29/10/2025: A truly excellent place; we've been customers for years, and every time is a unique experience. Excellent food, an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, and the two owners are incredibly sweet and always smiling. The dishes cater to all tastes, including many vegan options. The father and another sister are in the kitchen, and everything is family-run, using excellent local products. The quality-price ratio is always excellent. An absolute must-see for a culinary experience in the Val di Noto! 10 out of 10
20/10/2025: Our ravioli and caponata infused with cacao from Modica comprised one of the best meals we have ever eaten in Sicily! The service was friendly, generous, and kind. The environment is clean and artistically tasteful. This was a beautiful and most delicious dining experience. Grazie Mille!

12/10/2025: I happened to be in Rosolini and decided to have dinner at this place. The food was delicious; I had a tartare and a really good carpaccio. The drinks were also top-notch, with a selection of over 50 gins, explained thoroughly by the excellent staff.
19/09/2025: The staff is super nice and helpful. Although they don't specialize in vegetarian food, they offered us many delicious options. The location is very authentic. All in all we liked it very much 😊

15/10/2025: We had lunch at Le Buone Voglie with our two young children. Unfortunately, there was an unplanned power outage at exactly that time. Despite this, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They even offered us a reduced menu so we could still enjoy something delicious – truly fantastic service! The pasta was super fresh and delicious. Our children also enjoyed it very much. Despite the unexpected situation, we had a lovely and relaxed lunch. Many thanks to the entire team for their warm hospitality! Best regards from Germany 🇩🇪

27/08/2025: Today I ordered some take-out pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas. One of the 3 pizzas I ordered was a parmigiana without parmesan. When I got it home, I saw that they had added parmesan cheese, which I hadn't asked for. Not only does the pizza taste like nothing, it has no flavor at all, and not only is the pizza very chewy.
10/06/2025: We ate here twice. The pizzas are wonderful with their delicious cheese and puffy Sicilian pizza crust. The burger was overcooked, so stick to the pizzas. It took a while for the food the come to the table, but we’re on Italian time. The little plaza is a nice hangout spot. Overall it’s a great place for dinner.

07/01/2025: Consigliati da degli amici e chiamiamo e ci dicono che ci sono due fasce di prenotazione: 8.30 o 22.00. optiamo per la prima fascia anche se presto ma non appena arriviamo ci accorgiamo che in molti arrivavano alle 21, 21.15 . Per le pizze abbiamo mangiato in differita, perché due di noi hanno ricevuto le pizze mezz'ora dopo giustificando la cosa con "problemi nella comanda". A fine cena davanti alla cassa una signora riccia molto poco empatica ci dà il conto, chiediamo due caffè e ci ristampano il conto aggiungendo 2.40 di caffè (su un conto di quasi 200 euro) però vediamo che ai clienti successivi offrono amaro e caffè post conto. Unico consiglio accertatevi di rientrare nella fascia di clienti di Serie A prima di prenotare.
15/12/2024: Una cena meravigliosa consigliata dallo chef Maurizio Massa alla scoperta dei piatti locali, cucinati in modo sublime. Verdure funghi arancini di patate frittate caponate un tripudio di esperienze culinarie indimenticabili culminate in un finale di ravioli con il sanapo stupendi. E cosa dire dei dolci, se non meraviglie? In 18 anni di assidua frequentazione della Sicilia non mi era mai capitato di mangiare così bene, accompagnato da un servizio inappuntabile e dalla cortesia e simpatia di tutto lo staff. Eccezionale!
