12/03/2026: We always went to the restaurant for lunch because there are not so many people and it is right next to the slope. The service is very friendly and there is a wide selection of food. There are also many dishes for vegetarians.

01/04/2026: We enter and are completely ignored for over ten minutes. No one welcomes us, no one takes us into consideration. We sit at a free table and, lo and behold, they immediately take the time to tell us it's reserved. We point out that no one had told us anything, and the response is a belated and unconvincing "Welcome, there's a wait." The welcome is nonexistent and the customer service is decidedly inadequate.

30/04/2026: Fantastic stay! The rooms aren't huge, but they're truly beautiful and meticulously maintained, with excellent cleanliness. What makes the difference, however, is the staff: incredibly kind and always available for any need. A place where you feel pampered. Highly recommended!

16/04/2026: 5-star aperitif, as soon as we arrived in Trento we stopped for an aperitif with a spritz made with their liqueur and had a mixed fried fish to accompany (in addition to their small plate) everything fantastic and honest... shame we didn't have time for dinner... maybe next time... very friendly staff! 31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

27/05/2026: A very nice and welcoming place, where we ate really well. We both ate as a group in the downstairs dining room and later returned to enjoy the pizzas, which were always excellent. The food is truly excellent, and I'm very happy the place has reopened: congratulations to all the staff! A special thanks to Marta, who served us exclusively throughout the evening. Very professional, kind, and always attentive to the customer, she truly made us feel at home. She recommended an excellent meat and an excellent Lagrein. Following her advice, I ordered the picanha and was truly satisfied! Highly recommended!
