12/06/2025: Resto sans prétention dans la rue principale de la vieille ville de Radda, pizzas à pâte très fine, délicieuses. Du reste, tout le quartier vient s'y fournir... mais les pâtes sont bien aussi. Serveur-patron sympa.

28/06/2025: A truly unique restaurant experience, where the food and service were at a really high level. 🍷 We ate here the first night we arrived in Volpaia. Since we had 2 nights, we had to come back after the fantastic experience we had the first night. So we booked a table again for the next day .. which we did NOT regret at all, where we again received unbeatable service and food. Huge recommendation of their homemade ice cream, the best pistachio and hazelnut ice cream we have ever tasted 🤤🤤 Huge recommendation from here and we will return ourselves next time we are in the area ☺️🇮🇹

18/06/2025: We had a delicious dinner here thanks to the recommendation from our hotel Pieve Aldina. The courgette risotto was one of the best thing we ate on our whole trip. Asif (our waiter) was also amazing. He made sure we were really well looked after. Definitely visit!

08/06/2025: These guys were a lifesaver. Our son (3) was having a really bad day - but with their manner (and the great caprese) they managed to get him back in a good mood long enough to try some Chianti - and eat a fusillo with truffles and some amazing tagliatelle with ragù. We would recommend this to anyone. Thanks so much, and sorry for the rough start :)

30/05/2025: An extraordinary location, sheltered from the sun by the cool stone walls. Welcome in French from a man passionate about world wines and offering fabulous references. Tasting of great Chianti. A must-do.

13/07/2025: There was a hair in our desert. I showed it to the owner. He didn’t even bother acknowledging or responding!! Avoid this place please.

03/07/2025: The atmosphere is a bit cramped but the service is excellent and the pizzas are delicious, even giant ones, crunchy on the bottom and well cooked on the top. Excellent ingredients.

14/06/2025: We stayed for 2 nights and it was brilliant. You must do the Cena in the Piazza dining event, it’s a great event and a way to socialise with the rest of the hotel guests. The hotel is beautifully located and near to small towns if you want to get out and explore.

29/06/2025: This place is everything you are looking for from a vacation in Chianti, breathtaking views of the hills, relaxing atmosphere, service with typical Tuscan cordiality. And then the food: from the typical first courses to the Tuscan cutting board, the peak is reached with the Fiorentina, one of the best ever eaten in Tuscany. To be repeated!

06/04/2025: Posticino simpatico, piccolino ma caratteristico... Cibo buono e casareccio... affetati divini... Ovviamente vino; il chianti!!!!

14/03/2025: Situato all'interno delle mura di questo carinissimo borgo, era un negozio di alumentari gestito dal signor Giovannino, è stato trasformato (con successo, direi) in un locale che offre uno splendido e azzeccato spaccato della cucina locale. Noi eravamo già stati un paio di anni prima e, visto il bel ricordo, abbiam voluto tornare : ne siamo stati appagati ! L' assortimento di salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità, 🧀🍖 i pici e la ribollita pure, 🍝 la fiorentina (l' abbiamo chiesta "contenuta" per non scoppiare, vista la generosità delle porzioni precedenti) molto tenera 🥩 e gustosa, anche se l' avremmo preferita più al sangue (a dire il vero i titolari si erano offerti di ritirarla e sostituirla ma lo avremmo considerato uno spreco). Il vino, della casa, ottimo ; il servizio, di questi veraci tifosi della Viola, molto caloroso e sumpatico. A noi piace così

23/06/2025: The best ice cream in the region. I spent nine days cycling and tried various ice cream parlors – this one beats all the others! Plus, it has a great atmosphere and friendly service.

22/06/2025: During a post dinner walk we passed this place and took notice of many people drinking and eating along the wall/sidewalk opposite the restaurant. Staff were welcoming upon entry. It was busy but they made sure we understood the ordering process. We grabbed a couple 6 euro aperol spritz and took them across the street to hang out. The staff were running snacks out to those sitting across the street. Highly recommend for a cocktail.

22/04/2025: premesso che sono ligure, avevo scoperto il ristorante in una mia precedente vacanza in chianti....sono tornato nel lungo we di pasqua 2025 e sono stato a cena 2 volte...avevo i nomi di altri ristoranti consigliati ma, come si dice, squadra vincente non si cambia. Consigliato. cristiano scarpi

20/04/2025: Trovato quasi per caso, domenica di pasqua 25, parcheggio di fronte all'ingresso molto comodo, locale molto accogliente in perfetto stile toscano, così come il titolare, gentile e competente, fiorentina ottima, così come tutto il resto del pranzo, conto decisamente nella media, se non sotto, davvero ottima esperienza!!! Quello della fiorentina di Pasqua!!!
