22/08/2025: A delightful farmhouse in Trento. The owner was very helpful in welcoming a group of 19 people and very kind and competent in his service. The food and desserts were delicious and high-quality. He even gave a small gift to the children in the group. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: A charming place. We had a wine risotto with Trentingrana cheese, which was very good and flavorful; pork cheek with cabbage and polenta, which was very tasty and balanced; a veal cutlet with potatoes, which was an A+; delicious spaetzle; and finally, pappardelle with duck ragù, which was delicious. For dessert, the strudel and crema catalana were delicious. Prices were reasonable, and the service was good. The view was truly captivating.

02/08/2025: Lovely, cozy rooms. When it's a bit warmer outside, the room gets warm quickly. Then you have to choose between an open window with the noise from the main road, or sleeping with the air conditioning on. The staff is very friendly and genuine. We had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also good. We were just passing through and stayed here for one night. A great experience!

11/07/2025: We've often used the restaurant's cellar for a quick aperitif. They serve excellent wines from their own production, and the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The wines are always accompanied by a small platter of local products. We recently had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed. Let's start with the location...even though it's close to a main road, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu, while not offering a wide selection, allows everyone to find their perfect dish. The dishes are excellent; we tried the venison carpaccio and the gnocchi and were pleasantly impressed. Another highlight is the desserts! The semifreddo with peach and lavender ice cream was a real hit with us. I would therefore recommend this place for a simple aperitif or dinner. We will definitely be back.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

25/08/2025: Average restaurant, nice and mostly frequented by tourists. The really good pizzas arrived in exactly 10 minutes despite a supposed wait of at least 30 minutes, as the waiter had announced given the busy restaurant (who knows, perhaps to trick us into ordering something more expensive). The restaurant wasn't actually that busy, but we still waited 15 minutes before anyone remembered to come and take our order. Prices were average for a downtown restaurant.

23/08/2025: Kudos to the service: the waiters were very friendly, even though we were there a little late. The food was very good, especially the traditional dishes, with generous portions. We ordered a platter, dumplings, and a dish of the day. Very satisfied, I'd go back!

15/08/2025: Disappointed and annoyed. This isn't the first time I've noticed inappropriate behavior from some staff members, but this time it was impossible to ignore. One waiter in particular stood out for his invasive attitude, harsh jokes, and personal questions directed at customers, creating an awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. A restaurant is not the place for advances, innuendos, or unsolicited confidences. Customers come to eat and enjoy the experience, not to be made uncomfortable by those who should be ensuring courtesy, respect, and discretion. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely undermines the reputation of the establishment, regardless of the quality of the food or the service of other staff members. A single employee behaving like this is enough to ruin a table's meal and the image of the entire restaurant. If the restaurant's management doesn't intervene and train or replace staff who don't know how to behave, they won't be able to complain when customers decide not to return. Professionalism means knowing where to stop, and here the line has long been crossed.

22/06/2025: Good morning everyone, I would like to start with the fact that I love this restaurant for several reasons. The first is because I love the owner and waiter nicknamed "papà bosio" who is very nice and attentive to us and I had the opportunity to taste many dishes that I had never tasted in my life, so the few times I came to this restaurant I always found myself in inhuman conditions and I never paid a heart, not even a single cent, being a friend of the godson of a Dennis bosio. I recommend everyone to eat there and greetings to everyone 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

07/09/2025: I had amazing seafood pasta. I've never had anything better. My daughter had a plate of ravioli with speck and walnuts and finished it all. Truly excellent. Pet-friendly place with indoor and outdoor dining options.

29/08/2025: The gelato is very good, with a good variety. However, the dirt everywhere is embarrassing (these are just some of the flies on the inside tables). The plastic spoons are collected in a bowl, from which everyone scoops with their hands.

18/07/2025: I've been going to this ice cream shop ever since Robin opened it because the ice cream is really good and Robin is particularly welcoming. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the employee, who isn't very friendly and, above all, unwilling to accommodate customers' needs! What a shame...

The sandwiches were very good, although it took a bit of a wait, but as mentioned, it was raining and people were coming in, so that's understandable. The meatballs were also good. The place was very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

01/09/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Rotonda for the official presentation of Alessandro Bencivenga's film "The Invisible Red Thread," and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, tasty, and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally appreciated: rich, varied, and plentiful. A special thank you to the owners, exceptional people who run the property with passion, friendliness, and great hospitality. In short: a welcoming, well-managed place with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for both a stay and a visit to the area.
