We called late for lunch on a holiday Saturday, and despite the restaurant being packed, they reserved a quiet table for us and provided excellent service. Traditional, quality food, generous portions. Excellent value. Thanks to Lucilla and Norma for their kindness. We'll definitely be back to try the asado this summer!

17/02/2026: I've been driving the highway back and forth between Genoa and Bologna for years, and I've been saying for years: I have to stop for panigacci, a typical Lunigiana dish. So, determined to fill this gap, I searched for the most reputable restaurant and finally found it. From the toll booth to the restaurant, it's not a short drive—you climb a few kilometers inland—but judging by the cars parked, you immediately know you're in the right place. We ate nothing else from the menu: panigacci with local cured meats and cheeses, topped with pesto and ragù, and the typical chiodi, a sausage baked in the oven, sandwiched between two testi (a kind of bread). What can I say? We were satisfied with the experience; if you get the chance, it's worth making a small detour. Recommended.

I ate at this restaurant last night with two of my friends.
The panigacci and cured meats were excellent, definitely the best in the area.
Exceptional value for money.
I'll definitely be back.
24/02/2026: Beautiful location and decent food.
The only flaw is that because I paid with debit card, they charged me twice: 120 euros instead of 60.
Perhaps a little more attention to the customer at the cash register.

03/01/2026: Dirty place, looks like a wood burning stove, slow service, endless waits, disorganized, hard and undercooked panigacci, tastes like chewing sawdust, low-quality cured meats, raw ham cut like a Florentine steak and very salty, never again...
22/12/2025: We've been customers for a while now, even celebrating our son's first communion. Friendly, very nice, and fast! Excellent menu quality at a very reasonable price.

08/12/2025: Every time I pass through this area, I absolutely have to stop here for a bite. The panigacci are always fantastic, although they also have other dishes worth trying. And the view from the terrace is beautiful.

€0.70 per panigaccio.
When we arrived, the water was already on the table, which we couldn't send back, so we had to pay for it.
The trio wasn't bad, except for the mushroom one, which tasted like nothing, and the bland passata.
The panigacci themselves were perfectly ordinary, nothing special.
The service could be improved; the waitress was uninterested and a bit rude.
The cleanliness left much to be desired; the plates were dirty, and we found hairs on two different plates.
The place itself was neglected; the tables were worn, and while sitting down, I had an unpleasant experience: my socks were scratched by the edge of the table because it was made of wood shavings that kept coming off.
€5 for 1 liter of Coke.
€2.50 for the cover charge, which includes the bread they didn't bring us.
The trio was €11.
€9 a jug of beer.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a very satisfying family dinner, but I hope it was just bad luck.
