15/02/2025: The location is certainly beautiful, with a splendid view of the sea, and the services were overall satisfactory. However, unfortunately, the quality of the food did not live up to expectations. The portions were much smaller than expected, and I found a hair on one plate, which is certainly not acceptable in a restaurant. The pasta was too al dente, so much so that it was inedible, and the rice was very salty. The appetizers were few and discreet, while the second course, unfortunately, was poor.
Drink service also failed to impress, with a small Coke at an exorbitant price for those who don't drink alcohol. The total of 40 euros per person, with 2 euros of drinks and 3 euros cover charge, seemed too high compared to the quality of the dishes served. As for the rest of the food, I decided to take away what was left, as it was only suitable for pets.
I am someone who pays close attention to detail and I write my reviews honestly. Although I was aware that the cost was 40 euros per person, I was surprised to see that you had brought me an à la carte menu, which led me to ask for clarification. Personally, I don't need the panelle, but I expected more from a restaurant with such prices.
I would like to point out that the hair found on the plate was truly unacceptable. Despite this, I have chosen not to take further legal action, but I believe that greater attention to quality and cleanliness is essential to avoid similar situations in the future.
I cannot recommend this restaurant, as the value for money is not adequate, and my overall experience was disappointing. I hope you can take these comments into consideration to improve.
31/12/2024: Small restaurant facing the splendid coast of Isola delle Femmine, very easy parking and the possibility of having lunch and/or dinner outdoors. The place is welcoming in its simplicity, the staff very kind, the view relaxing and even more pleasant in summer with a sea view. The fish is really fresh, many off-menu proposals related to the catch of the day, the dishes are prepared with care even in their presentation, very good in taste. Reservations are recommended, especially in the summer season. Prices appropriate to the quality. Advised!

We sat down at lunch time and, despite being in Sicily where fruit is plentiful, they didn't have seasonal fruit (present on the menu), so we tried some bruschetta but no, the "sandwich shop" was closed. We take a hot mix, basically chips with 2 cold mozzarella inside, 2 good panelle, 2 frozen croquettes and 2 onion rings... we paid for overpriced chips.
To drink 2 Rossinis (7 or 8 euros each), good but both glasses were dirty with strawberry syrup, from the top edge to the base.
The bathrooms are not even considered worthy of being called such, basically a small room with a toilet, no toilet seat, the door didn't close and there was no toilet paper.
The only positive note was the friendly waiter. I'm sorry for the staff, but this place doesn't deserve customers
To all the tourists, please avoid this overpriced tourists trap.

So are mozzarella balls frozen inside as well as croquettes typical? Look, I'm not a tourist but born and raised in Palermo, and your "hot" joint was one of the worst I've ever eaten.
No, it's not a personal comment, I simply came back on holiday in Sicily and your bar was the worst we went to and no, the prices are not in line with the others. I justify a price similar to the trapezoidal pier in Palermo, in Mondello or at least well-kept places.
Better not to be used to certain foods, but rather to the true Sicilian tradition.

14/01/2025: I came back, this was the 4/5th time... It's always a guarantee!! The food was good, good value for money, excellent service (considering it was the first of January). I recommend it!
07/01/2025: Good and tasty Epiphany lunch 2025 with succulent fish dishes. We appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the dining room staff, always ready to fulfill our every request. The restaurant manager was always polite and courteous, in short, we will definitely return.

24/10/2023: It's a 40-minute drive from Palermo with the Bummel-Regio and it's about a 20-minute walk from the station to the beach. Were there twice in mid/end of October. 3 loungers and 2 parasols cost €15 and we had the super clean beach with crystal clear water all to ourselves.
15/10/2023: Terrible service, food well below average, bill exaggerated for the quality. The dirty plate was replaced only when the new dish arrived at the table. It wasn't clear who the waiters were. Organization to be reviewed. Karaoke out of place

Con un menù da 50 euro a persona non ci si aspetta che il primo piatto sia composto da una porzione microscopica, non è gourmet. Nel secondo ci siamo accorti addirittura che la frittura di pesce non era fatta sul momento, infatti risultava molliccia e ammosciata, cosa impossibile quando la pietanza passa immediatamente dalla friggitrice al piatto. La torta che avevamo ordinato con il menù, arriva sui piatti già preventivamente tagliata in piccolissimi tranci. Non abbiamo nemmeno avuto il piacere di vederla tutta intera per soffiare le candeline. Antipasti nella media locale.
Peccato.
