Excellent courtesy and helpfulness, excellent baked potatoes, the cut of the steak was wrong and it was difficult to cut, good flavour, too short cooking, half a finger was missing, quality wine was accurate, attention was paid to reporting any shortcomings, the sweet chestnut pudding was truly special, as was the rum recommended by the staff

Traditional dishes prepared with care. A good selection of wines, especially Chianti, with Roberto, the owner, a true expert. The appetizer (liver terrine with crostini) was excellent and plentiful. The risotto with Chianti wine and grilled prosciutto was a 10, and the chestnut pudding was exceptional. Reasonable prices. I'll be back.

A pleasant experience, a quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly, knowledgeable staff who knew everything about the dishes, wine, and their subscription. Excellent value for money, so highly recommended.

16/04/2026: The food was delicious and gluten-free, including gluten-free pasta. They were very attentive and provided excellent service. The dessert was wonderful, and the Aperol was one of the best I've ever had. The house wine was also very good.
19/03/2026: Dinner with colleagues...25 people on a Friday, with the place packed. Excellent service and great food.

27/02/2026: Finally! In recent years, eating a proper lampredotto in Florence has become something of a challenge, especially in the central areas. From a popular sandwich, it has become almost a luxury item, costing more than six euros at some kiosks, with the sandwiches becoming smaller and the quality of the lampredotto significantly diminished. So, finding yourself faced with Lisetta's product can only inspire a good mood and satisfaction. A nice, large sandwich, enough to fill you up, good bread, excellent lampredotto, and a more than fair price (4 euros). It's definitely worth the ten-minute tram ride from Santa Maria Novella to visit this little kiosk in the Novoli area. The owner is friendly and helpful!
