03/09/2025: We had dinner this evening at Clara's tavern for our wedding anniversary. We're on vacation here, and it was recommended to us, and I have to say, it was excellent. A trio of first courses for two, a venison steak, and a rib-eye steak with sides were fabulous! The house wine was excellent, and the service was prompt, precise, and competent, as well as extremely friendly. The owners are two young people who know what they're doing. We hope they continue to thrive like this! A wonderful memory, highly recommended!

29/06/2025: Refuge and food quality nothing to say. Service not suitable for the amount of people present at lunch. First course ordered and not brought, requested twice but nothing, I did not eat, same for dessert...at least the others ate with me and I tasted their dishes... At the cashier no apologies but empathy is requested, well...maybe when you make a mistake it is enough to apologize. (but they give a 10% discount...) Therefore I cannot leave more than 2 stars, only for the service and the ways of doing things.

20/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante convenzionato col nostro hotel, qualche sera fa ordinando un piatto di canederli e uno di gulash . I 2 canederli erano completamente insipidi e privi di ingredienti tanto che per rimediare abbiamo chiesto del formaggio grana per insaporirlo con esito scarso … il gulash era talmente speziato che in gola risultava pungente troppo pungente. Siamo scappati a gambe elevate dopo aver pagato 38 € con due calici di vino. Pessima esperienza

14/07/2025: Mi sono recato in questo locale assieme alla mia famiglia durante la nostra vacanza a Folgaria. Il ristorante sorge in una traversa in discesa del corso principale ed offre i tipici piatti della tradizione trentina. Nella bella stagione consiglio di mangiare all'aperto, nella bella veranda che affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Tra i primi consiglio vivamente gli ottimi Strangolapreti con Formaggi Fusi, davvero gustosi. Tra i secondi molto buono lo Spezzatino di Cervo in salmi' con Polenta, molto meno invece il Piatto Trentino, composto da Polenta, Goulash di Manzo, Funghi e Canederlo, trovato di meglio in altri posti. Ci rifacciamo decisamente con i dolci, tra cui spiccano sia la crostata che l'ottimo Strudel. Da bere consigliato il Cabernet o il Prosecco della casa a seconda dei gusti. Personale gentile e disponibile, prezzi nella media del posto.

30/08/2025: This evening we stopped at a truly unique trattoria 🌟. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming: wooden furniture and antique utensils hanging on the walls give it a rustic, authentic feel 🔥. There's also outdoor seating for those who want to enjoy the fresh air. The food is truly excellent: I had soup and baked potatoes, both prepared with great care and flavor 🍲🥔. The person sitting with me chose meat, and said it was truly excellent, especially the game, juicy and flavorful 🦌🍖. All this accompanied by friendly and attentive service, and at a truly fair price 💰. A place that captivates you at first sight and at first bite 😍. Kudos to all the staff, we'll definitely be back 👏✨.

12/03/2025: Normal bar near the slopes of Folgaria and surrounding areas. Good sandwiches and chips, their price is probably slightly higher than average given the proximity to the slopes... but anyway I've always gone here

03/03/2025: Onion and porchetta sandwich for €8, which may seem like a lot, but it's not. It's very good and very large. Fast and professional service. I'll definitely be back.

09/06/2025: Pizza e piatti tradizionali ottimi e senza spennare il turista. Le ragazze dello staff super carine e simpatiche. Noi ci siamo stati più volte. Consigliato!

11/03/2025: Posto davvero carino, cucina tipica di ottima qualità cucinata bene con prodotti top. Prezzi giusti, porzioni abbondanti personale gentilissimo. Siamo stati una sera, e prima della fine della vacanza siamo tornati. La seconda cena è stata la conferma della prima, anzi ha superato le aspettative. Consigliatissimo

17/08/2025: The place is very simple, but the pizza is excellent: light and flaky, made with dough made with type 1 and 0 flours. A surprising discovery, one of the best pizzas I've had in the entire Vallagarina. The horsemeat sirloin from the local butcher is also excellent. Stop by if you're passing by to enjoy a pizza or a local dish; it's definitely worth it! 👍🏼

26/07/2025: A super fun route up with winding roads and beautiful views. Afterward, we enjoyed delicious pizzas. Friendly staff and tasty desserts. All very affordable. Unfortunately, there was no room in the conservatory, but we had a great time inside as well. Highly recommended!

05/09/2025: A regular stop on my summer vacation in Folgaria (before dinner), where I can enjoy an excellent beer without having to worry about driving since the car is parked. There are tons of beers to try here, of all kinds, but don't worry, the staff is knowledgeable and will be able to recommend something based on your tastes. But if you're lucky enough to enjoy any beer and have time...try them all!!! PS: On weekends, they always play great music during happy hour to liven up the area; definitely check it out!

11/07/2025: A charming, well-kept, characteristic, and welcoming place. The menu isn't overwhelming, but for what we chose, everything was very good. I'll just mention the bread gnocchi, which I'd never tried before, and they were delicious. Perhaps more suited to a relaxing or romantic dinner rather than a family like us with two slightly noisy little girls. In any case, I'd gladly return.

11/07/2025: A truly wonderful place... the food is truly good and the panna cotta is truly sublime. What can I say? It's definitely a place to remember!!!
