Chef Peter knows how to amaze guests with his creativity in the kitchen and friendliness in the dining room, assisted by Andrea and all the staff, he manages to convey emotions that I have rarely found in other places. I'm sure that the success it has is well deserved. I will certainly return with some friends even if the distance from my home is considerable. Very very good. PS cellar 10 cum laude.

Fascinating proposals for dishes designed to be excellent to taste and full of magic for the eyes through bewitching colours, shapes and methods. 28/12/2024: One of the best meals we’ve ever had - Chef was incredibly welcoming and ensured we felt included even though we were the only Americans there (We were invited by the coolest German couple ever). Amazing restaurant in an awesome area!

30/12/2024: I was lucky after many attempts to find a place to have dinner in this wonderful place. The raw materials are of high quality and produced by their farm, so the entire menu is km0 Everything was delicious, the selection of bread, cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, first courses and meats. I recommend tasting at least one dish based on Grigia Alpina (coming from their breeding)

11/12/2024: I found this place on Google and, driven by the photos and positive reviews, I was convinced. Once we got there, the place already spoke for itself. Enchanting, relaxing, tranquil atmosphere... I would have moved there immediately. Once inside the environment was simply perfect in its simplicity. The owner welcomed us, kind and ready to advise us... the food was WONDERFUL, of quality and with fresh raw materials and treated impeccably without distorting the ingredients. The portions are just right. The atmosphere is so pleasant that the evening flew by. They offered us a rhubarb drink. From appetizers to dessert, there isn't a dish I wouldn't eat again. The host was kind enough to even take photos for us. My vacation started with them…and it started really well. Thanks so much guys! I will come back for sure.

17/10/2024: Neighbors at the motorhome parking lot in Völlan raved about the waterfall several times and took us there yesterday. What can I say? Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I each ordered baked trout with fried potatoes. The trout was sensational and the garlic filling was to die for. The fried potatoes tasted like potatoes with the right roasted flavor and not like salt like in many other places. That was cooking Mom's way. Unfortunately the holiday is over now, but there is still next year. Thanks to our parking space neighbors Frank and Conny for taking us with us.

21/12/2024: Incredible restaurant 6 stars! The nice lady at the bar is simply amazing, she made the evening a very special one.

09/01/2025: 5,000sqM of spa and treatment rooms are worth the trip. Relatively near Madonna di Campiglio makes it a great sky destination as well. Finally the new, modern but warm construction makes this a wonderful 5 star destination. Cons: Pinzolo is only about 800m from sea level so snow is less common and the town is not wonderful. The starred restaurant is good but the “normal” is a bit aseptic. Staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful although not always 100% professional if you consider the cost (1,000/night during our stay). All and all, one of the most exclusive and relaxing destination in the area.

11/01/2025: A truly excellent hotel with high cost-performance run by a lovely family. We felt very welcomed with warm and kind service. The room was actually much larger than it appeared in photos (we usually have the opposite problem) and the spa was to die for. The ski-in ski-out access was perfect, with the best (brand new) ski locker we've ever seen. Access to hiking trails was also great. I can recommend the half-board option, which was a tasty treat to come home to every day. My only small suggestion would be having the spa open earlier in the day or allowing for private reservation (even for a fee) of the spa when it is not open to all guests. It might be nice to have more time available to enjoy the amazing amenities with a more relaxing vibe. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will hope to be back!

13/01/2025: It is a brewery, where in addition to the production, you can stop and drink some excellent draft beer on the spot. The staff is friendly and competent, able to recommend the right type of beer based on your tastes. The store is very characteristic and elegant.
