01/12/2024: Mi dispiace scrivere una recensione negativa ma visto che i ristoranti pretendono certe cifre anch'io pretendo altrettanto rispetto e buon cibo.... Premetto che ho prenotato questo locale 1 mese prima vista la concomitanza della mostra del tartufo, e non mi viene chiesto dove preferissi cenare se all'interno o all'esterno del locale... Arriviamo all'ora prenotata e scopro che l'unico tavolo disponibile è all'esterno e all'esterno significa fuori sotto una pergola chiusa da teloni di plastica e riscaldata da qualche stufa a gas al nostro arrivo ancora spente e che sono state accese quando già infreddoliti ci siamo seduti al tavolo. Inoltre il locale fornisce delle coperte, così da mangiare comodamente col cappotto e la coperta addosso....Apriamo il menù e noto prezzi spropositati da ristorante stellato che preferisco omettere per la vergogna... il tartufo non è oro ma qua evidentemente si, anche quello nero meno pregiato e i piatti arrivati non erano all'altezza del prezzo! Certe cifre sono ammesse in un ristorante di livello dove non ceni al freddo sulle tovagliette di carta!

18/11/2024: Piccola osteria, necessaria prenotazione con largo anticipo. Noi siamo stati senza volere il primo giorno di fiera del tartufo quindi era abbastanza incasinato il paese e l’osteria… devi dire che ho trovato i prezzi più alti rispetto ad anno scorso anche se in linea con la materia prima ovvero il tartufo che soprattutto quello bianco costa decisamente di più.

02/01/2025: We came across this restaurant thanks to the advice of the hotel we stayed in in Matera and supported by the good reviews. Our dinner was very varied, we fortunately tasted different courses and I must say that they were all beautifully presented and always prepared with the same dedication. From the appetizers to the first courses up to the pizza and desserts we found a high level of food quality and cuisine. The very fast service and friendly staff, as well as the location which is truly a little jewel. Really excellent value for money!

02/01/2025: Really nice place and well trained and friendly waiters. There were 7 of us and everything was delicious from pizza to desserts. We also tried the Pignatta, a delicious dish from Matera. The scialatielli with cardoncelli and crusco peppers are fantastic. Excellent value for money, plentiful dishes, impeccable service and fantastic location. I would go back and recommend it. 22/12/2024: We chose this restaurant for our company dinner, but it turned out to be a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. During the payment, one of the employees, a tall and robust boy, allowed himself to make a seriously offensive and inappropriate comment towards my partner and our company. After mentioning that we work in the e-cigarette industry, he stated without hesitation: “You can all die for me.” A statement like this is simply shameful and intolerable, a gratuitous insult aimed not only at me, but also at my partner and partner. If I had been present at that moment, a very heated discussion would have arisen, but that does not change the gravity of what happened. Added to all this was a mediocre dinner: a poor starter and a seafood carbonara that contained lumps of sand or shells, making the dish inedible. As if that wasn't enough, in the next room there were two people smoking cigarettes, in total contradiction to the criticism we received. It is unacceptable that a venue, which should guarantee a professional and respectful welcome, allows such incidents. Not only will I never return, but I will not recommend this place to anyone. Respect and quality are fundamental in a public business, and here they are completely missing from all professional and human points of view.

18/06/2024: Family-run tavern bar, tasty home-made dishes prepared on the spot. I had my best lemon scallop here. Excellent and non-greasy fried potatoes, abundant side salad. Simple, rustic and characteristic environment, also worth it for the asking price.
