01/06/2025: It had been a long time since I went there, I remembered good quality and so it was this time too. The 3 of us had dry panigacci with mixed cold cuts, stracchino and gorgonzola, 1 tagliolini, 1 chicken cut, 1 bottle of wine, 2 waters, 3 desserts, 2 coffees for a total of 84 euros. Precise, tidy service. I will definitely be back

20/05/2025: Nella "patria" dei panigacci. Insuperabili in qualità e cottura. Ottimi salumi ( provate anche il lardo, è squisito ); i formaggi, la salsiccia cotta nel chiodo. Ma ottimi anche i primi e i secondi. I dolci. E il vino rosso della casa. Salone ampio con vista spettacolare ma soprattutto distanziamento dei tavoli efficiente che anche se tutto pieno non fa' "venire il mal di testa" per il vociare dei commensali troppo vicini in altri locali purtroppo viene disatteso. Quindi altra nota di merito Da Gambin. Piacevole anche l ambiente esterno con prato curato, sedie e tavolini per proseguire per un digestivo o un caffè all aperto. Parere personale non dò 5 stelle perché il Conto è troppo alto. Non è un giudizio ma solo un parere

23/03/2025: Place located in a small village in the town of Vaggi, the road to get there is a bit narrow. Interior entirely in stone. Intimate place with soft lighting. Generous traditional Roman dishes, very tasty. Fast and courteous service. Outdoor space upon reservation available for the summer.

16/03/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo posto con la famiglia e ad iniziare con il posto sperduto e insomma vista su un campo....ci fanno accomodare sotto al tendone esterno che praticamente era effetto serra un caldo assurdo. Decidiamo di prendere primo e secondo,chi amatriciana,chi tipo tagliatelle con curcuma fiori di zucca e nn ricordo che altro, ravioli e chi tortelloni alla vaccinara e di secondo coda alla vaccinare,abbacchio e calamaro. Amatriciana che ha tutt'altro sapore dell' amatriciana romana...pomodoro crudo e guanciale bruciato,queste specie di tagliatelle senza nessun condimento sapevano di acqua di cottura,ravioli con ragù acido e tortelloni duri e con guanciale bruciato. Dal primo al secondo abbiamo atteso quasi 1 ora che eravamo tentati di andarcene perché oltretutto abbandonati sotto quel tendone visto che il personale di sala era all' interno del locale al fresco....bagno lontano dalla sala dove eravamo, dovevi fare una stradina più passare due costruzioni. Volevamo un' altra coca cola ma non sapevamo a chi chiedere perché non c'era nessuno nella sala. Arrivano finalmente i secondi e coda alla vaccinara acidina ma passabile solo che 18€ per 3 pezzetti di coda,abbacchio di 3 mini pezzetti e calamaro crudissimo immangiabile al che chiediamo di ricuocerlo e me lo riportano crudo ma di gusto amaro per probabilmente altre cotture insieme. Chiediamo un dolce per la bimba un tartufo. Per 4 primi più un raviolo per la bimba,4 secondi,2 bottiglie di acqua,2 coca cola e un litro di vino €186,00 alla faccia della crisi.....direi che ciao ciaoooooo

20/05/2025: We passed through Aulla with the intention of getting to Tre Archi, because we had heard great things about Panigacci. We found a small but welcoming environment, once we were seated they showed us the varieties available and we immediately lit up. The Panigacci were delicious, excellent cured meats and cheeses that accompanied the Panigacci. We saw nearby tables ordering the first courses that were really beautiful to look at and I think also delicious, since they cleaned the plates. The prices are fair and the quality excellent. The place is family run and we were welcomed like friends, the girl who served us and explained everything was very kind. We will definitely return and not just to eat the Panigacci, the desserts were also excellent, obviously homemade and of high quality.

11/04/2025: One of my favorite trattorias. A place where you feel at home, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the owners. The food is of quality and the proposed menu offers both traditional dishes and dishes that are not easy to find (such as Asado). The prices are absolutely appropriate for the type of restaurant. In summer you can take advantage of an outdoor space where you can have lunch, staying cool even on the hottest summer days. There is also a nice selection of wines.

16/03/2025: I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with my family!!! We were welcomed with kindness and friendliness, delicious food and excellent service, a warm and colorful environment! We had a great time! I highly recommend it to everyone!
