Fantastic experience from start to finish. A beautiful family-run restaurant with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and made us feel genuinely looked after. The food was outstanding. Authentic, fresh and cooked perfectly. You can really feel the passion behind this place. Absolutely lovely vibe and one of those restaurants you remember long after the meal. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience at Ristorante Un’Ottima Annata. A true family-run restaurant with an absolutely lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The host was warm, welcoming and made us feel at home throughout the evening. The food was excellent. Fresh, authentic and full of flavour. Great service, great vibe, and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

I was there for a communion and I can only thank them for the care they showed me. It rarely happens. Sometimes I go hungry because of my food allergies. Kudos to the staff for their professionalism and passion. Beautiful place. Congratulations!

We only used the restaurant. Excellent lunch featuring Roman specialties, such as gricia, amatriciana, saltinbocca, abbacchio, artichokes, and more. We ate better here than in Rome. The food was excellent, everything was delicious, generous portions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Surrounded by greenery, you can relax in the garden or take a walk. Truly excellent.

A very welcoming and charming restaurant, located in a quaint village, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. Roman cuisine is its strong point: well-executed, flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients. Friendly and attentive service contributes to a pleasant experience. Prices are in line with the offerings. Rooms are also available as a B&B. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Wonderful place, warm hospitality, love of nature, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. The property alone is worth the trip, and if you want to pamper yourself a little more, try their restaurant. Very interesting and varied wine list.
27/05/2026: Restaurant in Fosdinovo Basso, with rooms. We only had lunch. It would be worth coming just for the view from the dining room. But you come here to taste, and you'll be completely satisfied. The chef is extremely helpful in addressing some allergy issues. Pleasantly spaced between the few tables. Attentive service, standard wine list. Parking. Well worth a stop and a return visit.
