05/04/2025: A full 5 stars from me. Where do I begin? From the very start, the staff warmly welcomed us in. Throughout the meal, they maintained utmost professionalism and hospitality. And the food at this restaurant is simply delicious—the starter of tuna tataki was paired wonderfully with the miso sauce, while the main courses of homemade tagliatelle and beef cheek were both splendid.
The star of the show, however, was the asparagus risotto. It was hands-down *the* most fresh and succulent asparagus, paired with a rich cheese flavour to go with the perfectly cooked rice. This should be the restaurant’s signature dish!
Hope to come back soon. Thank you for a delicious meal.

15/03/2025: On the recommendation of locals, I came here with friends just to try their shank. Very, very good! unquestionable quality of the meat, perfect cooking with that crunchy crust to complete the dish. For quality/price the best in Selva! Well done!

Hemos estado viviendo en Selva para la temporada de esquí y esta fue con mucho la mejor comida! Tuvimos la trucha ahumada para empezar, tuve el MEJOR risotto cremoso de mi vida para el principal (servido con hongos chantrelle y mota crujiente) , mi marido pidió la ternera T - filete de hueso que dijo que era fabuloso. Ambos pedimos un postre, y tendría que decirlo de NUEVO ~ fue el mejor tiramisú que he comido en Italia y de todos los tiempos! No pensé que podría mejorar después del postre, entonces nuestro camarero nos trajo un digestivo de melón! ¡Volveré solo por eso! No puedo decir suficientes cosas agradables sobre nuestro camarero ~ originario de Perú pero viviendo en Ortisei durante los últimos 21 años ~ extremadamente profesional, pero con los pies en la tierra y agradable. ¡Grazie Mille por una experiencia gastronómica y una velada excepcionales! Asegúrese de hacer una reserva para que no se pierda la mejor comida en Selva!

Very friendly knowledgeable staff.
The food choice is out of this world and the quality and flavors didn't disappoint. A very extensive wine list that cost us a pretty penny, but was worth it.
The owner was charming and inviting.
This is more than a place to eat, it's an experience you must try if you're here.

06/04/2025: Bar next to the ski school in Selva di Valgardena. Excellent for staying in the center to have an aperitif listening to music and relaxing a little.
26/03/2025: We stopped here for a drink. We had to come inside to order, which the waitress told us when she saw us seated.
It was a shame that the men ordered Chardonnay, and the waitress came with the drinks and said no Chardonnay, put a different wine down, and then she was gone. No one asked if that was okay or not. There you go... We found that a bit cheeky.
Good music was playing. The waitress didn't look after us. She probably wasn't in the mood. We were alone. Only when more people arrived did she shine with her presence outside. It's a shame. She could have made more sales.
I've heard different things, so we stopped here.
The waitress speaks English.
We won't be back.
We didn't feel welcome.

05/06/2025: The food is good, we took 2 pizzas and they were correct, although they brought a knife that didn't cut. On the other hand, I want to highlight the messiness of the waiters, we were made to wait 15 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables, they took a long time to bring us the food, the menus... everyone was sweaty and stressed, and we couldn't ask them for anything.... I honestly don't think I would recommend it to anyone.

Esperienza molto positiva nonostante alcune recensioni non particolarmente positive.
Le pietanze ottimamente cucinate con prodotti di qualità, atmosfera intima, servizio a cura dei proprietari.
Prezzi nella media della zona
Per due portate con dolce da dividere speso € 40 cad. Ovviamente vino a parte..
30/12/2024: Vacanza con amici , alle 14 ci troviamo senza un posto dove pranzare, chiamiamo troviamo questo ristorante in zona, chiamiamo e ci aspettano per garantirci il pranzo! Che dire.. grazie!

08/03/2025: Between 9-12 there is a morning pint offer, two white sausages, a pretzel and 0.5 liters of wheat for €12. Our requests for non-alcoholic wheat or shandy were met without any additional costs. It's worth it!

01/03/2025: The food made the difference together with Nizar's service! Good variety of our 5 courses every day. The service is more like a Michelin star restaurant. All the staff are nice. Leonardo makes delicious drinks! The hotel has large rooms with nice beds, our two bathrooms were large. Ski lockers are available and you can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, sauna or jacuzzi after skiing. The room had a nice hot tub. Value for the money!
11/02/2025: Really negative experience. A group of 4 and myself stayed one night at Maciaconi. For starters, the receptionist at the time was incredibly rude. He laughed at us when we asked simple questions like how to connect to WiFi. Additionally, we didn’t receive the room we booked and only found out after our stay that we had indeed been scammed. I’ve tried reaching out to Maciaconi staff about this problem but they haven’t been helpful. We paid $1400 for a room that we didn’t even receive.

02/03/2025: Also ich kann nur sagen das es eine richtig gute Pizzeria ist. Wir waren schon sehr oft da und wurden jedesmal sehr freundlich empfangen und auch bedient. Auch von der sogenannten Chefin immer ein liebes Wort, schön das ihr wieder da seid wie geht's euch und auch war alles in Ordnung.
Vllt gab's mal einen Tag wo man einen nicht so guten Tag hat. Es ist ja auch immer voll. Ich mag sie sehr und freue mich schon wieder aufs nächste mal in 2 Wochen.

22/02/2025: Visitamos Pizzeria Ciamin como un gran grupo de 10 y nos acomodaron cómodamente en dos mesas. El servicio fue amable y eficiente.
El menú es enorme, pero la mayoría de nosotros elegimos pizzas de leña, que eran de tamaño generoso y absolutamente delicioso, con una base perfectamente crujiente y coberturas frescas. Tuve la pizza de atún y cebolla, que era fantástico, y todos en nuestro grupo disfrutaron mucho de su comida.
