04/09/2025: Spectacular to say the least. We went after dinner at 11:00 pm and the service, despite the hour, was impeccable.
02/09/2025: An institution in Isola. Food, drinks, aperitifs, gelato, desserts... everything from fast food to traditional fare.
Normal prices and friendly staff, a regular summer stop for years without disappointment.
Edit: after a year, the price and service have not changed. Long live the Maxim Bar!!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at Marcello Adile's Fresco Ristorante, and the experience was simply phenomenal. From start to finish, we were greeted with a warmth and professionalism that made our meal truly special.
The menu offers an incredible selection, and we opted for two first courses that were true works of art. Each dish was a triumph of flavors, with the freshness and quality of the ingredients evident in every bite. Each ingredient was perfectly balanced, creating an unforgettable culinary experience.
Beyond the excellence of the dishes, what made the experience unique was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We felt pampered and cared for with great attention, in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. It's clear that at Fresco Ristorante, love for cooking and customer service are paramount.
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for not only excellent cuisine but also a warm welcome that makes you feel at home. We can't wait to return!

21/08/2025: LIDO/BEACH: We're from out of town, and this beach was a peaceful and delightful discovery! Friendly staff, a fairly clean beach, crystal-clear water even when rough, and few rocks. Swimming here was immensely satisfying. Coming from out of town and wanting to try local food, we ate delicious freshly made arancini, still warm. Sandwiches, pizza, fried calzone, baked pasta! If you're looking for a cocktail, no problem: Midori sour, spritz...! There's a covered area where you can sit in the shade even without buying anything.
Coolers aren't currently allowed, but that wasn't a problem for us: the restaurant's food is delicious! Unlimited showers are included in the price. We paid €25 for two loungers and an umbrella in the middle of August, but we're super happy with our money. The umbrellas are new, as are the loungers. I highly recommend it over the competition in the area.
Calm sea: a natural pool, Caribbean-like
Rough/rough sea: clear, and enjoy the surfers playing in the waves!
RESTAURANT: We came for dinner. It overlooks the sea, and at sunset it's a delightful place. Fresh, tasty fish and delicious desserts. An appetizer, a first course, a second course, and two desserts came to about €35 per person.

08/09/2025: I happened upon this place for dinner. I enjoyed the location right on the sea and one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The ingredients were top-notch, the Nebrodi prosciutto melted in my mouth, and the buffalo mozzarella was excellent. Their beer, too, was excellent! I'll definitely be back!

18/07/2025: So, I've been sitting in this shop for an hour and still haven't gotten my food. As a tourist, you're a second-class guest, it seems. I'm invited and hoping for the best meal of my life, since the shop really isn't that busy, so a long wait would be justified. People who came after us are already leaving. I hate Italy.

17/08/2025: Let me start by saying that my wife and I, residents of Veneto, searched online for a Sicilian restaurant with clear seafood culinary traditions. In fact, amidst an endless sea of offers and reviews online, we decided to trust in "lady luck," seeing our chosen restaurant for the first time only on the day of our celebration. 🤞
Therefore, without prejudice or influence from reviews posted by cybernauts, last night we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ristorante Costa Corsara, located at Viale Marino, 29 – Isola delle Femmine, and we couldn't have chosen a better place!
The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail, a location with a maritime flavor and aroma that alone is worth the evening.
The atmosphere is intimate and relaxed, perfect for a special occasion. The staff was extremely kind, attentive but never intrusive, making us feel pampered from start to finish.
We chose a seafood dinner, and every course was a true delight: incredibly fresh appetizers, flavorful first courses, and perfectly cooked and presented second courses. All accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the waiter, which proved to be a perfect choice.
The anniversary cake was carefully presented and complemented by themed details, thus helping to make our evening even more special.
A truly captivating gastronomic experience: impeccable quality, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone seeking authentic seafood cuisine and a warm welcome.

25/04/2025: La location, con una bella vista mare, è stata l'unica cosa positiva. Le ordinazioni sono state prese prontamente, tuttavia non è stato portato del pane per accompagnarci nelle DUE ORE E MEZZA DI ATTESA per dei primi che sono stati definiti "espressi", ma erano palesemente soltanto della salsa in bottiglia e del pesto in barattolo. Vongole e gamberetti che erano compresi nella loro "calamarata con vongole gamberetti e pesto di basilico" praticamente assenti. Camerieri confusi. Cucina disorganizzata. Esperienza da non ripetere
02/02/2025: Siamo andati via dopo aver aspettato un ora e mezza che qualcuno si avvicinasse a prendere le ordinazioni. Non è pensabile gestire 100 coperti con un cameriere e una persona a prendere le ordinazioni (poverette loro, sommerse da ritardi e lamentele). Chi dirige questo ristorante evidentemente non ha idea di come si fa ristorazione. Pessimi

15/07/2025: Brutta esperienza, posate e tovaglie sporche, zanzare a migliaia, camerieri inesistenti. Ordinato un antipasto, arrivato solo metà, alla richiesta di spiegazioni al cameriere risponde che va a chiedere in cucina ma probabilmente sarà tornato a casa perché non lo abbiamo più visto per tutta la sera. Quando la bottiglia di acqua è finita ho dovuto chiederla per 4 volte e aspettare più di 20 minuti per averne un'altra. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Vergognoso.
