01/07/2025: During a business trip, passing through the area, I happened to stop at the Donnini restaurant during a quick lunch break, together with a colleague. Personally, when I can have lunch in a restaurant, I love the almost family atmosphere that you breathe, and the fact of being able to taste traditional dishes. This restaurant fully met my expectations: I found a welcoming environment, excellent food and a courteous and rapid service. Only two less positive notes: first of all, the background music (I think it was a kind of bossa nova), seemed inconsistent with the restaurant environment, where in my opinion only space should be given to dialogue between diners. Secondly, I found the price of €76 for two people slightly too high, based on what we ate and the fact that it was a business lunch. I considered the appetizer and dessert a little too expensive, especially, and I think that a price under €70 would have been more fair. In short, this does not take anything away from the value of this trattoria, which I recommend to anyone who is in the area. I myself would go back again.

23/06/2025: A day of total peace, relaxation and fun at the Tenuta "Ruffino" in Poggio Casciano. We were guests of the Le Tre Rane restaurant, welcomed by Vittorio, accompanied by Giada and Alessio, where we were able to taste their creations. Marinated meat, citrus mayonnaise, rocket pesto and toasted pine nuts. Chickpea hummus with cooked and raw vegetables, fried courgette flowers and herb oil. Roasted aubergine-filled buttons, fresh tomato puree, goat cheese and basil cream. Sliced ​​venison, blueberry jelly and aubergine quenelle. Maremma beef fillet with grilled cardoncelli mushrooms. A beautiful visit to the cellars, the swimming pool and the apartments that make up the villa followed. We couldn't leave without buying a bottle of Modus Primo, a white Aqua di Venus and a rosé, and their excellent Vinsanto. Professionalism and courtesy also in the shop.

26/07/2025: Terrible restaurant. The pizza was marble-sized. The fries tasted like oil. The Nutella cake tasted like shit and looked like a corpse. And with that, I bid you farewell.

10/05/2025: Serata tranquilla in coppia. Pizza buona. Bassa, come nelle tipiche case del popolo fiorentine ma devo dire molto buona. Carica di sapore e di ingredienti. Peccato per i prezzi da ristorante gourmet. Impossibile pensare di pagare una maialona 14,5€ o un antipasto toscano 13€. A ponte a Ema manca una pizzeria, a prezzi medi sarebbe sicuramente stata un’opzione per la routine ma così è difficile. Valuteremo se tornarci.
