24/09/2025: Good pizza but disorganized service

23/09/2025: Let me start by saying that bad nights happen to everyone. We booked a table at 9 PM and after a short wait we were seated. So far, so good, but it took over 30 minutes before we received service, such as cover charge, water, and a waiter to take our orders (not before calling them several times, as they seemed more interested in clearing tables than taking an order from a table that had been waiting half an hour). After another half hour, the pizzas arrived (burned on the outside and raw on the inside) and drinks (after serving them to tables that had arrived after us). In conclusion, since I've gone on long enough: the ingredients are high-quality but poorly utilized, the service is awful and rude to say the least, the atmosphere is nice. Given the many (positive) reviews, I imagine it was a bad night, but unfortunately, this was my (terrible) experience. I will never return, and based on my experience, I can't recommend it.

02/08/2025: Lovely, cozy rooms. When it's a bit warmer outside, the room gets warm quickly. Then you have to choose between an open window with the noise from the main road, or sleeping with the air conditioning on. The staff is very friendly and genuine. We had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also good. We were just passing through and stayed here for one night. A great experience!

11/07/2025: We've often used the restaurant's cellar for a quick aperitif. They serve excellent wines from their own production, and the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The wines are always accompanied by a small platter of local products. We recently had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed. Let's start with the location...even though it's close to a main road, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu, while not offering a wide selection, allows everyone to find their perfect dish. The dishes are excellent; we tried the venison carpaccio and the gnocchi and were pleasantly impressed. Another highlight is the desserts! The semifreddo with peach and lavender ice cream was a real hit with us. I would therefore recommend this place for a simple aperitif or dinner. We will definitely be back.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

30/08/2025: If you’re going to Trento (or passing by), you should definitely visit this restaurant! 100% italian vibe with absolutely amazing food, very tasteful. And the owner is really nice person.

29/09/2025: A discovery! I think it's the second place where I've eaten the best fish. Super friendly and attentive service, and generous portions. We felt truly pampered. We'll be back every week to try a different dish.

30/08/2025: We went to Trattoria alla Baracca this evening and had a wonderful meal! We had the large fish appetizer and the fried fish, everything was truly fresh and delicious. The lady in the dining room was very kind and helpful, and gave us thoughtful and thoughtful advice. The atmosphere was welcoming and the cuisine was top-notch. We'll definitely be back!

02/10/2025: I read about the fine for 40 cm. And those who live under the Adige bridge, who occupy them anymore.... It's a disgrace for Trento.

16/10/2025: I really liked the outdoor terrace overlooking the city of Trento...the waiters were friendly. The local dishes were very good, but the pizza was a bit disappointing. The price/quality ratio was good. It's a good option for a sunny outdoor lunch.

15/10/2025: There's not much to say about it, other than the fact that it's a spectacular restaurant with a rock in the middle of the outdoor terrace. The pizza is excellent.

30/07/2025: We chose Midi for our wedding and it was a perfect choice. Delicious, high-quality food, refined and elegantly presented yet convenient to eat. The risotto was spectacular, making it impossible not to order more. The grilled food was amazing, something different but much appreciated by everyone, young and old. Excellent service. We highly recommend it.

01/09/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Rotonda for the official presentation of Alessandro Bencivenga's film "The Invisible Red Thread," and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, tasty, and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally appreciated: rich, varied, and plentiful. A special thank you to the owners, exceptional people who run the property with passion, friendliness, and great hospitality. In short: a welcoming, well-managed place with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for both a stay and a visit to the area.

27/09/2025: Located in the Trento Sud area, this restaurant requires a car, but there's a large shared parking lot with the supermarket. The restaurant offers a wide selection, from a variety of appetizers to various first courses, including pasta and risotto, meat-based main courses, as well as burgers, pizza, and kranc (a type of gourmet pizza), and of course, various desserts. You're spoiled for choice. I've personally been there several times and have tried burgers, an antipasto platter with cured meats, cheeses, and potato tortel (also gluten-free), as well as risottos. The gluten-free options include the aforementioned, as well as pizza and, of course, a few main courses. In any case, everything is clearly marked on the menu. The quality of the ingredients is very good, and everything is well-cooked and prepared, with fairly generous portions, so the food is truly delicious. The restaurant is well-decorated, and the relaxed atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is okay, but could be improved, as it can be a bit cold and almost annoying at times. The bill, in my opinion, is the only downside, as it's a bit overpriced, especially considering it's not in a central location. In any case, I highly recommend this place.

01/09/2025: We stopped by on a day in August when it had just started raining. The sandwiches were very good, although it took a bit of a wait, but as mentioned, it was raining and people were coming in, so that's understandable. The meatballs were also good. The place was very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

09/10/2025: I arrived here just as the kitchen opened for dinner. Everything was quick, with no waits. The dishes were delicious and of high quality, and the staff was very kind and friendly. A little pricey, but you pay for quality. I recommend this restaurant for its quality, service, and spectacular atmosphere.

13/09/2025: We had lunch today, the staff were really friendly, the dishes were excellent, we ate pasta with mixed fish and a delicious omelette, we'll be back. Well done

06/10/2025: We found Il Torrione online and were immediately captivated by the "little tower." We originally wanted to come here in 2020, but COVID put a stop to our plans. We're very glad we remembered the hotel, because our stay was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room we had was beautifully furnished, and the location is unbeatable. The only thing we would add is that a little more storage space, such as a shelf, would have been nice. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Trento. P.S.: We also occasionally had an aperitivo in the bar, and everything was perfect there, too. There's hardly a better place in Trento for people-watching.

29/09/2025: It's a shame my expectations weren't met! I expected more from this stay. I took a shower and the room flooded, soaking my bags. Luckily, the maid promptly fixed the problem. The noise from a bar lasted until late at night, with loud music. Too much light entered the rooms. However, the maid who resolved this omnipresent problem was really nice and friendly! I don't recommend it.

14/09/2025: The owners were very kind and let us have dinner even though it was quite late. We had a delicious marinara pizza and a very tasty prosciutto and mushroom pizza. The prices were reasonable, and the place was clean and tidy. I'll definitely be back for Indian food.

05/09/2025: Great find in Trento. Real deal Indian food. Big delicious portions. Good service. We ate in the back garden area. Not too crowded. Chicken curry and chicken Tikal entrees with rice and Naan including drinks ran us 31 Euros. We wouldn't think twice about returning.
