06/08/2025: The pizza here is truly delicious: incredibly fresh and high-quality, perfect for a summer evening, when the cool evening breeze makes everything even more enjoyable.
The only downside? The service is a bit slow... despite having a reservation, we had a bit of a wait. So, if you're not in a rush and want to enjoy a delicious pizza in a relaxed, cool summer atmosphere, this is the place to be!
05/08/2025: Really delicious pizzas. Hugely large. Delicious thin crust. Super friendly staff. You can tell the atmosphere is great too.

20/07/2025: A panoramic terrace shaded by trees. Traditional dishes (Panzanese tagliata) paired with interesting new dishes (eggplant tartare), all beautifully prepared... We'll definitely be back!

24/06/2025: La Casa del Popolo in Greve is a great place to go for those looking for a simple but welcoming environment. The management is active and always present, and at midday they get busy preparing piadinas and cold dishes, perfect especially in the summer. A place where you feel good, you can grab a quick bite and you can breathe in a nice country atmosphere. Kudos to those who keep it alive!

Well laid out pizzeria, with a large room, excellent service. I ate appetizers and pizza, very good.
Quality ingredients. Bathroom facilities inside, very clean.

02/06/2025: El propietario es tan grosero, racista y nada acogedor. Todo lo que solicite o pida incluso para el bebé fue tomado como una ofensa. Casi se pelea cuando le preguntamos si tenían papas fritas para el bebé. Pls ser respetuoso con los huéspedes en su país n restaurante. Pedir algo no es cambiar tu menú. Pls no visita este lugar en nombre de la vista. Para colmo toda la comida es patética

09/08/2025: Unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the quality of the food. The pizza is truly excellent, even the gluten-free one, perhaps among the best I've ever had. However, with gourmet pizza prices, an hour-long wait is hard to justify. I recommend the place for the excellent quality of the pizza and ingredients, but more attention should be paid to timing.
09/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic pizza. The dough is perfectly fermented and light, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. We ordered a couple of their “classic” combinations to go, but the menu also features some creative options… like an onion soup-inspired pie, or one topped with swordfish sashimi. The restaurant has a large outdoor seating area tucked behind a nondescript two-story house. Plenty of parking.

09/08/2025: Just landed in Greve this afternoon & was recommended to go to this restaurant by a local shop owner. What an amazing meal, so delicious & the staff were lovely, in particular a young lady, Zaneb, was a delight & very professional. Thank you 🙏
26/06/2025: We discovered this restaurant three years ago and have been regulars ever since. Whenever we visit Tuscany, a visit here is practically a must. Great service, great wines, and very good food. Upon request, you can also get selected wine recommendations to accompany each dish. You truly feel valued as a guest here. We love it!

12/08/2025: Greve in Chianti is a wonderful town in Tuscany. The piazza in the center immediately invites you to linger. A meal at the restaurant described above is definitely worth a visit. In a welcoming atmosphere with excellent food and wine, you can bring the atmosphere of the Tuscan piazza right to your table and be enchanted by the Italian way of life, enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. Free disabled parking is available right in front of the restaurant. An absolute must when visiting Greve in Chianti. Thank you very much!

26/06/2025: Quiet place, friendly and helpful staff. Good pizzas, well-cooked dough and good toppings (in the photo is the Campana) and the appetizer the pasta basket with gorgonzola fondue and parmesan with fried pears. . Definitely good and enjoyable!!! Easy to find parking nearby. Normal cost.

02/08/2025: We've been regulars at Carabaccia for several years. We've always had a great time. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had. The owners are kind and punctual.
06/06/2025: What a great discovery this pizzeria-restaurant!! We ended up here by chance, and we had a great time. We ordered pizza (delicious!) and tagliatelle with truffle, and I must say that I really appreciated the fact that the truffle was flaked (and not the mixed truffle-mushroom sauce that some restaurants sometimes use), and at a very affordable price! A real treat!
Since the evening was also very quiet, we had the opportunity to chat a bit with the owners, who recommended a small local winery run by an Italian family to buy some excellent Chianti classico.
Absolutely recommended!

24/07/2025: We went to eat there last week. My husband liked his pasta with wild boar. I however found the rabbit to taste awful,!like really old meat. Normally rabbit had a lovely delicate flavour but this was full of big bones and had an unpleasant aftertaste which made me go off rabbit altogether. I think it was an old hare. Not nice
18/07/2025: Traditional hotel restaurant with a covered terrace overlooking Greve's main square. Spacious dining rooms also inside. Tuscan menu. Moderate prices. Cheerful service.

17/08/2025: I discovered it thanks to some colleagues in Impruneta and loved it so much that I've taken family and friends there several times. The tagliata on a bed of lamb's lettuce and porcini mushrooms is amazing, the best I've ever had. The view is splendid, the location enchanting.
14/08/2025: Booked online, everything perfect. A table on the terrace, and despite the sweltering heat these days, it was comfortable.
The mushroom pizza and marinara pizza were really good (the dough was exceptional). The staff, made up of very young men and women, were well-coordinated and served tables quickly and kindly. Excellent.
