10/08/2025: An impulse purchase, as I'm a pine essence lover. This cream is nothing more than sweetened condensed milk; the mountain pine essence is completely invisible, neither to the smell nor to the taste. The packaging lists the website dolomiti-shop.it, but there's no mention of the product on the website. I don't question the quality of other products in the shop, but one thing that's quite disconcerting is the very high prices for products that are certainly unique, but can be found anywhere else at a lower price.

07/11/2025: The drinks arrived shortly before I finished my pizza, but my wife's food never arrived at all. A real shame, because the restaurant's location was perfect.

07/11/2025: The waiters were completely overwhelmed. It took ages for no one to come and take our order. My husband's pizza arrived before our drinks. I never got my food at all. The prices were outrageously high. The only nice thing about the place was the spot by the promenade.

05/11/2025: Why was my review deleted? Did the owner pay to have it removed? This restaurant is the worst dive in the world, disrespectful service, super expensive, old products!!! Never again! Anyone who needs to respect themselves should never eat there!

27/09/2025: The menu was sparse, with basically a thin layer of carne salada and four slices of 13 euros!!!! The pasta was decent, although the clams were too few for the taste. We witnessed a shocking scene: the owner kicked "something" inside the restaurant, telling it to get up. Immediately afterward, a boy of about ten ran out, crying. 😮 This should be closed. 🤦🏻‍♂️

21/09/2025: The restaurant is not worth a visit, the place was crowded and there was a table for four available so we sat there (two of us). The waiter came and asked us to change seats and sit at a table for two. We sat for about 15 minutes until they brought the menu. After we ordered, it took more than 30 minutes for a plate of French fries and spaghetti with tomatoes to come!! The taste wasn't that good and it was salty 😁 I don't recommend it.

10/08/2025: The products are excellent, but it's a bit pricey. The bread, which isn't made by them and is always in short supply because it's already sold out by 12, is the least good thing.

08/09/2025: I wanted to respond to the POS review... first of all, we don't need anyone to give us a chance, since during the summer we serve more than 2,000 people with 5/6 negative reviews!!!!! Too bad satisfied customers never write... perhaps... it's easy and cowardly to hide behind a PC or a cell phone and denigrate the people who are working!! It was a truly gratuitous review since you tasted the ferruginous water for free and lingered at our outdoor tables all morning, drinking what??... for 7 of us, a coffee ☕...... thank goodness very few people from Romagna are like that!!!... Shame!!! N.B: To get the POS we tried many times with technicians, 📡 antennas, etc., but the valley is narrow and closed and only allows minimal reception, not enough for the POS... anyway, in the mountains it is good or advisable to bring a little cash!!!!

07/09/2025: We decided to give this place a try despite the numerous negative reviews we'd read in the previous few days. When we got outside, we were surprised: "Due to poor cell phone coverage, we can't accept payments by POS terminal." This excuse barely held up ten years ago, let alone now that it's 2025 and there are refuges at 2,500 meters that readily accept any type of payment. The result: we (fortunately) opted for the alternative just three kilometers away, where we had a wonderful time.

19/08/2025: I agree with all the negative reviews; there's no point repeating what others have already said. It thrives only on people unaware of the terrible quality of this place and on those who settle for less when the two neighboring restaurants are full. It should definitely be closed.

17/08/2025: The negative reviews describe the place well: we were there just today, just by chance. From the outside, the place is quite deceiving, and you'll definitely give it a chance, but as soon as you walk in and see the empty place, you begin to understand. In fact, the guy gives us the menus and we sit outside, obviously after telling us that once we'd chosen, we had to go and tell him what we were eating. So, the service is nonexistent, except for the lady who takes the orders. In any case, she catches me off guard because she gives me the bill right after I order, a bit like being at a service station, except that here you pay first and maybe your food arrives later. I barely have time to return and two minutes later they serve me dumplings in broth for my partner and a cutlet with potatoes. In this time, it's clear that everything is pre-cooked and probably just reheated and served. Anyway, it's €36 for the two dishes mentioned above, a water, and a medium beer. I'm thinking: what's the point of working this way? Serving people poorly, and above all, serving dishes like that, what results does it bring you? It's not always just bad publicity. But a modicum of pride? Not even nightmare kitchens can turn out this bad. Congratulations!

24/07/2025: Raccapricciante, mai visto in Trentino un trattamento simile. il locale alle 13.30 era praticamente vuoto e già qui dovevamo insospettirci..ma attirati dal locale nuovo e ristrutturato con gusto da poco ci accomodiamo. Chiediamo subito la disponibilità x lessare un po di pastina (portata da noi) X la ns bimba di 8 mesi, ma la signora bionda con gli occhi azzurri (fredda come il ghiaccio) ,che penso sia la titolare, ci risponde con un categorico NO! La ringrazio però perché ci ha consigliato di andare alla baita di fronte perché avevano più tempo....e ci ha fatto scoprire un posto meraviglioso, economico e che ci ha fatto sentire a casa cucinando anche x la ns piccola. NON ANDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE DALLA SIG.RA ICE .

10/07/2025: Cibo di alta qualità. Abbiamo mangiato pappardelle al sugo di cervo, polenta con funghi e formaggio, zuppa di orzo, strudel, torta di mele. Tutto ottimo. Prezzi medio-alti tuttavia in linea con il luogo. Servizio ok.

27/07/2025: I can only confirm all the negative reviews I've read (if only I'd seen them before...). I was greeted by a rather grumpy waiter who pretended to be friendly. When I asked if they made simple sandwiches, I was told they could bring me bread with sausage on the side. When I asked if it was possible to add some vegetables, I was treated rudely, as if I'd asked for something strange, but in reality, the waiter hadn't understood the question... so we're off to a bad start. When I repeated the question, I was offered potatoes with cheese and speck, so I changed my order to that, adding sauerkraut (again suggested by the waiter). The waiter was pressuring me for some reason, because there were probably only 15 people eating (and at least 3 waiters). But he was in such a hurry that I had to order without a menu with prices in front of me, and before I could even sit at the table! In the end, they made me pay an exorbitant amount in advance (€44). All because they also added sausage, an item I had later changed but they brought it anyway. The food itself wasn't bad, except for the sausage, which was tasteless and was probably already pre-packaged because it arrived less than 3 minutes after ordering. In short, sky-high prices for mediocre food and terrible service (I'd like to give more adjectives, but this isn't the right platform). There are plenty of other options that are definitely more honest, more friendly, and with better food. So I recommend choosing another one completely at random because it will definitely be better than this one. And I also see many comments from other customers that support my thesis; they're right.

15/07/2025: Posto bello, servizio rapido cortese e attento, ma piatti scelti mediocri. Verdure grigliate grossolane e praticamente crude; strudel con mele crude. Forse è una caratteristica del ristorante? Prezzi piuttosto alti

09/09/2025: If you have to pay €16 at the checkout and have to pay €18 by card because you need to put €2 in the tip jar, you're stealing from your guests. It shows in every way what Italy doesn't stand for. These kinds of places should be avoided... I didn't want to cause a scene, but I hope people avoid this place.

27/08/2025: Visited as on the Lake Maggiore boat trip. Friendly welcome. Great location, right by the lake. Fabulous views. We njoyed beers and chips in the sunshine. A great place to visit. Highly recommend. :) :)
