22/01/2025: Un ristorante sobrio ed elegante all'interno della storica dimora Palazzo Leopoldo. Servizio accurato; interessante menù e ampia scelta di vini. I piatti da noi scelti erano invitanti e ben preparati a eccezione delle costolette di agnello dure e poco saporite. Prezzi medio-alti scontati con TheFork

29/10/2024: Almuerzo ligero en este elegante restaurante en el centro de Radda. Teníamos pasta con salsa de tomate, pasta con pesto, una ensalada mixta y una copa de Chianti. Perfecto, delicioso, eficiente, exactamente lo que queríamos. Muy recomendable.

06/10/2024: ¡No te molestes! Es increíblemente caro - € 45 por una pizza!! El servicio es tan - así que, como si no estuvieran esperando clientes... no hay menú, así que no lo supimos hasta que llegó nuestra factura

06/10/2024: Horrendo servicio, pizza extremadamente cara, 6 euros para un pequeño triángulo... realmente decepcionado. Es un lugar hermoso y este lugar solía ser brillante... . ¡Ahora diría que te alejes!

13/02/2025: Regrettable. We made a reservation in the middle of last year to stay in APRIL 2025. The accommodation was WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT, it was paid AT THE TIME OF ENTERING. It turns out that in September we receive a charge of USD98 unexpectedly. We contacted the accommodation through booking, Antonio (its owner) told us that this charge is made WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE as a “signature” for the value of one night. Then in January 2025 a charge of USD298 appears again, which I no longer liked. We contacted booking, they did not know how to give us much of an answer, therefore we contacted the accommodation via WhatsApp. There they informed us that it was a “mistake” and they wanted to justify their “mistake” by saying that since it was one of the cheapest accommodations, we were not going to care about this charge. (????). We canceled the reservation, and made the refund claim (January 27), they asked us for the IBAN to make a bank transfer for the charges CHARGED IN ADVANCE, and they told us that it would take 10 days. The money NEVER ARRIVED, and they say the payment was scheduled. Unfortunate situation.

13/02/2025: They scammed us. We make a reservation with payment at the accommodation. Without authorization they charged us $98. We immediately wrote and they told us that it was a routine charge but that the balance would be paid upon arrival. In mid-January we received another accommodation charge on our credit card for $298. We wrote to them through Booking to complain and they did not respond to us. When making the report through the app they inform us that the accommodation does not respond. We contacted them on Whatsapp and they told us that it was a mistake but that they also considered that it was not a problem because it was the cheapest accommodation in the area, something that is not their responsibility to determine. We ended up canceling the reservation since we had free cancellation with full refund. When we made the cancellation, the person in charge of the place told us that in 10 days we would have the refund but 20 days passed and they did not refund us the 398 dollars collected that we already paid by credit card. We are making complaints by all means. Update: Upon reading my review, the manager of the establishment wrote to my private number to tell me that I am an ugly person. And he threatened to report me to Google. We have already contacted the Italian Ministry of Tourism. Turns out they've already done this to other customers.
