04/01/2025: Clean and welcoming environment. Kind and attentive staff. We ate a tuna tartare and fried cod followed by two well-presented and above all good prawn tagliolini. To finish, an apple with rosemary ice cream with a particular and fresh taste. This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. we will definitely be back

03/11/2024: There is no shortage of hospitality and conviviality at the miller's tavern, all this accompanied by genuine, homemade dishes. We tried tagliatelle with ragù, a mixed fish appetizer of the day which was enough for two people, sliced meat and stewed octopus for the second course, really good and fresh. Recommended to all friends.

27/10/2024: Location arredata con cura e immersa nel verde. Il menù è sorprendente con accostamenti non usuali e sapientemente cucinati. La qualità è alta. L'impiattamento bello. Il servizio accurato. La cantina strepitosa, si sceglie direttamente la bottiglia dall'espositore. Bella la scelta di fare più dolci gluten free in modo da dare anche a chi è intollerante la possibilità di assaggiarli.

09/09/2024: What a show! It's nothing more than what my wife and I kept telling each other during our dinner... Aperitif in the designated 'sofa area' with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills, dinner in this fantastic garden where the tables are arranged to allow enjoy the tranquility (I would say truly unique) of the place to the fullest and above all excellent raw materials to satisfy every type of palate. What more could you want? Nothing. Excellent wines from their cellar. Trained and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
25/08/2024: Table for two booked 7 days in advance for 8.30pm. Arriving on time we admire the truly very beautiful place. We sit down and receive the menus indicating that the tomahawk is OUT but alternatively there was a pork fillet off the menu. Menu consisting of 3 land proposals for each course. As good Tuscans we think that pork fillet would be fine for the many foreigners present so we opt for the steak which unfortunately is.....FINISHED. We point out our disappointment but it is ignored. So we decide to have two appetizers including a platter of cured meats and a buffalo mozzarella with figs and cherry tomatoes but this last dish is also FINISHED. At this point we left by pointing out that high prices and a beautiful location are not enough to provide high-level catering. You also need top quality and service. Wine list? All over 60 euros except a white, a rose and a red for 22/25/30 euros respectively. SAD EXPERIENCE

06/09/2024: Silvano and I, like last year, came several times for both lunch and dinner. We found the quality to be high and every time we tried a new dish that was always up to par. Exceptional. To Antonio at the tables and his wife in the kitchen. A couple like Sandra Mondaini and Raimondo Vianello. Spectacular. What a real spectacle it is in the evening to eat on the terrace with a breathtaking view. Even though it was always shiveringly hot, precisely because of the view and the dishes. Antonio is a character...we love him. The music in the background, always of great taste with tradition, class and that extra place of those who don't play mass music. Highly recommended! Only suggestion... for those in a hurry..
Choose another venue. Another suggestion... if you are on holiday, enjoy it and don't dictate the law in other people's homes, because it is only by throwing yourself into other experiences... that you learn and it's the same with food. #paroladisimonetta
