08/05/2025: At dinner with friends, we all chose various types of single dishes made up of typical Trentino products. Very tasty, well cooked and served in a very short time despite the restaurant being almost full.

19/05/2025: Relaxing little place, typical mountain bar restaurant suspended over a small valley overlooking the Val d'Adige.
Excellent food, we had lunch on a large veranda with a spectacular view of Castel Beseno.
Really friendly staff.
I would spend an evening drinking like in the old Alpine taverns (with accommodation within walking distance!).

31/03/2025: Place where I go every now and then. The last time I have to say I was a bit disappointed. Perfect setting. Good service. But there are some flaws regarding the food. Potato tortel not perfect. Raw roasted potatoes. Frosty strudel and vanilla sauce that was a mix of gelatin and tile glue. I will return because I have always been super happy. It seems likely that they had a defect..... Then I entered the room in the rain... Exit in the snow.... Amazing

27/03/2025: A setting suitable for formal and informal lunches, particularly pleasant after a day of skiing. Attentive service, good cuisine, well-maintained premises.
20/03/2025: Excellent large bottom restaurant with really good prices and wide choice on the menu.
The place is on two floors, very nice. Reservations are recommended on weekends.
We have been back several times and have always had a good meal.
The welcome service was a bit shy, while the dishes arrived quickly.

12/03/2025: Normal bar near the slopes of Folgaria and surrounding areas. Good sandwiches and chips, their price is probably slightly higher than average given the proximity to the slopes... but anyway I've always gone here
03/03/2025: Sandwich with onion and porchetta €8 which may seem like a lot but it isn't, very good and very large.

Prezzi giusti, porzioni abbondanti personale gentilissimo.
Siamo stati una sera, e prima della fine della vacanza siamo tornati. La seconda cena è stata la conferma della prima, anzi ha superato le aspettative. Consigliatissimo
04/02/2025: Ga hier niet eten! Je moet als je binnenkomt moet reserveren voor je toetje voordat je je hoofdgerecht hebt besteld. Dit slaat helemaal nergens op. Als je restaurant vol zit en je hebt maar 7 toetjes staan dan heb je het niet voor elkaar. Als je uitlegt hoe het normaal werkt in een restaurant snappen ze je ineens niet meer. Zelfs de kok komt verhaal halen waarom je dit niet normaal vind.
Non mangiare qui! All'ingresso è necessario prenotare il dessert prima di ordinare la portata principale. Questo non ha assolutamente alcun senso. Se il tuo ristorante è pieno e hai solo 7 dessert, non lo stai facendo nel modo giusto. Quando spieghi come funzionano normalmente le cose in un ristorante, all'improvviso non ti capiscono più. Anche lo chef viene a spiegarti perché pensi che questo non sia normale.

10/06/2025: A short trip to Folgaria on the way home after a short stay in Lavarone.
We stopped for lunch.
Slightly off the main road but with clearly visible signs, it struck us precisely because it is there in a slightly quieter location.
Outside there are a few tables outdoors but inside there are plenty of seats.
We stayed outside because the temperatures were ideal.
We had a pizza and a puccia.
The puccia was delicious, excellent dough cooked well, nice crunch. The filling was also excellent.
The pizza was good, dough well cooked, thin but not burnt especially the edge.
The internal environment was tidy and clean, even the bathrooms.
Overall a nice, simple place but where I would return without any problems.
08/06/2025: Light dough of various types recommended for those who have problems with gluten lactose or simply want a dough with spelt or other types.

"La Barba Casa" is a modern style pub with a wide selection of beers from the Barbaforte Brewery. We tried the IPA (very good!) and an excellent cooked toast and cheese to accompany the aperitif. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

11/03/2025: Cenato durante il soggiorno alle suites, abbiamo conosciuto il cuoco di persona (hanno la cucina a vista). Piatti bellissimi e molto buoni, non posso che consigliare l’esperienza
16/02/2025: Seguendo le recensioni abbiamo deciso di cenare presso questo ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato 2 secondi che sono arrivati dopo mezz'ora dall'ordinazione freddi e senza l'accompagnamento del pane, una bottiglia d'acqua e una lattina di coca cola. In totale c'erano 4 tavoli da servire due da due persone e due da quattro con 2 camerieri a servizio totalmente assenti.
Alla richiesta del pane per accompagnare i secondi (quantità veramente scarsa, la guancia di vitello sarà stata 50 grammi) sono passati altri 20 minuti e abbiamo deciso di andarcene.
Il proprietario rammaricato dell'accaduto ci ha fatto pagare cmq 50 euro (praticamente senza cenare)
All'uscita siamo andati a cenare in un'altro locale.
Con quattro tavoli e due camerieri per la cena è veramente assurdo che possa capitare una cosa del genere.

The second courses arrived together with the first courses not very professional.
At the end of the dinner we were unable to drink the coffee because we were told that the machine had already been cleaned
