30/12/2025: A charming, informal, and intimate restaurant in the center of Grassina. A few dishes, each very tasty and carefully prepared. Excellent service. Reasonably priced. The peposo (a kind of tomato sauce) is a must-try! In short, a must-try!

06/01/2026: ...I was curious to return to this restaurant, because honestly, the last two times (a few years ago), I hadn't been favorably impressed. Fortunately, I've made peace with Acqua Cheta's cuisine. We ate very well, from appetizers to dessert, and it wasn't the easiest time to achieve this, given that we were a group of 20 people and the restaurant was packed with other similar tables (it was business dinner season). Besides the quality of the dinner, I was impressed by the organization of the dining room and kitchen staff; they managed to handle all that crowd quickly and with the right amount of attention. The quality-price ratio was truly excellent. I'm not sure which dish was the best I ate. Perhaps the mussels stood out above all others. They're a simple dish, but precisely for this reason, hard to praise. They were by far the best I've had in Florence. The spicy calamari soup was also excellent, and the seafood spaghetti was very good. I'll have to return to try the other half of the menu (fried and grilled), which I didn't get to try because I was so full, but the other diners said everything was very good. The only dish that, in my opinion, was inferior to the high quality of the others was the paccheri alla carbonara di mare. I have to say that if I had been the one choosing the menu, I wouldn't have chosen it, and I should point out that it wasn't a bad dish, it was just inferior to the rest.

20/12/2025: We had dinner as a group. The food was excellent and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

16/01/2026: It is located just 15 minutes from the city center, in a beautiful and pleasant neighborhood. The room was clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of free parking available, and a very lovely shuttle van conveniently takes you to and from the center of Florence, which makes getting around extremely easy. The breakfast was excellent, and both the indoor and outdoor areas are well designed and welcoming, making the place suitable for any season. There is also a restaurant on site, which unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to visit. When I return to the area, I will definitely choose this place again.

16/11/2025: A tiny little osteria. This season, there's only 14 seats inside in a bright space, and Francesca and Alice are attentive, efficient, and smiling, serving both humans and animals. The varied menu features traditional Tuscan fare, starting with an entrée offering pappa al pomodoro in the form of a small tartare. There were six of us, and we chose and exchanged the various dishes, all tasty and traditional, with a focus on vegetarians. €40 per person, including a Montalcino red, water, coffee, cheesecake, and a pear in wine. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the warmer months, when they can seat at least twenty more.

01/12/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant with a friend. The place is small but very welcoming and not noisy. The dishes were very well prepared and, above all, GOOD. We had an appetizer, two first courses, and a second course, the latter of which was very generous. We spent €30 each with the TheFork discount.
