12/01/2025: A magical historical place with a very nice boss and employees. Service and food excellent and certainly at star level. Went there at lunchtime with 3 kids which wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommended, would love to come back!!!

10/01/2025: A culinary highlight in South Tyrol! The Blaue Traube impresses with a perfect mix of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and creative accents in a relaxed, cool atmosphere. Every dish impresses with its sophistication and attention to detail. The young team is professional, extremely friendly and warm. Feels like coming home! The wine list offers an impressive selection and the team has perfectly matched the wine pairing to the dishes. The boss Chrsioph Huber is an extremely charming and professional host. In my opinion the BEST restaurant in and around Meran!

28/12/2024: Gorgeous. Chef Peter knows how to amaze guests with his creativity in the kitchen and friendliness in the dining room, assisted by Andrea and all the staff, he manages to convey emotions that I have rarely found in other places. I'm sure that the success it has is well deserved. I will certainly return with some friends even if the distance from my home is considerable. Very very good. PS cellar 10 cum laude.

25/01/2025: It is an extraordinary restaurant, the dishes are gourmet cuisine with interesting combinations and exquisite taste, I have been coming for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure. Trout tartare, tagliolini with truffles and fresh fruit sorbets in their fruit are just some of the delicious dishes of this place. In addition to the quality of the food, a dutiful note of merit should be given to the service and last but not least to the truly honest prices for a restaurant of this level. Carlo Marega

15/11/2024: Stopped spontaneously because I felt like a pizza. Was exactly the right decision. Friendly and attentive service. Food came very quickly even though there was a lot to do on Friday evening. A super tasty pizza with a crispy thin base. Absolutely fair prices. Really highly recommended.

The expertise of the staff was impressive, as all employees were always helpful and left no wish unfulfilled. The room had a wonderful view of the lake, and time in the spa was the perfect respite from our hikes. Here you will find a wonderful combination of tradition and modern comfort. We'll definitely be back!

15/01/2025: While looking for a quiet retreat by the lake, we came across the Seehotel Sparer. We were immediately impressed by the warm hospitality of the team. The service was consistently professional and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the varied selection at breakfast, which surprised us every morning. After a relaxing day at Lake Montiggler, we can only warmly recommend this hotel. A place where you can enjoy nature to the fullest!

17/02/2025: We wanted to eat something typical but after visiting two closed restaurants we ended up here a little resigned to having to eat the usual pizza... And instead this place usually has nothing! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, well seasoned, truly excellent! Too bad we're passing through, open in Milan too, we'd be your regular customers!
