19/12/2025: I already knew this place from previous experiences with the previous owners. The business changed hands, and curiosity led me to try the cuisine of the new, young owners. Previous experiences had been completely satisfactory, so expectations were high. At this point, I risk sounding exaggerated in my overall rating, because the enthusiasm and professionalism of these young people captivated me. Naima, the woman who waits the tables, is lively, attentive, a lover of her homeland, Puglia, and incredibly sweet. Her name is challenging, but it perfectly captures it. The place is lively, pleasant, and at times intimate, with a terrace overlooking the most iconic representation of Tuscany: a succession of hills and delightful villages. Last but not least, but not least, the kitchen. Partly open, it hides nothing of the chef's magic. Traditional dishes enhanced with sophistication, using carefully selected ingredients, often picked from the garden downstairs. I won't even mention the olive oil; Arriving in town, you can't help but notice the splendid olive groves that produce a product of enviable quality. As for wines, the selection is vast, both for taste and... for your wallet. In conclusion, worth trying again and again. See you soon, guys.

17/12/2025: I went last weekend with my family (my wife and two children, ages 5 and 7) for pizza (I'm celiac), and we found the best pizza in Pisa and the surrounding area! Excellent ingredients and use of sourdough starter. The gluten-free pizza was delicious and easy to digest. Not to mention the beers and fresh desserts (all homemade!) are also gluten-free, which is very hard to find in any other restaurant/pizzeria (unless they're packaged and/or frozen). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

15/12/2025: A real surprise! Finally, a gluten-free pizzeria where the pizza is truly delicious and the dough is just as good as traditional pizza. The variety of desserts on offer is also fantastic, all gluten-free!! The owners are kind, welcoming, and incredibly passionate, always ready to explain, advise, and make you feel at home. You can tell how much they love their job and how much they care about customer satisfaction. A place that proves that even gluten-free cuisine and food can be excellent when made with passion and great care. Highly recommended! 🍕

20/08/2025: Simply a horrible experience. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by rude and surly staff who seemed annoyed. The worst part was the terrible quality of the food in every way. A horrific experience. And I strongly advise against it. Avoid going or buying anything from this horrible place.

25/07/2025: A casual restaurant offering quality dishes, specializing in wood-fired, free-range, antibiotic-free chicken, served in generous, tasty portions. The rotisserie offers a wide range of options: not only whole or portioned chicken, but also pasta dishes like lasagna, gnocchi, chicken parcels, finger foods, and side dishes like roast potatoes, caponata, or grilled vegetables. Friendly staff and efficient service. Excellent value.

24/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, and for the price, it was good. The prices are reasonable, so the quality and quantity are also reasonable. The only downside is that the restaurant is located in a dangerous area. Upon leaving, we found our car with a broken window and two backpacks stolen. Unfortunately, it's not the restaurant's fault, but I have to advise against going there due to the dangers of the area.

18/09/2025: I've been to Gelateria L'Era Glaciale, and it's always a great experience. Among the many flavors, my favorite is undoubtedly the pistachio: creamy, intense, and truly delicious. I recommend it to everyone because it perfectly showcases the authentic flavor of pistachios, without being too sweet or cloying. The place is welcoming and the staff is always friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. This gelateria is definitely worth a visit!

03/12/2025: Last night for two for dinner, beautiful welcoming place and location, fried pasta meatballs as a welcome, an all-land and one all-seafood appetizer, abundant and good, two slices of steak with grilled vegetables, soft and tasty, good sparkling house wine, a liter, and a still water, two good desserts and a coffee, cost 78 euros, price more than fair, the two girls of the staff very kind and professional, despite it being Tuesday the place was full, waiting times more than fair, we will soon return for dinner with you, congratulations!!!
