone squisite anche i titolari, sempre disponibili e attenti alle esigenze di ogni cliente. Imperdibili!

26/01/2025: One of the best places we ate in during our stay in Umbria. The food is excellent in both preparation and selection, which is not at all a given. We tried everything involving meat and ragù, exceptional. The service is also impeccable, everyone is extremely professional and friendly: you feel pampered like at home. We liked it so much that we came back to eat several times! Every now and then I think about the beef stew with polenta... Super recommended ☺️

25/01/2025: Excellent quality of products... exceptional wine and excellent service! Ask for Daniel, he will be able to give you the best advice... and if there are at least 4 of you, do the "meat tour" as you have so much to eat that you will come out rolling!

28/12/2024: Personale gentile ma la cena non è stata granché. Le pietanze erano tutte fredde, compresa la tagliata. I ravioli alla crema di mele (che non sapevano di mele) e le patate al forno avevano tutto l'aspetto di pietanze riscaldate. La tagliata al rosmarino e al pepe nero era zeppa di pepe e quella al grana e aceto balsamico era inondata di aceto rendendola troppo dolce. Vecchio o mal conservato anche il tiramisù con pezzi di cioccolato. Abbiamo speso 80 euro per due primi, due tagliate, due patate, un dolce e un amaro. Mezzo vino e acqua.

22/12/2024: Fantastico!! Abbiamo scelto il menu' turistico, molto conveniente e con un ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Piatti abbondanti e pietanze ben cucinate. Servizio velocissimo e gentile. Ambiente pulito e curato. Torneremo senz'altro. Consigliatissimo.
