28/06/2025: They changed management!!!!! Two stars for the kindness of the waiter, but we are not there. I call to book and upon arrival we discover that they only do pizza. There is no air conditioning. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it.
21/06/2025: Unfortunately with the last change of management the restaurant has been completely ruined, quite dirty place (glass windows first of all), XXL cutlet the size of a hand, practically the same as the baby one for children. Pizza with rubber mozzarella. The heat is impressive given that there is not even air conditioning ... we will not return

23/01/2025: I had already been to this place a few years ago, and I liked it.
But last night I probably ran into an unlucky evening.
First of all, they tell me that the dishes in the kitchen are not there because there is no cook...
Oh well… I order a cutting board.
However, a platter presented as a mixture of cured meats and cheeses, in which you put three small pieces of a single cheese, is not exactly the best. And the wine, a bubble that should have been served cold, was instead brought to me at too high a temperature.
I finish the platter, and sip the wine, but I realize that, even though it's only 9.40pm, I'm left alone in the place and they're starting to clear out, making me understand that I basically have to get out of the way.
So I get up, pay and ask for the invoice, but they can't get it to me for inexplicable technical reasons, after half an hour of trying, claiming that they've just changed the software.
No evening, here...
10/01/2025: Nice place, good and plentiful aperitif (6 euros), good food especially the mustard potatoes. Small negative note: the goulash arrived lukewarm.

22/06/2025: Good coffee, shame about the service. I wanted to pay with my debit card, the girl asked me for it to pass it on the POS, I passed it to her. Nothing wrong. Too bad she didn't tell me the total and didn't show me what she typed on the POS, she said "wait a minute, let's see if it works, ok gone"...
At which point I commented "sorry can I have the receipt? I don't even know how much I paid..."
The girl with an annoyed face gave me the receipt and not the ATM one...
Definitely unprofessional...
I really don't think I'll be back.

10/06/2025: Sunday afternoon, where do you go for a hot drink after going to the theater when everywhere is full? We ended up here, like other families… super nice waiter, nothing to say. Nice environment in itself, but with terrible acoustics.
The bar bill was a blow to the heart: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea… I'm sorry, but you can also pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely not come back here again. Too bad.
UPDATE: the Fiorentina bar as such no longer exists, it has been converted into a place that, from the outside, seems inviting. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I won't express any opinions!
29/04/2025: Friendly atmosphere and fast service but the biscuits we took were very strong and tasteless, it tasted old, thanks for good coffee 🤗

22/07/2025: Courtesy reigns supreme. My dad and I stopped in after a visit for a quick bite. We were pleasantly surprised by the truly reasonably priced lunch.
Chicken and vegetables for me, a huge slab of lasagna. Fortunately, the dishes here aren't for the taste buds. Huge portions. Fresh bread.

30/05/2025: Purtroppo la gelateria non chiude alle 24 come scritto sia online che nel cartella sulla porta, poiché noi siamo arrivati alle 23.30 e la signora ci ha mandati via.

30/01/2025: Ormai il servizio pessimo non è una novità da Italiana caffè.
Ho avuto l'occasione di andarci diverse volte perché vicino a dove lavoro.
Oggi sono tornata per una veloce colazione. Ma mettiamolo pure tra virgolette "veloce"!!!
Si degnano di chiederti l'ordinazione mezz'ora dopo che ti sei seduto al tavolo (a meno che non indossate giacca e cravatta: in quel caso in cinque minuti vi hanno anche già servito!), spesso servendo prima persone che sono arrivate molto dopo di te. Per portarmi una brioche vuota e un bicchiere d'acqua ci hanno messo 10 minuti. Hanno preparato subito l'ordine che è rimasto sul bancone a fare non si sa bene che cosa.
Me lo porta la signorina che sta alla cassa del tabacchino: praticamente lanciandomi il piatto e non dicendo una parola (e io che le ho pure detto grazie!). Forse è meglio se si limita a fare la cassiera che il rapporto con i clienti non è proprio il suo lavoro.
Ma non è tutto: oggi, dopo l'ennesima delusione ma anche l'ennesimo tentativo di dare una possibilità a questo postaccio, mi piego per raccogliere la borsa e tra il tavolo e il muro trovo un cumulo di polvere e sporcizia (di cui allego foto) che neanche i porcili nel 1800. Della serie, buttiamo la polvere sotto i tappeti! Dopo questa, non ci metterò mai più piede neanche per comprarmi una rivista.

22/01/2025: The same thing happened to me as another user who reviewed some time ago. Whoever took the order on the phone reversed the order with that of another person, causing me to receive less than half of the order I had placed (in practice I received an order from only one person against an order reiterated several times on the phone for 5 people). When I pointed out to the rider that the order was wrong (the pizza box had the other person's surname on it) he made me talk on the phone to the order taker who tried to put the blame for the wrong order on me.. Never again

30/03/2025: Posto molto piccolo e spartano, sicuramente solo per un pranzo veloce. Piatti di non molta quantità, qualità coerente con il prezzo e il posto. Nota molto dolente, il servizio. Cameriera per così dire, probabilmente inesperta, nonostante l’età, poca attenzione al cliente, anzi quasi inesistente, zero gentilezza ed empatia, ti fissa e mette molto in soggezione ma nonostante questo, 10 min di ritardo per sparecchiare l’antipasto consumato. Molto male.
