15/02/2026: Craft brewery located beneath the Alpi Hotel on Campitello's main road. The venue has a modern style, but with materials and colors that complement the setting, creating a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The staff is young, dynamic, and professional. I only tried the drinks, not the food. The beers are all top-quality, well-explained, and offer surprising and unusual flavors. You can also try a tasting of four to ten beers. The cocktails are also excellent.

25/02/2026: the coffee is pretty nice, its not specialty coffee so keep this in mind when visiting. atmosphere is realllyyy cosy and nice, you can sit inside, in a closed terrace or outside on the open air terrace. staff is nice and welcoming and the food is alright, could definitely use some improvement but its a nice brunch spot when you dont want to go deeper in the city.

12/06/2026: Beautiful scenery! However, we went at 9 a.m. to eat the Krapfen and they were already out, even though Instagram said it was served until 10:30 a.m. As an alternative, we opted for two croissants and paid. After 20 minutes they said they were also out of those, so we changed to two crepes. We waited half an hour and only my husband's crepe arrived. I reiterated my order twice more and it still didn't arrive. I asked for my money back. Beautiful place, but the service is terrible.

12/06/2026: Unfortunately, there were no more doughnuts by 9:30 a.m., perhaps it's due to the off-season. A real shame considering all the advertising they do. The hike was still great, though.

21/06/2026: A real surprise, fantastic service, professional and smiling staff, excellent cappuccino and a wide choice of pastries... a top breakfast, I highly recommend it ☺️

20/06/2026: A really nice bar in Elmas. Unfortunately, we weren't able to try anything else to judge, but the location and service promise a good experience. We'll be back for an aperitivo.

18/01/2026: Much more than a dinner. An experience. The atmosphere is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Welcoming, warm, and spotlessly clean. The cuisine is top-notch and the wine list is top-notch. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The meat and cheese plate is generous and deeply satisfying, showcasing quality products without overcomplication. The canederli are beautifully made—soft, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. The stinco is the highlight: rich, well-cooked, and exactly what you hope for after a day in the mountains. Service is warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, striking that ideal balance between attentive and relaxed. Prices feel fair for the quality and setting, which only adds to the overall sense that this place respects its guests. Osteria Dasté delivers comforting regional food done properly, and it fits perfectly into the charm of Campitello di Fassa. A place worth seeking out.

28/06/2026: It's my favorite restaurant when I come to Campitello for excursions. They serve typical Trentino cuisine: buttered dumplings, venison stew, beef or roe deer with polenta, venison ravioli (fabulous), roasted shank, etc. I've tried almost everything on their menu and have always been satisfied. It's best to book by phone if you want to be sure of a table. I recommend this place to everyone: individuals, friends, couples, families.

12/03/2026: The food was decent, but the main courses arrived at the same time as the Aperol Spritzes, which was normal for the waiter and the owner. We should have mentioned that we wanted to have drinks first and then dinner... Absolutely unbelievable! Luckily we didn't order dessert at the same time. Only good for takeout.

08/03/2026: Great pasta carbonara. Overall people were satisfied with their dishes. The waiters’ English is bad.
