03/11/2025: We went to eat truffles, but these were of terrible quality. Each course lacked their aroma. The tagliolini tasted of butter, not white truffle. We paid €50 for a tagliolini and €33 for a tartare. We'll never go back. Don't go there for the truffles.

26/10/2025: Expectations were very high, and perhaps that's why they were disappointed. The first course, pioppini mushrooms and oxtail, didn't convince me. I proceeded with the egg yolk with truffle... too bad the truffle wasn't very fragrant and the dish arrived cold. Compliments to the service. Impeccable. I recommend cleaning up the dust buildup on the corrigati in the kitchen... it's not at all hygienic. I won't post the photo out of decency.

08/12/2025: I ended up here for a relative's wedding, and the location is beautiful, the restaurant top-notch, and the service from all the staff is impeccable, attentive, and top-notch. I'd give it 11 stars if it were possible!

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Some dishes were incredibly overly salty, and we sent one first course back. It was added to our bill. It's not a financial issue, but if I spend money, I expect quality food and service. It's a shame because other dishes were worth it. We won't be returning.

26/09/2025: Olivum is my favorite restaurant. At least once every change of season, I go to this enchanting place to taste delicacies that create a symphony. I was there in the fall of 2025 and I still remember that mushroom appetizer with multiple textures; the most delicious and amazing dish I've ever eaten. I was there again in the summer of 2025. Here, you can enjoy a tasting of land, sea, or a five-course special, including dessert. The chef manages to enhance the flavors of each dish. The price is more than fair for the quality. Even the bread basket is wonderful! Not just bread and schiacciata, but also small assorted pastry treats. I return often and will continue to return. Congratulations 👏

05/12/2025: Saturday dinner. Not entirely packed. There were two of us, a table near the front door. It was really cold outside, and every time the door opened, it got really cold. Next to us was an empty table for two, and next to that (against the wall) were two people who left after five minutes. We asked if they'd move us, but they wouldn't, saying they'd have to connect the two tables to make a table for four. They could just connect ours to the one next to it and we could move to the one against the wall. Oh well. The two pizzas we ordered arrived an hour and twenty minutes later (an hour and twenty minutes!), and just as we were about to finish, the four from the tables next to ours arrived, and they started them right away. Oh well. The pizzas were good, that much must be acknowledged. The dough in particular was very light. A shame. Overall, a very negative experience.

14/11/2025: High-quality restaurant in a beautiful location in Piazza del Duomo, next to the Tower of Frederick II, with a view of much of the lower Valdagno from the restaurant windows. Classic/modern cuisine, truffles in season.

09/12/2025: It's one of my favorite places where I go every morning for breakfast. They are so kind and helpful that I haven't encountered anywhere else. As a transgender woman, I have to say that I've absolutely not encountered any discriminatory attitude.

25/10/2025: I went there several years ago, and even left a review that was promptly deleted... so I'm trying again. Honestly, I think it's the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Between the completely unjustified price tag and the dishes that to call mediocre is a compliment, I don't know what to save. Add to that the fact that some diners didn't even get truffles grated in front of them, yet their plates arrived already full. It was such a bad experience that I remember it all as if it were yesterday.

12/10/2025: A landmark in San Miniato. Excellent meat, with options for both suggested menus and à la carte.

07/12/2025: A very unique and charming place carved into the rock. Excellent food. Average prices, more than good value. Recommended.

27/11/2025: We were visiting Matera in Nov. 2025 and found this place on Google. One dish in particular caught our eye - A giant ball of burrata cheese with cherry tomatoes, olive oil an arugala all housed in a pizza dough bowl. It was probably the best "appetizer" we've ever had, although it is like a meal unto itself. The service staff were friendly and the rest of the food was quite good. We went twice to have the burrata again and to try the pizza which was really good. Definitely recommend!

12/08/2025: I simply want to say thank you for the lovely evening. For me, it was an immersion into Tuscan life. No tourist rip-offs. The food is fantastic, with warm service from both the chef and the waitress. The fish was delicious. I hope I can ever get a table again after this review.

03/11/2025: Everything was perfect. The quality of the truffle-based food was excellent, the service excellent. The prices were in line with the quality of the food, and the truffle tartare was fabulous. If I had to add a small criticism, the place was a little small and very informal, although the table setting was 'easy' but impeccable.

26/10/2025: Very friendly and attentive staff. Not the best value for money. A plate of tagliolini with white truffle cost €40. I think there was too little truffle and too much butter for that price.

28/10/2025: Excellent little restaurant, charming and with limited seating. The menu offers both seafood and meat dishes, and there's a good wine list. Excellent service.

04/10/2025: Service was mediocre. My wife did receive the meal she ordered and it was good but I got something I did not order. The wine they served my wife was undrinkable and I was completely ignored when I tried to complain (in English and Italian); the waiter just looked at me and saud nothing.

28/09/2025: Food was edible, but risotto was a rice dish, not creamy risotto cooked like risotto. Sliced beef was tough.
