Definitely worth remembering.
07/03/2026: I had the opportunity to dine at this beautiful restaurant. Before booking, I'd looked at the reviews, and they were all excellent. What can I say? This place really surprised me!
Upon request, they seated us at a table near the fireplace, an atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
The girl who served us was truly kind and polite, as was all the other staff.
The food was excellent, both in quality and value for money.
I recommend it, we'll definitely be back 🥰

01/01/2026: I came back for the second time after a coffee, but this time for lunch... Everything was really delicious, adequate portions and a beautiful place.

01/03/2026: A welcoming and charming place, it offers typical Trentino dishes, but with some ups and downs. My wife had an off-menu soup with toasted bread and enjoyed it, while I, unfortunately, ordered a tagliata with mushrooms. The tagliata was very small (a shame) and tough, and the mushrooms seemed freshly defrosted, watery, and flavorless. The burger and potato dishes were definitely more filling. Next time we're in Folgaria, we'll go for pizza.
01/03/2026: A truly welcoming place with friendly staff and a good selection of dishes. The menu is typical of the area; I enjoyed the platter.

10/03/2026: We were the first to arrive for lunch, and were served after others who sat down after us. I'm not arguing, but the dishes we received were cold and very tasteless, unfortunately. The quality was there, but with nine tables, they could have put a lot more effort into the service.
17/02/2026: Lunch at the Alla Segheria restaurant has been a regular stop for many years. The food is always excellent and of the highest quality. The atmosphere is very pleasant and quaint.

A bit of variety in the world of classic pizza. Who would have thought to eat pizza with cabbage! But it was truly brilliant.
Edit 2026. Tiramisu is consistently the best in the world.
And interestingly, the waiter remembers us perfectly 😀

28/02/2026: Excellent dinner. Really good quality of both the first and second courses. Top desserts. Unexpectedly large portions. The price is certainly not cheap: 18 for the first course and 23 for the second course.

a few kilometers from Folgaria,
a very welcoming restaurant with friendly, attentive staff.
The dishes are well-prepared and carefully prepared, using quality ingredients, including excellent tagliata steak, delicious polenta with lamb,
a wide selection of wines.
We had a great time.
The price is proportionate to the high quality of the products used.
In the summer, there's also an outdoor area.
Ample free parking.
I'll definitely be back.

06/03/2026: A pleasant place to eat at the end of the slopes in Fondo Grande, both indoors and outdoors. The kiosk with tables is nice, offering good sandwiches and piadinas at reasonable prices to enjoy while sunbathing. The only downside is that you can't hear any music... The speaker blasting rap music (a big word!) isn't pleasant enough, but it's supposed to be relaxing. Plus, if you have to listen to a lot of "f**k, s**k motherf****r," "I f**k you fat motherf****r"... No thanks.
01/03/2026: If you ask for 4 hot chocolates at the counter, don't expect them to give you a spoon or sugar tray or anything else. You have to ask for everything yourself, and the look on the face of the young lady serving you will make you lose the desire to ask and eat something there. It's a shame because
the place is nice.

08/03/2026: We went without a reservation and there was no problem. The waiter speaks a little Spanish, very friendly, and the girl was too. The food was very good. The charcuterie board was excellent and the polenta with mushrooms was spectacular. And the tiramisu was a great choice for dessert.

07/01/2026: The best beer in the world. I sometimes drive up from Trento to Folgaria specifically to have a couple.
04/01/2026: You're always the best! Excellent beer, serious and competent staff, excellent location, central but just outside the hustle and bustle, prices appropriate for the quality! Far from Saint Tropez, as some say... where I've been, a gin and tonic costs at least €20. And the wait is worth it, considering the crowds and the difficulty of finding staff. "The anticipation of pleasure is itself the pleasure"...! Keep it up, it seems to be doing well 😜

14/02/2026: The place is very beautiful and has an Alpine theme.
Honestly, the only flaw was the food.
Some of the food was tasteless.
The service was average, some glasses were chipped, and there was no disposable tablecloth.
Overall, the price is high for the quality offered.
10/02/2026: Excellent food with top-quality ingredients and excellent table service. We were pampered from the first minute. Highly recommended.

22/12/2025: We stayed for four nights last week. The hotel is well-run by Raia, a Lagorai shepherd, assisted by an excellent team of assistants. The value for money is excellent, and it's one of the few hotels without unnecessary frills like a spa. The location is perfect for skiing, with the chairlift just 100 meters away. Highly recommended.
08/12/2025: On 7.12 I had lunch in this restaurant, having found the location by chance, splendid, in front of the slopes and the ski lift of the same name... the food was good, the tagliata and polenta with cheese and mushrooms were perfect... the staff were kind and helpful, worth trying +++
