14/10/2025: Very disappointed!! We chose this location, and specifically the deluxe suite, after watching the Quattro Hotel episode. First of all, the jacuzzi wasn't working, even though they offered us dinner (two courses). When using the sauna, every time you put water on the stones to heat the room, the electricity went out; there's probably some exposed wire underneath. Finally, what disappointed us most was the breakfast buffet: it was absolutely poor and lacked variety. It definitely didn't meet the standards shown on TV. Disappointing! Dear owner, thank you for your reply. Regarding the sauna issue, we contacted reception three times to have the electricity restored to the suite. In fact, I recommend you check the sauna system. Regarding breakfast, I'm sorry to say that we were already at the buffet at 9:30 and there was absolutely nothing left. It would be fair if you guaranteed a supply of various sweets until the end of the scheduled time, i.e., until 10:30 a.m., since it's right to ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy a proper breakfast until the time you specify at the property! It's a far cry from what was shown in the 4 Hotel program. We had also requested a ricotta dessert when booking, and were served a plate of ricotta without any filling. How were we supposed to eat it? Luckily, one of your employees kindly served us ricotta cannoli (aware of the inconvenience).

12/08/2025: Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. The garden is lovely, the pool is large. Warning: you have to wear a swimming cap in the pool... extremely strange, but oh well. The bungalow is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Warning again: water in the fridge costs €2! Now here's the catch: this is an event hotel, so expect really loud music EVERY evening until late into the night (1:00 - 2:00 AM...).

09/03/2025: Posto acchiappa turisti. Location pessima. Prezzi da locali di lusso. Fermati per un semplice aperitivo, uno spritz e un analcolico, in piu ci hanno portato 4 patatine contate e arachidi salate in una piccola ciotolina. Pagato €11,50, a parte che il calice dello spritz era piu piccolo, la cosa che ci ha infastidito è la voce Bar nello scontrino 2,50 per le patatine, dove di solito sono inclusi nel prezzo degli aperitivi. Non ci vedranno mai piu.

30/08/2025: Shameful experience – worth reporting We dined at Ristorante Pizzeria La Lampara for Ferragosto (9 people, including a child) and never expected such disorganization, poor quality, and above all, lack of hygiene. Disappointing first courses: the orecchiette with ragù was simply pasta with raw sauce and raw olive oil. The orecchiette with mussels, clams, scampi, and cherry tomatoes didn't even contain clams. Disgraceful second courses: instead of the "steak," they received two fragmented bones, pure waste. When I pointed this out, the response was that the steaks were sold out. Unacceptable for a €55 menu. Furthermore, we also found a hair in the fish main course (photo attached). Zero hygiene: the presence of hair on the plates is not only disrespectful to customers, but a serious health risk, worthy of intervention by the NAS. Poor appetizers: mozzarella as hard as chewing gum and a small square of omelette that looked freshly defrosted. Anonymous desserts and sorbets, absolutely not up to par. In total, we spent €55 each for a disgraceful menu with obvious health and hygiene risks. A terrible experience, never again. Honestly, given the severity of the situation, it would deserve a health inspection.

27/08/2025: I happened upon it by chance (without reading any reviews) for a quick lunch and had to send back two salads full of small animals, which unfortunately indicates poor hygiene, a very serious issue for a restaurant business. Only one young waiter apologized for the inconvenience. Failed for everything.

14/12/2025: Christmas 2025....nothing special....no tastings, no markets...or rather 5 or 6 very ordinary ones, nothing spectacular....

07/12/2025: EMBARRASSING! The worst couscous I've ever eaten (or tasted) in my life. The place was rundown, curtains and tablecloths torn, damp, walls crumbling, and staff incompetent (I asked if the speck and pistachio gnocchi contained dairy products, and was told no. I rephrased the question, asking if there was cream, and was told yes. EMBARRASSING).

01/12/2025: Please note: they don't issue a receipt, but only handwritten orders on squared paper. This serious tax omission is unacceptable and harms everyone.

30/09/2025: I don't understand how some people can say that the pizza was excellent and above all how can a person write a review that anyone who comments negatively is a superfluous and untrue review, most likely these people not only don't even know what a pizza is, but have never eaten a real pizza in their life, pizza is shameful even to call it pizza, honestly. Just look at it to understand that it is worse than the frozen pizzas at the supermarket, however, we left the whole pizza on the table and left paying for everything like great gentlemen who were not so great as the owners who didn't even understand that their pizza makes you throw away!

07/12/2025: A delicious lunch break; we had four authentic, tasty, and above all delicious sandwiches!! Quality at a very low price... The guys were friendly, polite, and approachable. A welcoming and clean place. It's a shame we live in Palermo, otherwise it would be my regular stop. Congratulations because they just opened and, despite the high costs involved, they don't take advantage of it and don't raise prices, or worse yet, they don't have subpar products, only quality. When I return to Marsala, I'll come back to you.

21/10/2025: AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! We were tempted to sit down, thinking we'd just enjoy a simple platter and drink wine, as it seemed like a very down-to-earth place. The surprise, however, was the incredibly high bill: two glasses of wine, a caponata (good, really), a platter of industrial sausages and cheeses, and a bottle of water cost €100—and I repeat, €100. Plastic plates and cutlery, and a truly grumpy owner. It's our fault we were caught like two tuna, but we should report it to Codacons. Think about the taxes he'll pay with that takings, and who knows if he'll pay them at all. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!

16/10/2025: Dishonest. It definitely ruins the island's charm and compromises the honesty of others... For two, with a platter for two and four glasses of wine by the glass for €99.

12/11/2025: If we had read the reviews for this bar beforehand, we would have avoided stopping there. Seeing three kids, we thought it was a place with normal prices. It's a real shame to treat tourists like this. We spent €43.50 for three pieces of pane cunzato, one beer, one soft drink, and one cannoli.
