29/11/2025: Wow, what amazing home style Italian food. This was everything we had hoped for in a restaurant here. The pasta was top notch, the tomato sauce was simple but unlike any sauce we’ve tasted before, and the meats were very good. Their wines were also amazing, so definitely do the wine tasting option. We cannot recommend this place enough.
10/11/2025: Highly recommend. Well-prepared dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. We'll be back.

03/08/2025: Booked 2 nights at Relais Le Macine di Stigliano with very short notice. It is only 20 minutes drive away from Siena, in a pretty and quiet location. The rooms are nicely renovated, spacious and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied (not always the case with Italian places). Staff was great, was super helpful when asking for tips and recommendations about restaurants and what to see. Very recommended!

20/11/2025: I visited this place after being recommended to me by my Airbnb host, and they did not disappoint! Service was excellent and friendly especially towards a tourist like myself. The vibes were great and the food was phenomenal. Worth a visit if you’re ever in Siena!
02/11/2025: The food was all really delicious, and the portions were good. The house wine was also very good. The price was fair for the quality.

The menu is very interesting, they do plenty of amazing dishes as well as great pizza.
Fair prices, nice restaurant, a good place to eat!

08/01/2026: We stayed at the hotel next door and had dinner here. The place was very beautiful and well-appointed, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I broke a glass as soon as I arrived, but they were very kind in fixing it right away. My son's pasta with ragù was excellent, the tagliolini alla Pescatoria was very good, as were the cold cuts. Perhaps only the liver pâté was a bit "no." I had fried lamb chops, perhaps a little too breaded, but good! My cuttlefish and artichoke salad was excellent, and the tiramisu was perhaps one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended restaurant, everything was really good. The bill was also reasonable.
06/01/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant, thanks in particular to the lovely Klerjan, who handled my requests with great care. I had the buffalo mozzarella pizza, which was truly exceptional!

Solo e sempre pici, il dolce in misera porzione viene servito in una ciotolina di solito usata per gli assaggi delle confetture ,ma quello che mi ha innervosito e' stato quando al momento del conto, pur di non farmi uno sconto di 1.70 € mi hanno dato il resto a 90€ in monetineanche di 5 centesimi Il totale era 71.70 e io ho pagato con 90€. Il menù non corrisponde a quanto viene realmente offerto, alle ore 20,00 hanno già finito tutto o lo chef ha deciso di non preparare più quanto scritto nel menù!
30/07/2025: Probamos este lugar para el almuerzo y disfrutamos IT. Tuvimos maravillosas recomendaciones sobre qué probar y disfrutar de todos ellos! Comparte platos para empezar, luego pasta tradicional y estofado de jabalí para la red. Terminamos con Helado para los niños y tiramisú - postre estilo adulto. Toda la experiencia fue encantadora, muy relajada y amable. Gracias por recibirnos! Tuvimos un paseo lento y completo de vuelta a nuestro lugar de estancia 🤭🫣 Mis fotos eran inútiles, pero el sabor de estos platos sencillos eran fabulosos!

02/10/2025: We only visited the restaurant twice. It was delicious both times; the wild boar, fillet, and miale (?) with mustard sauce and red pepper is highly recommended.
One criticism is that the portion sizes were different both times, even though it was the same dish. Full marks because you can talk to the chef, and our concerns were recognized and taken into account.
We'll be back :-)
29/09/2025: I returned after many years for personal reasons. The location is very welcoming. The menu got a nice 7 only because the tagliata was a bit tough but good. The rest, from appetizers to dessert, was largely satisfactory and I don't understand the bad reviews. Prices were reasonable. The owner was very kind.

21/10/2024: Un pueblo no tan agradable, nada realmente interesante, excepto todos los suministros! Sinatti tiene un buen café, buenas bebidas, buenos sándwiches, pastelería enormemente buena - todos los lugareños vienen allí para pedir por adelantado para el fin de semana y el mejor helado que se puede encontrar! Los ricciarelli, de vuelta a Siena - todo es morir por! Un lugar italiano REAL. ¡Amo a Sinatti! Ir allí desde hace 16 años, cada año, un lugar agradable en la calle principal. ¿Quieres Italia con los lugareños? quieres la mejor pastelería y helado - Sinatti

05/06/2025: Posto meraviglioso per passare una giornata con i bambini all'aria aperta. Tutto l'esterno è tenuto benissimo. Per mangiare consiglio la formula della scelta e prenotazione del pasto la sera prima in modo che, una volta arrivati sul posto, risulti tutto più veloce (non ho mai ordinato direttamente lì quindi non posso realmente dire se la cosa sia in quel caso più lenta). Cibo semplice e spartano ma buono e con una spesa decente si riesce a passare una piacevole giornata fuori. Consiglio di non perdersi la gradevolissima breve camminata nel loro bosco!
25/05/2025: Accoglienza da cinque stelle, seppur in ambiente semplice e conviviale. Cibo buonissimo, organizzazione e gestione molto professionale, discreta e gentile.
Desidero ringraziare lo staff per la disponibilità e la cordialità. Location tranquilla. Complimenti. Consigliatissimo.

18/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena per la prima volta nell’osteria del nostro paesino ed abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Tutto cibo locale e di alta qualità. Consigliatissimo il loro antipasto della casa. Ottimi anche i primi e la carne. Oltretutto il conto è stato più che onesto. Esperienza che ripeteremo spesso. Grazie della serata
