28/04/2025: Very good and friendly, around 70 euros for two first courses and two second courses of fish so a good piece given the quality, friendly, the service was a little flawless but all in all it was fine. I would recommend it
09/03/2025: Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'esterno, il locale è molto carino e si mangia molto bene. Noi abbiamo mangiato 2 antipasti misti,3 secondi con contorno, 2 dolci acqua e vino, tutto TOP.

07/09/2024: First time in Follicano. We found Grotta Follis online and just went there.
It was very good. We had the appetizer and Ravioli. Actually the appetizer was a hole meal we didn’t needed the Ravioli but just wanted to taste - it was good!
05/09/2024: What a wonderful place, great and simple food, friendly service and just a bit away from the loud touristic area but at the same time close to it. Till now the best food I had in Follonica.

03/05/2025: Meanwhile they have impeccable service and an amazing IPA but what puts them on the podium is the music selection... seeing is believing... absolutely recommended both during the week, after a hard day at work, and for the weekend when all the other places offer watered down cocktails and poor music
28/04/2025: Super nice restaurant, in a side street of the main street, close to the sea. We had a delicious meal there, tappas and the kids had a delicious kids menu. The staff was very friendly!

The house wines are very good and cheap.
German is also spoken.

07/09/2024: Terzo anno consecutivo per noi. Migliore struttura a Follonica. Unica per struttura e qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale gentile e disponibile fin dalla prima volta che siamo venuti. Consigliato anche per il pranzo e l aperitivo,di qualità con una vista invidiabile.
04/09/2024: Recatami al bar del posto alle 9:15 erano terminate tutte le paste, alla domanda alla barista “signora non ha altro?”, la risposta è stata un cenno del volto.
Da evitare!!!!

26/04/2025: Buone le bruschette e soprattutto originali alcuni abbinamenti che ci hanno piacevolmente colpiti. Abbiamo provato una bruschetta boscaiola e una misteriosa, preso patatine con cheddar e becon e una bottiglia d’acqua. Speso 36,50..
