The staff is always available and ready to make every customer feel special. 05/01/2025: If you are looking for a place to feel at home, "la Rosa Blu" meets your needs. The Lady in the kitchen and the Husband in the dining room create the right combination of flavor and conviviality. Everything is excellent, but top marks go to simplicity: the bruschetta with oil they produce reflects exactly what was said above.

16/02/2025: Il locale è raccolto e molto caratteristico impreziosito da un camino/braciere. Dopo un antipasto con tagliere di salumi, formaggio e due salse, ho potuto assaporare uno dei piatti che direi “forti”: i tortelli con ripieno di castagne, salsiccia e patate. Ottimi! Tagliata di carne tenerissima e per finire i dolci…irresistibili!! Il personale e il proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico. Consiglio vivamente

11/10/2024: We recently had our wedding at La Pescaia and everything was truly amazing. Margherita, Beatrice, and Valentina were incredibly helpful as we planned our wedding from the US. The venue is so picturesque views of Tuscany and beautiful architecture on the property. La Pescaia also has multiple Plan B options when it comes to events. The La Pescaia rooms are well done and very comfortable. Finally, the food at La Pescaia is amazing. This is our second time at the resort and every single meal we had here was delicious. Cannot recommend enough!

07/02/2025: A real gem from times gone by, exquisite traditional Maremma dishes accompanied by an excellent house wine but there is also a good list, impeccable service in hand, excellent prices.
