Manager and staff of rare kindness to find. Menu is not huge (good) with excellent dishes. Chianti risotto and pappardelle with venison, lamb with artichokes and excellent slices. Worthy of note is the tiramisu. Excellent prices.

Very welcoming and well managed environment. We went for lunch and really enjoyed what we ate and drank, all with good value for money. The staff is friendly and competent. Final positive note that they offered us coffee! I recommend this restaurant.

A place managed professionally but with a touch of familiarity that makes the experiences special, together with the excellent cuisine. Excellent dishes and excellent choice of wines. Very pleasant outdoor area. Highly recommended!

Cena con amici, e che dire, superbo. Tortino stratosferico, il risotto al Chianti assolutamente da provare. E poi ovviamente sua maestà la Fiorentina. Abbiamo preso un taglio da 1,7 kg da dividere in tre. La sera prima siamo andate in un altro ristorante , ma la qualità della carne non era buona (sembrava anemica). Ci siamo rifatte qui. Personale disponibile a dare consigli, ospitale e gentile. E il prezzo era molto ad di sotto di quel che pensavamo! Non si può passare per greve in Chianti e non andare a Fuoripiazza!

Gorgeous, YUMMY, and cheap. We had four starters and they were superb! Pico with pumpkin and bacon, pappardelle with carob flour and venison, risotto with Chianti wine and ham, gorgonzola radicchio and almond gnocchi. Appetizer of 4 croutons with black cabbage and bean mousse with new oil, 4 mixed croutons. We complimented the chef because all the dishes were delicious!! Delicious classic Chianti tendril wine. Two sweet zuccotti and chestnut and amaretti pudding. They offered us a bitter and coffee. We only spent 25 euros each!!! Special service, all the waiters were very nice, they advised us and treated us with attention. The location is well-kept and welcoming, lined with quality bottles of wine.

Eravamo in giro per la Toscana, in cerca di sapori del posto. Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante. Un’ambiente caldo e confortevole, un servizio impeccabile e gentile ci ha messo subito a nostro agio e da pugliesi, è già molto. La professionalità nella cottura di un’ottima fiorentina, ha reso la nostra esperienza Toscana , davvero unica. Prezzi assolutamente al livello della qualità. Ottimi anche i consigli turistici. Grazie per tutto.

06/04/2024: Our first time here was in 2021 and we ordered the black truffle pasta. Then, it was the best black truffle pasta we ever had. We left Italy and every now and then I’d think about that pasta. 3 years later we returned to Firenze and I wondered if we over exaggerated in our mind how good it was and whether I’d be disappointed. FEAR NOT!! Although 4 more euro than in 2021 it was equally as memorable and delicious. Better than the truffle pasta at L’Antica in como that’s all over IG. aside from the black truffle pasta, everything else is quite good. Good quality, enjoyable atmosphere. Good service.
06/04/2024: Good restaurant, good Italian cuisine and good service with a but for the lady who receives the clients, quite dry to face the client, when you enter a place that seems to bother you…. Bad! Thank goodness the Metre and waiters were more friendly!

04/04/2024: We went to this restaurant for Easter lunch. There is ample parking available nearby. The place is not very large but tidy and the tables are arranged intelligently. The atmosphere speaks to us of tradition, cuisine, hunting trips, flavours. Tuscany. The owner welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home after chatting. The waiter who served us was very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Let's start with the typical Tuscan appetizers. Classic appetizers of the Tuscan tradition. Incredibly good are the liver ones and the polenta ones with Chianina ragout. The first courses are also excellent, in particular the ravioli with ragù and the gnudi. For the second course, the braised boneless steak was interesting but the real surprise was sweetbreads, chicory and bagnacauda. A delicious dish. The wine list is good with many local proposals capable of surprising in terms of quality. At the end of lunch we felt satisfied, pampered and happy. Girodibacco will become a fixed stop every time we return to Tuscany.
04/04/2024: Beautiful place, exquisite and quality cuisine, very friendly and helpful staff, we were in a group and passing through, we had such a good time that we were sorry to leave. I highly recommend, super top experience!!!
