04/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato nel Bistrot della Locanda durante la visita delle Cantine Ferrari. Il nostro menù comprendeva 4 portate e dolce, tutti i piatti abbbinati ad un calice di vino Ferrari. Il personale super preparato e tutti molto gentili. Siamo stati addirittura rincorsi dal sommelier fuori dal locale per gli ultimi saluti, è stato tanto apprezzato quanto inaspettato. Servizio impeccabile e il cibo degno di nota. La location è fantastica, offre una vista bellissima sulla valle.

05/01/2025: Tornare dopo oltre 35 anni in un posto dove si veniva da bambini e trovarlo ancora rappresenta già un'impresa; se poi si scopre che si sta bene perché l'accoglienza è gentile e informale, i piatti dignitosi (ai miei spaghetti alle vongole non mancava nulla) e i prezzi sono quelli onesti e corretti ormai introvabili, allora il risultato è del tutto soddisfacente.

27/03/2025: Excellent restaurant and pizzeria in the center of Trento. Wide selection of first and second courses as well as pizzas. Very generous portions, even the pizzas are large and well-filled. Very large place with the possibility of accommodating large groups (underground room). Usually crowded. Reservations are recommended. High prices for the city but with larger portions. Service could be slow and a bit chaotic due to the restaurant being crowded. The only flaw is the parking: being in the center of Trento in a restricted traffic zone and not having a reserved parking space, it could be difficult to find one in the area.

12/02/2025: A truly delightful little place. The structure first of all, inside this suggestive and unexpected tower. The location is very central and at the same time quiet in the evening. The kindness of the owners and the excellent organization with a code on the entrance door which grants you access even late at night. Clean, tastefully furnished and a wise use of all spaces. Rooms arranged on four floors, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast on the fourth floor, tasty with a visit to the top of the tower to peek at Trento from above. Great attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Worth visiting.

24/02/2025: Maximum informality for a place that welcomes you until late in the evening, with the tireless Marco, chef and pizza chef and many young collaborators. Much appreciated by athletes, after evening training, by workers at the Santa Chiara Hospital and by musicians and actors rather than by those who stay late with rehearsals. Also open for breakfast, with dry pastries and brioches from Filippi and Gardumi, and for lunch, with all the main discounts and agreements and a menu with seasonal variations. Excellent assortment of draft and bottled beers

26/12/2024: A place tucked away in a small street in the town, we were there at lunchtime, when the sun lit up every window. There is an air of home, the food I imagine taken care of by the owner, reflects the clearly home-made cuisine: 2/3 first courses and 2/3 second courses as dishes of the day. One of the few places left where substance still prevails over appearance, I highly recommend it.

29/03/2025: Desidero segnalare una grandissima delusione, da presa in giro. Trovo il locale sempre accogliente e con buon cibo. Mi duole però segnalare come il servizio di delivery (soprattutto negli ultimi mesi) sia completamente diverso rispetto all’esperienza in presenza. Ho ordinato oggi con Deliveroo alcuni piatti. Molta delusione. Soprattutto per il Gran Tagliere Forst. Composto da, secondo descrizione ufficiale, “speck, luganega trentina, carne salada, mortandela nonesa, roast-beef bbq, accompagnati da Trentingrana 36 mesi, Puzzone di Moena con salsa rafano, mostarda di pere e zenzero”. Foto da listino di un tagliere spettacolare. Che in presenza nel locale viene servito come in foto. Costo pagato oggi 25 euro. Cosa mi è arrivato? Quattro fette di carne salada, molto scura, “riposata” diciamo, con tre sottili scaglie di grana sopra. Neanche un bar di periferia lo propone. Niente speck, luganega, mortandela, trentingrana, puzzone, rafano, mostarda, zenzero. Niente di niente. 25 euro??? È la prima volta che mi succede? No, la terza, su questo piatto in particolare!!! La terza!!!! Perché, fidandomi della qualità di Forst, ho continuato a dargli fiducia. Sbagliando. Alla grande. Non avevate gli altri ingredienti? All’apertura di sabato, dubito, ma anche fosse, avvertite il cliente, si può fare, anche attraverso la piattaforma Deliveroo. In generale, in altre occasioni di consegna, sciattezza. Altre volte ho fatto segnalazioni su Deliveroo, dove rimborsano. Desidero segnalare qui per permettere ai responsabili del locale di essere a conoscenza dei fatti. Siccome non voglio credere che sia una politica aziendale per “fregare” i clienti, vi suggerisco di prendere provvedimenti interni. Danno di immagine, non da poco. Lato mio, non ordinerò più a domicilio.

25/03/2025: Chi va a Trento dovrebbe dedicare una serata per cenare qui. Serenità, familiarità e cortesia uniti ad un menu legato alla tradizione ed a birre che non tradiscono il palato. Fatevi stupire
