I would, however, like to point out a problem with price transparency: I was given a price at the counter, but at the cashier the total was higher, without any clear explanation of the difference. Furthermore, when paying by card, the amount was higher than initially indicated. It would be fair to inform the customer of any surcharges or additional costs in advance. I recommend greater clarity, especially regarding prices and payment methods.

Everything flows effortlessly, but nothing is left to chance. The kitchen produces dishes that speak of passion and sensitivity. Rosi doesn't cook: he creates. Each course is a small story of balance, respect for the raw materials, and evident love for what he does. The fish is pure poetry, the meat—when it appears—is treated with the same grace. These are dishes that don't need to impress, because they convince from the first bite. I go there with my girlfriend when I'm in town, to share something special, but also alone, when I want to treat myself to a moment of pure indulgence. And perhaps this is the most beautiful sign: feeling perfectly at home in every situation. The wine is always a discovery, because I trust the staff's recommendations without hesitation, which fully reflects the spirit of the place: knowledgeable, discreet, never over the top. Genuine, professional people, with that rare combination of humility and a big heart that can't be taught. It's not just a restaurant. It's a happy habit, a certainty, a place that pampers you without being noticed. And when you leave, you always do so with the same feeling: that of having experienced something authentic. 18/11/2025: For anyone passing through Marsala, I think this is a must-stop. The freshly filled cannoli are truly special (accompanied by a cordial of Marsala Ambrosecco wine), delicate, the flavor of the ricotta isn't overpowered by other flavors, and the cannoli shell is cooked really well, perfectly crispy. The courtesy and kindness of the lady behind the counter is impeccable. I recommend everyone to stop by.
