31/07/2025: Textbook Panigacci! Prepared on the hottest testi in the fireplace. A beautiful ritual to watch. A great lunch stop along the A15, but it's still "worth the trip," so I recommend it for dinner as well.
Leave it to the friendly and courteous staff.
The wine selection isn't extraordinary and very traditional, but nothing to complain about.
29/07/2025: Very special and good food, especially the cold cuts and the stewed panigacci, a welcoming restaurant and very attentive staff, a wonderful view, the restaurant is nestled in a mountain overlooking the side and with a huge window from which you can see a very beautiful view, highly recommended, very fair price considering how much we ate,

03/08/2025: Situato ai margini del bosco, ma a pochi minuti dal casello autostradale di Ceparana. I piatti di pesce sono la specialità del locale. Menù classico, ma ben interpretato. Antipasto misto, secondo, dolce, acqua e caffè per 50 euro.

03/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by pure chance, and it was a wonderful discovery! From the first moment, the welcome was impeccable: as soon as we sat down, we were offered a delicious panzanella as a welcome dish, served with great kindness and cordiality. Our order was taken with care, and the dishes we received were fresh, tasty, and full of flavor.
The atmosphere is simple and homey, yet extremely welcoming: one of those places where you sit down and immediately feel at home. My compliments to the entire staff, wonderful people who know how to make you feel pampered. A special mention to the chef: excellent dishes and truly unforgettable desserts! The best tiramisu I've ever tasted, and homemade gelato with cream and coffee, served with an extraordinary puffed wafer.
An experience I highly recommend to everyone: I'll definitely be back and can't wait to try other dishes from your menu!

21/08/2025: The place is cute and the staff was friendly. For the menu, I recommend the typical Lunigiana panigacci. I had them dry with cured meats, cheeses, and Nutella topped with them. They're excellent, and the way they make them is also unique, a little different than usual: they make them in a sort of small dish and cook them in the oven. You can have as many panigacci as you want, but after just the second basket, you'll be full ;)
The very friendly staff even showed me the kitchen and where they make the panigacci.
Recommended
20/08/2025: If you're craving panigacci, you're in the right place; the dried ones are really well cooked.
The boiled ones stand out when they're au gratin...they're the only ones that do it.

01/08/2025: We always stop by before heading down to the valley for weekends at the beach. Excellent panigacci and perfect fillings. The option to pair them with mixed and grilled seasonal vegetables is remarkable. The service is truly friendly. A top rating. If we really had to find a flaw, perhaps the outdoor terrace could be improved a bit, but that's just a plus. Congratulations and highly recommended.

Passavo di rientro dalle parti di Aulla, quindi perché non tornare a mangiare i Panigacci ?!
Era qualche anno che non tornavo qua, devo dire che siamo stati veramente bene.
Noi , avendo poco tempo a disposizione per il pranzo, abbiamo scelto il menu con salumi e formaggi, molto buoni come d’altronde il piatto principale: i Panigacci.
Molto gentile e disponibile la ragazza che ci ha servito in sala , ristorante pulito ed ordinato.

03/11/2024: Era tanto che non tornavo , ma non ha deluso le mie aspettative. Alta qualità dei salumi, panigacci a rotazione sempre caldi...la carne deliziosa, il chiodo fantastico...tagliolini al tartufo veramente buoni...che dire...si, ci sarà la nebbia, le curve, la strada di montagna...ma se vuoi mangiare il vero panigaccio Podenzana per tutta la vita...ed ad un prezzo veramente onesto..non come altri che sono ristoratori improvvisati ed imbarazzanti...
