30/10/2024: Ended up here by chance because it was the weekend and we couldn't find a parking space. Comps means Buddy in German, the staff, I think it was the boss, were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to park directly opposite and the sea begins 10 m further. It can't be better. The biggest surprise follows: we ate excellently and for three courses, all of which were excellent (five antipasti, a primo and a secondo), we paid €30. An incredible value for money. The patron's recommendation for the wine was excellent. A wonderful Sicilian Method Classico and then one of the best etno Bianca we got on our vacation. It's a bit out of the way but is highly recommended when visiting Castellamare del Golfo

21/10/2024: Excellent appetizer, adequately seasoned first courses and quality fish. Excellent food accompanied by a breathtaking view. The staff is generous and manages to support you in your choices with a smile and kindness. Super pleasant!

28/03/2025: the seafood dish was reasonably good but the quality/price ratio was not honest, I paid €10 for a meager dish with nothing inside, the octopus was reasonably good, the prawns tasted of nothing and the squid was equally decent.

28/03/2025: I went to this bar and had a gluten-free cannoli and two gluten-free arancini, one with ragù and one with mozzarella and ham. Absolutely recommended especially for those who need to eat gluten-free in the area!

29/01/2025: ho preso un cono di gelato, con ancora granuli ed era abbastanza sciolto, mi è stato fatto pagare €3,30!! perché mi hanno dato il resto sbagliato dei 5€ che avevo pagato, mettendo qualcuno inesperto alla cassa. sul momento credevo che (avendomi dato molti soldi spicci a 10 e 20centesimi) il resto fosse giusto ma no. 3,30 per un gelato se così si può definire

22/12/2024: Changing the heater cylinders while the customers are under the gazebo, poisoning them with gas, is not the best thing, especially if you don't turn on the heating mushroom and leave the customers in the cold. The owner, not very friendly, after pointing it out, also trivialized it by replying "it's expectorant", there are historical episodes that remind us of how little expectorant it was in other contexts and about ninety years ago... I also paid six euros for a spritz.. .it had been at least a "select", and instead it was a very banal spritz, and even done badly... but what can you do, we are in the main square, which is like standing in front of the Duomo in Milan... not even in Veneto or Lombardy they have these prices!

11/11/2024: I stayed with my family in this establishment in June 2023. It happened by chance, even if the weather wasn't the best we had a good time. Very nice environment, clean beach (that period was not at all crowded), restaurant ate very well. Service ok. I would go back.

30/10/2024: Excellent fish dinner. Congratulations to the kitchen who, without warning, managed to prepare dishes different from the booked menu (due to an allergy issue not communicated in time). Everything really good :)

19/10/2024: Exceptional gem of a restaurant. To start with we received a very warm welcome and a peaceful, charming space after a wet and tiring day. We both chose the Chef's Swordfish with mixed grilled veg and salad. Oh my WORD! This chef has serious talent and the fish came with a chickpea puree and a vegetable espuma - delicious and wonderfully presented. We were also advised on wine and the Nero d'Avola was the most perfect accompaniment to our meal. We've eaten in several restaurants in Castellammare and this is our standout. We may be back tomorrow! Btw we haven't got to dessert yet!!!

13/01/2025: In vacanza per una settimana tra dicembre e gennaio abbiamo cenato qui per una settimana, cucina ottima, abbiamo assaggiato piatti diversi a base di pesce ogni sera, e anche delle zuppe di legumi, e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Super consigliato.

16/01/2025: Very well looked after. I stayed there in the winter so I couldn't see the beauty of this place in the summer. But it was magical all the same. Breathtaking view, excellent service even though we were perhaps the only customers of the structure. Very varied breakfast, including gluten free and various vegetable and lactose free options. Impeccable cleanliness. I would definitely go back in good weather.

27/10/2024: Welcoming and helpful staff. Family room a little small but with shaded terrace and very clean. Daily housekeeping with great attention. Clean swimming pool. Very varied and plentiful breakfast. A few minutes from the Zingaro nature reserve.

02/03/2025: Small bar with spectacular arancini. And the desserts are incredibly good too. Highly recommended. You can eat here or have it packed
