21/10/2025: A truly beautiful, traditional restaurant with a very special charm. We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening – the food was incredibly delicious and lovingly prepared.
It felt like we were eating at someone's home – warm, authentic, and simply comfortable.
A place we'd happily recommend and certainly won't be the last time we visit!

01/03/2026: The dining room—and what can I say? I discovered it a few years ago and fell in love with it. Special Tuscan dishes and refined cuisine, perfectly executed down to the last detail, and the waiter's explanation of the ingredients' provenance was delightful. In my opinion, their signature dish is the fillet steak with Brunello di Montalcino, simply delicious.
The only downside is the cleanliness; there's dust on the shelves that triggered allergic rhinitis. I highly recommend paying more attention to cleanliness to truly enjoy the best.
12/02/2026: A very quaint, traditional Tuscan restaurant with delicious dishes. The gnudi are simply delicious, with fresh spinach and a fabulous sauce. We'll definitely be back to try other delicacies.

27/10/2025: This place is truly wonderful, I was there for lunch and I was happy and satisfied with every aspect, the view is spectacular, the food was delicious 10/10 I complimented the chef, my partner tried the suckling pig and was really impressed he said he had never eaten it so good before, I had the beef fillet with truffle, the quality was excellent, I also appreciated the service, they were very kind and fast, I highly recommend this place it does not disappoint expectations.... we will definitely be back!!!!!!

04/11/2025: Had an excellent meal with a group. The service was superb with the manager being incredibly hospitable and welcoming. She made sure we were looked after while we were waiting for a late arrival.
The food itself with superb, the arancini special antipasto and rabbit secondi were exceptional. All of the group agreed that this was the best restaurant we'd eaten at during our many visits to Certaldo.

10/10/2025: Cavour is a lifesaver! Our hotel’s up the hill (a beautiful property called Podere Benintendi) but Cavour was able to deliver! That, plus the Capricciosa pizza, La Cavour focacce, and Caesar salad were all amazing. Generous toppings, fillings, and size! Thank you! Satisfied customers here 🙏🏽

04/11/2025: A very friendly bed and breakfast in the hills above Certaldo with very accommodating hosts. Wonderful views of the typical Tuscan countryside.
12/10/2025: We have had the privilege of experiencing Patricia and Toni's warm and welcoming hospitality several times. The Collina is a place to breathe deeply, relax, and enjoy. The many tips for excursions and restaurants were always spot on. The rooms are spotlessly clean, simple, and modern. We always slept wonderfully in them. The breathtaking panorama in the morning, whether looking out the window or at the edge of the pool, is incomparable. For us, the Collina is a small, exquisite paradise that is second to none.
We highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: A restaurant in the main square of Certaldo Basso! Very cute both inside and out! The staff was very attentive and courteous! We came for both lunch and dinner! We were truly satisfied! Everything was delicious and even better! I highly recommend it if you happen to be in Certaldo!
P.S.: The nice thing is that they welcomed us even though we had two dogs; the waitress came right over with a bowl of water for the dogs!
It's a shame they can only give it 5 stars! I would have given it at least double.

20/12/2025: I'm giving the service three stars because, ultimately, it was fast; the problem is everything else.
Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms: the mushrooms were clearly frozen, all the same size (Coop? Esselunga? Eurospin?)... I couldn't eat anything else.
Tagliolini with lobster: it said it was frozen, fine. Price on the menu: €15, price on the receipt: €18. I ask for an explanation: "the prices on the menu haven't been updated."
Congratulations!
I paid and we left.
Never again, never again.
