05/06/2026: I have no idea what the other reviews are claiming, but we didn't experience any of those issues. The service was friendly, and even though our English isn't great, we had no problems. The pizzas were fantastic. The Coke wasn't from a tap but came in a can. From ordering to receiving our three pizzas and three drinks, it took 12-13 minutes. The ambiance is okay; it's not exactly beautiful, but you have to remember it's still a shopping mall.
And finally, a German-speaking server arrived, and she was incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.
03/06/2026: I've never had toast like this, two thick slices of bread. Just looking at it makes you think, "How big!"
There's nothing inside, two very thin, almost transparent slices of cheese, and a tiny, thin slice of industrial ham. It's shameful. For €4.50 for just bread, I'd be willing to pay even more if it were a decent toast and NOT COLD!!!
Two "rich" cold toasts, two beers, and a portion of potatoes for €21.
Unprofessional and unfriendly staff.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I would have much preferred an honest: "Look, we made a mistake, sorry."

22/04/2026: As other reviews confirm, this is a terrible place. I wonder how anyone can conscientiously charge €2.20 for a small cup of ginseng. Do you think you're in Zurich? Avoid this place at all costs.
28/03/2026: We chose this place for a post-graduation reception and had a great time. A beautiful, quiet location in the center, with excellent savory and sweet options, including a special mention for the savory brioches.
Friendly service and good value for money. Recommended.

11/05/2025: Arrivati alle dieci di sera, eravamo di passaggio ,come siamo entrati il cameriere gia era scocciato , durante il servizio è stato maleducato e ci fatto capire che ne aveva piene le scatole, la cucina era chiusa, quindi solo pizza, a dir poco oscena, difatti tutti e quattro non l'abbiamo mangiata. Abbiamo chiesto un dolce e ce l'ha negato. Le pulizie si lasciano desiderare ...nonostante il locale sia buio si nota comunque.

25/12/2025: MAGICAL CHRISTMAS EVENING 🎄🫶🏻 We wanted to thank everyone who helped make our Christmas evening magical!!! Excellent dinner accompanied by a delicious bottle of wine!!! The guys were nice, polite, never intrusive, and always smiling.

26/04/2025: Cucina tipica romana in centro a Trento. Tutto molto buono. Porzioni abbondanti. Carciofi alla Giudia perfetti. Tonnarelli alla gricia con carciofi notevoli, polpette al sugo molto buone. Tonnarelli allo scoglio una sorpresa in positivo . In sottofondo musica nazional popolare . Unica nota negativa, il metodo di prenotazione fattibile solo online, non molto comodo .
Considerato che il ristorante è in centro e lontano dai parcheggi, in caso di prenotazione tenere conto del tempo necessario per arrivarci.
Prezzi … un po’ meno nazional popolari …
19/04/2025: Ristorante accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. Il cibo è ottimo, porzioni abbondanti, consigliati sia i primi che i secondi. Molto buoni anche i dolci, in particolare la crostata ricotta e visciole. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.
Consigliato a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella serata e mangiare bene 😊

10/06/2025: Where do you go for a hot drink on a Sunday afternoon after going to the theater when everywhere else is packed? We ended up here, like other families... super friendly waiter, no complaints there. The atmosphere is nice, but the acoustics are terrible.
The bar bill was heartbreaking: €6.50 for a slice of Sacher torte, €5 for a hot chocolate, €4 for a hot tea... sorry, but you can pluck the chickens at the markets like this, but a family from Trentino will definitely never come back here again. Too bad.
UPDATE: The Fiorentina bar itself no longer exists; it's been converted into a venue that, from the outside, looks inviting. I haven't had a chance to try it yet, so I can't comment!

11/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione regionale, sicuramente ottimi ma non tutti abbondanti. Prezzi medio alti, più da ristorante che trattoria, ma posizione centrale (che si paga!). Acqua imbottigliata e non caraffa - per noi punto a favore dal momento che si paga!
