10/09/2024: A very intimate place very close to the sea, a restaurant that bases its work on quality and customer attention. This summer we were there two times and both times we had a great time and we still have in mind the various dishes ordered.... very attentive and scrupulous service, very high quality of raw materials, excellent wine list. What can I say, highly recommended for an excellent fish dinner, both cooked and raw, price in line with the location and the quality offered.

16/08/2024: Informal and quiet place to eat good quality meat. The restaurant is located in an unlikely and "strange" place (industrial area), far from any type of walk or traffic and therefore you have to go there on purpose but it is worth it to spend a couple of hours enjoying good dishes accompanied by a good glass of wine. Very honest prices and availability and courtesy are a significant plus. If we have the opportunity to be in the area we will definitely return.

23/08/2024: I went for lunch with my family on August 14th but the first time I called on the phone to reserve was around 1pm the owner asked me to hurry up and get there when I said I was 15 minutes away. Upon arrival, it doesn't make a great impression from the outside with fake Christmas-type lights and it looks more like a bar than a restaurant. We are a little taken aback but I see bottles of Vintage Tunina and Cervaro della Sala on display and as a good sommelier I say to myself if he has these bottles it means the food is good. The place was practically empty and I had to call if anyone was there, the decor was of dubious taste with counters displaying cans of fanta, coke and even a plaque as the best restaurant in Follonica (hopefully I say). The owner already welcomes us with a crooked tone because we had a small dog but perhaps because he wanted to hurry he shows us the table. After a while while the owner was taking orders he interrupted arguing at a distance with some kids who came in wet from the nearby pool and then argued loudly with the staff if they understood Italian for a dish and all this while he was in front of us. Honestly not a nice atmosphere and if it wasn't because I was a guest we would have left as did another guest where the owner's response was go ahead and that's fine with me. Meh! As for the food we took a simple pasta with sauce, a spaghetti that was supposed to be with clams but then only clams and empty ones at that even if the taste was decent. The fried fish at €25 I expected something more as the predominance were potatoes. I ask for a Muller Thurgau and the owner comes back with a Pinot Grigio and as soon as he begins to affect the capsule I point out to him that the bottle was not correct and he immediately counters by saying that I had asked for that one and angrily brings us the one ordered. In the end we take a crem caramel advertised in the 80s, not bad but it was a simple crem caramel. Every now and then I wink at the best restaurant in Follonica and ask myself, how can they award such prizes? Honestly, we could turn a blind eye to the food but the owner was really irritating and the atmosphere was cut with a knife and this didn't allow us to have a peaceful lunch. On the way out I see those bottles of white wine that were just a facade because they weren't present on the wine list and I tell myself what a less appropriate name because there was very little of Meraviglioso.

22/08/2024: The pasta carbonara and cacio e pepe were very good. Eating on the raised balcony is also nice. Prices vary depending on the price, but there are also cheap items. Unfortunately we couldn't reserve online because the whole month wasn't possible. We were able to make a reservation by phone without any problems.

15/09/2024: Locale piccolo ma accogliente personale gentile..ho mangiato un hamburger buonissimo le patatine un pó secche ma tutto sommato ho mangiato bene.

04/09/2024: Posto molto carino collocato nel centro di Follonica. Siamo arrivati alle 22:30 ed il personale è stato accogliente e gentilissimo. Abbiamo ordinato un misto fritto, donzelle, anelli di cipolla e polpettine di cheddar e cetriolo ed era tutto FAVOLOSO, panatura croccante senza un filo d’olio in eccesso. Abbiamo anche notato la presenza di cocktail molto interessanti ma che non abbiamo provato. Assolutamente consigliato.

05/08/2024: Se vuoi provare la cucina toscana non puoi saltare questa tappa. Menù fisso di tre portate è più che abbondante oltre ad ottima qualità. La pasta è seriamente sublime.

11/11/2024: Pessima accoglienza . Maleducazione da parte del barista che si e' rifiutato di darmi 2 dita di Aperitivo ( questa era la quantita' che ci era stata data precedentemente) in quanto sbadatamente il mio bicchiere si era rovesciato sul tavolo.Premetto che era un raduno di vespisti provenienti da tutta Italia che sono rimasti basiti dalcomportamento strafottente del barista Non ci.mettero' mai più piede! Che cambi mestiere non adatto a stare al pubblico!!

15/08/2024: Ottima serata, anzi direi serate visto che non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo locale cibo semplice pesce ottimo spaghetti alle vongole e gnocchetti agli scampi super per non parlare della frittura mista ottima sorbetto caffè amaro e dal titolare al personale persone squisite!!

05/11/2024: Posto che già conoscevo e in cui sono dovuta tornare a cena per scelta altrui. In estate il luogo fa un'impressione migliore (immerso nella natura) ma in autunno/inverno l'atmosfera non è la solita, purtroppo. La cura della tavola è scarsa: apparecchiatura poco bella, e ti buttano là le cose con poco garbo. Quanto alla cura dell'ospite, si notano una scarsa empatia e una scarsa attenzione ai dettagli. Devi chiedere il pane quando finisce sennò non se ne accorgono, ma questo è pressoché niente. Non portano il menù cartaceo ma dicono a voce "cosa c'è", col risultato che un momento tanto piacevole (la scelta del menù alla carta) viene meno così come il controllo del costo dei piatti, che scopri solo al momento del conto finale (conto che a volte sarebbe meglio verificare puntualmente......). Per caso ho avuto modo di seguire dal vivo l'impiattamento degli antipasti: tutto viene toccato con le mani e buttato nei piatti un pochetto alla rinfusa (fette di insalata un po' moscia fanno da letto a fette arruffate di salumi). La qualità dei primi piatti non è esageratamente elevata ma, soprattutto, la scelta è molto limitata. Per dolce portano un quadratino di torta che sparisce nel piatto. Per una questione di rispetto non sono solita dare recensioni negative o troppo basse, e non la darò neanche questa volta perché... la qualità della carne è comunque buona, e non manca la capacità di cuocerla bene. In sintesi, da migliorare decisamente il servizio nonché i primi.

15/09/2024: Veramente deludente... abbiamo ordinato 5grigliate miste e 2 tagliate.le tagliate erano talmente callose che non potevi mangiarle e le grigliate le hanno portate in un unico vassoio con 7pezzi di rostinciana e 10 salsicce .e questa e grigliata mista?per non parlare del prezzo 40 euro a persona e siamo venuti via con la fame .soldi regalati non ci torneremo mai più

31/08/2024: Simple and welcoming place, quick service. Excellent family atmosphere for children. Very good fried food, both the slices and the fillet. The desserts are recommended: the mousse with Nutella and the Catalan cheese. Parking. And prices are normal.. We'll be back

31/08/2024: Characteristic place with ample space between one table and another, friendly, pleasant and professional staff, excellent food and excellent value for money. I will return often.

24/07/2024: Locale semplice e senza fronzoli che mi pare puntare tutto sulla sostanza. Servizio rapido, pizza ottima e cucina di livello. Il pesce è sicuramente il punto forte e lo raccomando.
