We returned, once again, to this fantastic baglio: the usual welcome and friendliness, rest and sleep assured, and a quality breakfast. We will return for the comfort, the hospitality, and the level of service.
16/01/2026: If you're Spanish, or of any other nationality, but with a love for wine 🍷, it's an unforgettable experience. The winery's history, so well told and conveyed by the owner, is wonderful. Now for the important part: THE PLACE IS WONDERFUL, the wines they make there with the estate's grapes are a 10/10 😍, and the olive oil is top-notch.

The facility is excellent.
The restaurant is state-of-the-art, with gastronomic specialties that live up to the occasion.

The first course, busiati pasta with swordfish and eggplant, was truly delicious; the second course, fish caponata, was simply superb. Attentive and efficient service, a refined atmosphere with attention to detail. Highly recommended!

09/03/2026: I was truly thrilled with my experience at Pizzeria Dell'Orso in Calatafimi Segesta! 🍕 The place is welcoming and familiar, perfect for a lovely evening with friends.
The pizza is truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients and a light, tasty dough. You can taste the attention to detail in the preparation.
A special thanks also to Aurelia, who served us with kindness, professionalism, and always with a smile, making us feel at ease right away.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone passing through Calatafimi Segesta! 👏🍕

07/04/2026: It used to be my favorite place, but lately it's become a nightmare. I waited almost an hour for a table, and the place was practically empty! It seems like they've completely lost track of time. I hope they quickly realize that long waits drive away even the most loyal customers. It's a shame, because the food is still good, but it's not worth the wait.

03/01/2026: We were at this restaurant all last week, including New Year's Eve. Marianna and Pino welcome you like family. The food is exceptional and plentiful, and the service is excellent. Our only regret is that we couldn't try Pino's pizza, but on our last night he made us a Pantelleria pasta dish, which was absolutely delicious.
Thank you for everything, and long live Pantelleria and trekking!

The biggest plus? The owner, Ania from Poland ❤️ She's a super warm, approachable person; you instantly feel like you're visiting friends. She's happy to advise, chat, and pay attention to every detail.
The food is fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and generous portions. You can tell everything is made with love. It's the perfect place to sit down, relax, and simply enjoy a good meal.
If you're nearby, it's definitely worth a visit – places like these are the ones you remember the most 👍

10/04/2026: Based on what we read online, we expected couscous with fish and gambera rosso. But those are two different dishes. For us, they combined them into a beautiful, tasty whole. It was a bit quiet during the week, but because of that, we received all the attention.
03/01/2026: My partner and I had lunch today. The food was delicious, with excellent ingredients and generous portions. The mixed antipasto platter delighted our palates; the raw red shrimp were delicious, incredibly fresh, and incredibly sweet. And what can I say about the seafood couscous with broth on the side? It was delicious.
Highly recommended.
