04/01/2026: During our vacation in Sicily, we discovered this delightful restaurant-bistro on the Avola waterfront. The dishes are excellent, thanks to the fresh fish and top-quality ingredients selected by the charming chef Filippo. We had the opportunity to sample a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, as we returned twice more after our first dinner. Excellent value for money.

17/08/2026: If I could give zero stars I would. I called the evening before for the following evening at this pizzeria, specifically asking if they also did gluten-free cuisine, given my niece's allergy, and booking two tables given the number of people, 23. I was advised to do the pizza round so that everyone could eat at the same time and mixed fried foods as an appetizer. The boy arrives, and first premise... I ran out of gluten-free dough for the pizza. To which I replied that I had called the evening before to book and that same evening and I was not told anything about this, his response? You should have reminded me by calling the morning of the same day. The truth? You didn't have the dough the evening before but in order to collect 500 euros to seat 23 people you said yes, as if I, the customer, were the one who had the task of reminding those who work in a restaurant to leave the leftover piece of gluten-free dough. His response? Well, then it means that the mistake is mine. And I'd like to see it. Of an arrogance, rudeness and conceit beyond the ordinary, and waiters who take the plate from under your mouth put you still have to finish eating. In conclusion? The little girl ate pasta with tomato sauce before us and stayed to watch us eat pizza, congratulations. Fried? A plate made only of chips, two olives and two croquettes, two plates at a table of 12, the same thing for the other table with the same number of people. Pizza round? 16 pizzas served in total for 23 people, 6 of us felt like they hadn't eaten, basically not even one pizza each, for a total of 500 euros. It's not a question of price, it's what they made us eat in proportion to the expense, but the most annoying thing was the lack of respect and the great rudeness of the boy, and the lack of care to have a consideration for a celiac child. Congratulations again. Having said that, never again. A piece of advice to the owner, choose your collaborators carefully, people like that undo everything that one builds over time. Oh and I'm not the Roman passing through, I have a holiday home there, I go down every year but NEVER AGAIN to you.

13/08/2026: A really nice family-run canteen! Beautiful decor, always a warm welcome and good advice. The food is always delicious. We highly recommend this place.

22/07/2026: We only had the first course of the day, which was recommended as "good and plentiful". We will return to try other specialities.

21/07/2026: We had a great time, the food was excellent with fresh, good-quality fish, from the fried fish to the mussels, the almond dessert was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was large and well-kept. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely go again.

26/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, but we're grateful for the opportunity! The two brothers who served us are wonderful people, highly experienced and professional, and treated us with great courtesy. We ate wonderfully: excellent caponata, spaghetti allo scoglio, delicious tuna, good bread, and good wine. We tried the muddica pizza, which was also very good! And to finish, an excellent amaro made by the chef, delicious! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. It's a top-quality restaurant, serving the freshest fish, and featuring truly traditional, home-cooked cuisine.

21/05/2026: The professor advises you on what to eat fresh. Delicious dishes cooked according to grandma's recipes, including excellent spaghetti with squid ink. You'll feel like you're at your grandparents' house.

15/08/2026: An excellent place to have a quiet lunch and enjoy good food with a sea view. The owner is very kind, as are the rest of the staff! The pizza was excellent, as was the spaghetti alla roccia, which I really enjoyed. Even though there were 12 of us, the service was quick and satisfying. Highly recommended.

15/08/2026: Took more than an hour for the food to arrive, certain people who came after us got their food before me. Overall, not worth if you sony have the patience to ask multiple times that your food will be forgotten.

22/05/2026: We stayed at this agriturismo only one night (unfortunately), but we immediately fell in love with the place. Antonella and her husband, Enzo, are wonderful, genuine people who run their farm with passion. We also had the pleasure of tasting their own produce and that of neighboring farms, all expertly prepared by Antonella and served in a hearty, delicious breakfast. If you're looking for a genuine agritourism experience in one of the most beautiful areas of eastern Sicily, this agriturismo is perfect for you. I hope to relive the experience of staying in this area soon, meet Antonella and Enzo again, and have the privilege of enjoying their cuisine again. Thank you for your hospitality, and see you soon.

27/12/2025: An experience not to be repeated: few starters and nothing at all, only bread at will, desserts less than starters, frozen food and the embarrassment of advertising this place to my relatives.

27/04/2026: Naively, as tourists in Avola, we wanted to give this little-known town some credit, but we were deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, we stumbled upon this local bar that shamelessly mocked us. €18 for two Aperol Spritzes + €3 service charge: a complete rip-off. Very low quality, and you had to pay for bagged chips. Never before. Clearly touristy treatment. Not recommended.

05/03/2026: Hit and miss with this one… cappuccino’s great, food was ok, staff didn’t speak English a lot of English but we made it work. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace.

09/08/2026: We really enjoyed the food and the staff was very friendly. The pizzas were very generously topped. The tables being right next to the street and the smell in some places took some getting used to.

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, really not good. I'm torn between 2 or 3 stars. But the sanitary facilities weren't cleaned once in two days and were, to put it mildly, disgusting. The campsite itself is really nice, but it was badly damaged by the storm. I'm very sorry about that, and I fully understand that setting things up takes time. But then dirty toilets and extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointing. I hope this otherwise lovely campsite gets some more attention.

19/05/2026: The pitches were very nice and the grounds were very well-maintained with lots of beautiful plants. The reception staff were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were very dirty. A hot shower was only available with coins. Given the price of the pitch, this should have been included. The access road was very narrow. A large portion of the beach's embankment had broken away, making the beach quite unsightly. We wouldn't have wanted to stay longer than one night.
