20/12/2025: We stayed here for 2 nights in December 2025. It was absolutely wonderful. The property and buildings are beautiful, and the service was outstanding. We had an amazing dinner at their restaurant as well. Four courses with wine pairing. A perfect evening. Caltagirone is only about 45 minutes away, and makes a great day trip. We highly recommend this luxury agriturismo.

31/12/2025: The only star is for the service because the pizza is truly excellent: I've never had to deal with staff who respond rudely to customers who ask for explanations! If I order three draft beers of different sizes, I expect them to arrive in three different glasses: instead, three identical beers with half the glass full of foam! When I asked why three identical beers had arrived, I was very rudely told that they only had that size of beer!!! But there's only one size on tap?

25/08/2025: We've dined at this restaurant several times, allowing us to sample a wide variety of dishes, from pizza to more refined cuisine. A very refined restaurant located in a small town, it's certainly a favorite with tourists seeking an excellent dinner, given the quality of the food and the modern reinterpretation of traditional flavors. Responding to some reviews, the pizza was anything but ordinary: excellent and light dough, quality toppings, a wide selection, and a willingness to accommodate various requests. The cuisine is stellar, with a menu featuring the freshest seafood, swordfish caponata, seared tuna, and grilled fish. But don't worry, even if you're not a fan of fish like me, the menu is varied enough for meat lovers, too. I recommend trying the almond or pistachio semifreddo, prepared directly by the chef. Last but not least, the dining room staff is friendly and ready to make you feel at home. The meeting remains a gem for Santa Caterina. Congratulations, see you next time!

23/08/2025: As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff. The urgent need to use the restroom made me notice the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The outdoor dining area was meticulously maintained and inviting. The appetizer of potatoes with crocette, onion rings, and panelle was exquisite, a true revelation! The pizzas were the highlight of the evening: light, crispy, and made with the highest-quality ingredients (😋 delicious), one of the best I've ever tasted. The service was friendly and welcoming. The last complimentary drink on the house was the perfect finishing touch to end the evening on a high note. I highly recommend this place; it's worth traveling a few extra kilometers to experience true Sicilian hospitality! 5 stars 🌟👏!

We were with our 2-year-old, and they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable and make the lunch extremely enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

07/07/2025: If you're in the city center of Caltanissetta, all you need to do is book. The place is welcoming, spotlessly clean, the cuisine is wonderful, from meat to fish, everything delicious. The owner's hospitality is truly top-notch. I absolutely recommend it. Try it and you'll see. 👍🏻👍🏻

24/08/2025: We had a reservation on 9. A nightmare dinner. Only one person taking orders at the tables, with no organization. After 45 minutes of arriving, we managed to order, only to be overtaken by customers who arrived after us. I hadn't been there in a couple of years, and it was worse than in the past. Coffee was unavailable. Our pizzas were undercooked and lacking in toppings. Prices, in my opinion, were not commensurate with the quality. The fries were particularly good.
